Pros Makes it easy for management and staff to know exactly who is in. It also helps with totalling staff hours for our pay run. Have found the customer service to be prompt in responding when I've had questions. Cons Do feel like it is a quite a big cost for us as a small business. We operate on the finest of margins. We do find it helpful however there could be a lighter version at a cheaper rate which gives you more of the absolutely necessary functions like Rota, Timesheets and Hours reports. I love being able to colourcode the departments! Pros It's one of the more efficient online rota systems at a good price! we've used it for nearly 10 years now at this point. Cons It can be a bit buggy, sometimes when trying to copy shifts over the screen can jump all over the place and undo shift placements already done. Great planning tool. Pros Streamline process that allows the team to interact, make requests and gives real time updates when changes are made. Reminders and notifications are very handy. Copy and paste function is such a time saver and the layout is easy to use. Notifications are not published until sent out meaning progress can be saved and rosters can be returned to later. Cons It would be good to have the ability to look at all the shifts at once on the app from the employee side. Pros Simple and easy to use, helpful tools such as the ability to pull out reports. Easy to add staff and students, and to make changes. Quick to publish and for changes to be shown on staff rotas. Cons Limited set out functions, fiddly to change font and colour, when allocating times to shifts it has to be set out in a vey specific way if using student view for it to transfer over to staff view. We have moved from paper to FindMyShift. Even though there are other management softwares where we can subscribe to the rota software, we have continued in the second year using FindMyShift. Also excellent value for money. Pros Ease of populating data and navigation on the software. It is very simple to understand and requires little training. Cons Some elements of holiday section can be improved. Also some warnings on the rota should using AI will be a good feature to add. For example a 4 hour shift can turn into a 16 hour shift with a small am or pm error with no warning. I have used other similar software, and just found it clunky. the ease of use is great and have no plans on looking elsewhere. Pros Easy to use for the most part. Makes scheduling a teams patterns very easy. Also makes scheduling annual leave easy a long way into the future. Online help is usually quick too. For the cost of the software, its very good, as the pros massively out-way the cons of financial output. I personally have had no issues with security when using the system. Cons Occasioanlly can throw cells information elsewhere and you dont see it untiul too late, but becomes something you learn to watch for. Could be more flexible with holiday hours for team members who work different shifts as I have hit limitations here. But just means some more manual input rather than not being able to use the system well. Our shifts are managed well allowing transfers and time off requests to be clear and concise. Cons I really don't have any complaints over our 3 years using Find my Shift. The service has been wonderful there are no service interruptions or bugs that we have experienced in our time using it. The graphs are good too. Pros It's great service for staffs shift management and providing support to staff with scheduling and payroll. The graphs for each staff is an excellent resource. Cons I don't believe there is any thing that I least like about find my shift. The resources are very good for managing a business. Pros Easy schedule making, great that employees can clock in via just using their app. Good features available on desktop site. Cons Limited app features. Not integrated with EPOS systems like TOAST.
