It’s praised for helping with visibility: staff can check their shifts remotely, managers can publish rotas and staff availability more transparently. I found it easy to figure out, make changes, and simple to send updates to all staff. The notice board has been helpful. Pros It's visually easy to see who is working when and changes are made easily. We need to be able to book specific rooms and this feature is the reason I keep using it. Cons My staff who are self-schedulers don't like that they can't update their shifts on the app on their phones. I don't like that I can't put in a series of shifts with a start and end date and have the weeks automatically fill. I need to add each week/shift at a time. Review Source HW Hannah W. " July 21, 2026 4.0 Once you get to grips with it, the programme is easy to use, it's quick and simple to make changes and things like being able to select what the staff can and can't see/have access to, making data protection easier to abide by. Pros Simple and easy to use, helpful tools such as the ability to pull out reports. Easy to add staff and students, and to make changes. Quick to publish and for changes to be shown on staff rotas. Cons Limited set out functions, fiddly to change font and colour, when allocating times to shifts it has to be set out in a vey specific way if using student view for it to transfer over to staff view. Very easy to use, for everyone, it's visually clear, it calculates the hours for the week, and then you have the reports if you want more. It matches my needs! Pros You can personalise it as much as you want, easy to use, and reports are very useful, the app is good too. Cons The interface could be a bit more modern, when you click on red it sometimes appears as green, so a few glitches, but nothing major. Communicationw as good,t he 1 month free trial at the beginning was fantastic for us to get used to it, a few days or a week wouldnt have been long enough. Pros Good value for money for what it does, easy to use and understand, and learn. easy to teach my manager how to use. Cons it would be good to have template weeks. also as we have a morning and an afternoon session (which is often the same person) it would be good to have a simpler way to do this. We use a divider in the day as a visual representation, so that the rota isnt too big when printed. My staff can use it easily enough shifts can be planned months in advance, support are helpful and respond quickly. Pros It is really easy to plan shifts and interchange them and make regular patterns with templates. Drop and Drag and the reporting is handy as well. Cons Not so much a con but wish the reports would have a header on them so they are clear what they are so I dont have to download excel and give it a header and save it before sending to the accountants for payroll. I have no issues with recommending this system Pros Easy to use, ensures staff aware of duty changes in a timely manner. allows broadcast type messaging system that can include all staff. Cons that the company do not back the use and prefer to use excel spread sheets. these are unwieldy and not user friendly. I tried a few other rota software providers, and couldn't really find anyone who provided a good all round package, so returned! Pros I like the fact that you can send everything over to emails, and that it 'pings' to the app. Cons Quite happy overall really. I guess when I left, I wasn;t happy that I couldn't access data from previous weeks, even though I had paid for this- but someone sorted that out for me. The graphs are good too. Pros It's great service for staffs shift management and providing support to staff with scheduling and payroll. The graphs for each staff is an excellent resource. Cons I don't believe there is any thing that I least like about find my shift. The resources are very good for managing a business. Pros It has been an absolute game changer for our operations as a Centre. Having everything in one place makes planning so much easier, and our day to day operations more streamlined. Cons I wish there was a way of having separate rotas without paying separate subscriptions, so we could break them down a bit more rather than filtering. As we have grown this software has assisted us in resource management. Pros We like the ease of the dashboard from staff, sites, to pay rates which can be tracked. The mobile interface is widely used by our staff also and easy to navigate. Cons It would be good if we could integrate a check call system into the software. I use the mobile version (not the app) never liked the app. I use the desktop version on my mobile. Sometimes it’s a bit glitchy but what isn’t. Pros Used it for a while, just familiar with the functions. Probably don’t use half the functions that it’s capable off, but it gets the job done. Cons The cost. I’ve done some comparisons and I find the cost quite high. Other colleagues in my industry are using different platforms and I’ve considered changing.
