The system itself is excellent—reliable, and our staff gave very positive feedback on both the online platform and the app. However, we cannot continue using it due to a major flaw in the pricing structure. The jump from a very limited free plan (for 5 users) straight to a $46/month plan for up to 20 users leaves small teams like ours (7-10 people) with no viable option. It is not reasonable to pay for 20 licenses when you only need a handful. It's a real shame. They have a product that small teams would gladly pay a fair price for, but the current pricing forces you to either squeeze into an inadequate free plan or significantly overpay. We were a happy, ready-to-subscribe team, but we've had to look elsewhere. I recommend FindMyShift only for teams that need close to 20 users. For any small team, I suggest you look for a provider with scalable pricing. Pros Easy to read. Our staff gave very positive feedback on both the online platform and the app. We are a small Team. Cons There is a major flaw in the pricing structure. $46/month plan for up to 20 users leaves small teams like ours (7-10 people) with no viable option. It’s easy to use, especially for the core scheduling job. For example: The user interface is easy and clean. All the data can be found easily, even for the person using for first time. It’s praised for helping with visibility: staff can check their shifts remotely, managers can publish rotas and staff availability more transparently. Pros Good value for money for what it does, easy to use and understand, and learn. easy to teach my manager how to use. Cons it would be good to have template weeks. also as we have a morning and an afternoon session (which is often the same person) it would be good to have a simpler way to do this. We use a divider in the day as a visual representation, so that the rota isnt too big when printed. My staff can use it easily enough shifts can be planned months in advance, support are helpful and respond quickly. Pros It is really easy to plan shifts and interchange them and make regular patterns with templates. Drop and Drag and the reporting is handy as well. Cons Not so much a con but wish the reports would have a header on them so they are clear what they are so I dont have to download excel and give it a header and save it before sending to the accountants for payroll. Ive been using it for 3 years now. Pros Very easy to use. I love how you can customize it to how you want it to look with different colors. Its easy to copy and paste as well or just type in the hours. Its very easy. I've been using this for my employees for about 3 years. Cons I wish it would let you start the week on a specific day. Our pay periods are Thursday - Wednesdays and I would like to change the start day so I can get a complete count of hours worked during that pay week. As we have grown this software has assisted us in resource management. Pros We like the ease of the dashboard from staff, sites, to pay rates which can be tracked. The mobile interface is widely used by our staff also and easy to navigate. Cons It would be good if we could integrate a check call system into the software. Pros It has been an absolute game changer for our operations as a Centre. Having everything in one place makes planning so much easier, and our day to day operations more streamlined. Cons I wish there was a way of having separate rotas without paying separate subscriptions, so we could break them down a bit more rather than filtering. We dont use the messaging service but can see how this would be a great advantage to larger teams. Pros Easy to work from PC and app on phones. 8 week template structure which makes it easy to upload shifts. Can make changes without 'publishing' them so it gives the manager time to make changes before finalising Cons No complaints. The team likes it ease of it. I like it as a manager.
