I found it easy to figure out, make changes, and simple to send updates to all staff. The notice board has been helpful. Pros It's visually easy to see who is working when and changes are made easily. We need to be able to book specific rooms and this feature is the reason I keep using it. Cons My staff who are self-schedulers don't like that they can't update their shifts on the app on their phones. The graphs are good too. Pros It's great service for staffs shift management and providing support to staff with scheduling and payroll. The graphs for each staff is an excellent resource. It’s easy to use, especially for the core scheduling job. For example: The user interface is easy and clean. All the data can be found easily, even for the person using for first time. It’s praised for helping with visibility: staff can check their shifts remotely, managers can publish rotas and staff availability more transparently. Pros Good value for money for what it does, easy to use and understand, and learn. easy to teach my manager how to use. Cons it would be good to have template weeks. also as we have a morning and an afternoon session (which is often the same person) it would be good to have a simpler way to do this. We use a divider in the day as a visual representation, so that the rota isnt too big when printed. My staff can use it easily enough shifts can be planned months in advance, support are helpful and respond quickly. Pros It is really easy to plan shifts and interchange them and make regular patterns with templates. Drop and Drag and the reporting is handy as well. Cons Not so much a con but wish the reports would have a header on them so they are clear what they are so I dont have to download excel and give it a header and save it before sending to the accountants for payroll. Cons that the company do not back the use and prefer to use excel spread sheets. these are unwieldy and not user friendly. I tried a few other rota software providers, and couldn't really find anyone who provided a good all round package, so returned! Pros I like the fact that you can send everything over to emails, and that it 'pings' to the app. Cons Quite happy overall really. I guess when I left, I wasn;t happy that I couldn't access data from previous weeks, even though I had paid for this- but someone sorted that out for me. It makes scheduling and payroll management much easier and more organized for my team. Once everything is set up, the system runs smoothly and helps reduce admin time. With a few improvements to the mobile app, it would be close to perfect. Pros What I like the most about Findmyshift is how smoth is for employees to record their clock in and out, making it so easy for me to calculate their salaries accuratly and on time. Cons Overall, I think I get a good value for what i pay. However, the management mobile app coulf bre more user friendly, especially when I need to quickly calculate or review someones salary. Cons I wish there was a way of having separate rotas without paying separate subscriptions, so we could break them down a bit more rather than filtering. As we have grown this software has assisted us in resource management. Pros We like the ease of the dashboard from staff, sites, to pay rates which can be tracked. The mobile interface is widely used by our staff also and easy to navigate. Cons It would be good if we could integrate a check call system into the software. The UX is clean. For basic company it is good and affordable. But there is always room for improvement. If they implement AI somehow it will help a lot with rostering.
