We have also exploited the tool to the fullest, especially when we work during our international events, our photographers and volunteers can have direct access to the platform regardless where they are geographically located in the world. by the other hand our editors can see their contribution in real time and immediately access to the final images. We have put the tool to the limit and it has never failed us in key moments. The technical support behind scenes always has been there to help us with questions and new ideas to improve the experience of our users. Pros The easy integration and adaptability to our work environment as well as the customer services and the easy and user friendly interface for the end users. Cons The archives folders into the back office but we are confident that the structure could be reviewed and improved. Reasons for choosing LightRocket Enterprise it was already in use in two others WHO regions and light rocket proposed an easy integration and linkage between the products.
