It's an excellent resource for staff shift patterns and holiday allowances. The graphs are good too.

It's great service for staffs shift management and providing support to staff with scheduling and payroll. The graphs for each staff is an excellent resource.

Cons

I don't believe there is any thing that I least like about find my shift. The resources are very good for managing a business.

Pros

Easy schedule making, great that employees can clock in via just using their app. Good features available on desktop site.

Cons

Limited app features. Not integrated with EPOS systems like TOAST. Notification settings could be improved.

Good, only been scheduling staff for the last 2 weeks, but so far so good. Would like ability to limit authorisation on a more granular level, i.e. amend text but not actual rota, add phone number but not delete rules on breaks

Easy to use and login, can colour code different departments and cost centres, easy to add text notes to staff shifts

Cons

Could do with fitting/condensing an entire week on one screen - better overview than having to scroll up, down and across

Wij werken graag met Findmyshift, het is een gemakkelijke planner die ons toelaat snel met standaard sjablonen de weken vooruit te plannen.

Cons

De sjablonen een naam kunnen geven lijkt me handig. Ook is de app beperkt qua aanmaken van shiften (je moet daarvoor in de desktopversie en dat werkt niet zo goed op een smartphone).

It's been a relatively good experience. I found it easy to figure out, make changes, and simple to send updates to all staff. The notice board has been helpful.

Pros

It's visually easy to see who is working when and changes are made easily. We need to be able to book specific rooms and this feature is the reason I keep using it.

Cons

My staff who are self-schedulers don't like that they can't update their shifts on the app on their phones. I don't like that I can't put in a series of shifts with a start and end date and have the weeks automatically fill. I need to add each week/shift at a time.

I find it essential and easy to use, providing a useful and good value solution to creating and maintaining a rota, a thing no-one likes doing.

Pros

provides all the essential tools I need to manage my staff, findmyshift represents good value for money.

Cons

the app can be a bit confusing, with no pop up guidance for new users. I'd like it to automatically push me a .csv for hours at the end of the month

its quite positive. I will consider this for any other business I have in the future. I also like the fact that I got enough notification for the renewal.

Pros

its easy to use. It sends the email and the report is very effective. reporting is easy. And the app is accurate so there is no major bug

Cons

there are lots of things I dont know what they are and I am not using it. Also in the app my employee could not easy request a change is not that much user friendly. Also when you add a employee you cannot add her shift before the adding date. But this is happening most of the time.

Very good! Very easy to use, for everyone, it's visually clear, it calculates the hours for the week, and then you have the reports if you want more. It matches my needs!

Pros

You can personalise it as much as you want, easy to use, and reports are very useful, the app is good too.

Cons

The interface could be a bit more modern, when you click on red it sometimes appears as green, so a few glitches, but nothing major.

Easy to schedule shifts and apply templates for repeating rosters. Notifying staff of new shifts and changes is also easy.

Sometimes the shifts don't automatically clock off but they do clock off after a certain time frame.
