Justin was incredible with our install and training the employees and myself. He is so patient and knowledgeable. The RPower helpdesk team is also so easy to work with. They answer your call/ email so quickly. I love that I am actually communicating with a real person in real time. Anyone I come in contact with that owns a business, I recommend RPower! I have worked with different POS systems and this one is by far the BEST one out there. Pros The ease and convenience. From the install to the rollout, it was SEAMLESS. Our staff handled the transition very well and since we switched to RPower, they've been raving about how great it is and how much they love it. Cons I am finding it very hard to find a con. The one thing I requested was the battery life on our handhelds as we were not able to see them. I wouldn't even call that a con but more of a request. This is far the best five star company that I’ve dealt with. Pros Our Sales Rep \[sensitive content hidden\], is amazing always reaching out to see how we’re doing talk to us about upgrades and new software. we can tell customer service is her top priority. Cons There are no cons, with this Rpower’s team . The only thing I can say is equipment and software can be very pricey. March 15, 2019 4.0 For our needs, RPower is great and I can't wait until I speak it's language a little more fluently. Pros RPower is easily the most in depth POS System I have ever used. It's range of features and customization are something to behold. I have yet to come across something that cannot be done with this software, and highly recommend it for complex or large menus and other sales fronts. Cons It's level of ability is often confusing and a little overwhelming. It's taken me 4 months to figure out the basics, with help from POS Nation's excellent customer service. As we grew, we switched to Toast, which offered many more features at a higher cost. Pros The best features of RPower are its reliability and low cost. We received amazing service from our rep as well. Cons Reminds me of much older systems. Fewer reports are available. Little connectivity for multiple locations. Pros I have used RPower for several years and not only is this software easy to use but when I do have a problem it gets fixed then not an hour or two later like other companies I have dealt with. I recommend RPower for ease of use for the staff. Cons The only negative is I cannot print from the register my royalty report. Customer support is good and we don’t have to wait to get help. Cons I don’t know that there’s really anything we don’t like. A dashboard or ability to get in remotely for managers/owners to view reports or help would be helpful. Reason for choosing RPOWER We inherited RPower equipment and have been happy with it since day one. Have used other POS systems (TouchBistro and Harbortouch) and find that we are happiest with RPower overall.
