This is very user friendly and I like how it is easy to use and manage.

Pros

It is very easy to use and easy to read. It is very customisable which is ideal. I also like how the employee information is readily available when we need to call to fill a shift.

Cons

Some of the reports could be more excel friendly such as the timesheets report. The current report is difficult to import into other payroll systems.

I have worked with other scheduling software, along with time management software - Findmyshift is by far the easiest and most feature rich for the money. We are able to have different departments, communicate with the team and track punches to avoid buddy punching. I highly recommend!

Find My Shift is very easy to use, tons of features!

Overall I am very happy with the platform and it is a very good communication and planning tool, in relation to work scheduling.

Pros

I think it is a great platform for scheduling work and projects in advance and providing that information to the team/crew. It is also great for checking back and reviewing time spent on each project, and it is great for recording Employee days off in advance and reviewing them when necessary.

Cons

Overall it is a great platform, I think it would be useful to have a parallel surface for admin to schedule the work in advance and add project notes. This data can then be reviewed and finalised before it is available to the Employees to view on their own device.

We are very happy with the scheduling functionality in Findmyshift, which as the most essential part of our requirement. We find the time planner itself helpful but the report is confusing and could be better formattedOverall we would give Findmyshift a rating of 4.5/5.00 .

Pros

We are a niche market; facilitating the invigilation of on-line computerised exams. Findmyshift was the only product tested which allowed us to use the facility function to record invigilation staff schedules against exams.

Cons

The on/off clocking feature leads to frequent errors as staff often double click to select on or off, resulting in multiple logins and logouts.The time planner report is not very intuitive and could be better formatted.

The flexibility in use of the facility function. Findmyshift was the only product tested which allowed us to use the facility function to record invigilation staff schedules against exams.

Customisability and the ability for staff to see their schedules. And that we can easily change shifts for flexibility as we often have changes

Cons

We would like to be able to separate departments a bit better. it is nice that we can put the facility under their shift. but for ease of access, it'd be nice to be able to separate staff into separate lists so separate team leaders can see their staff in a concise list. but some staff work in multiple departments

Good for the purpose we are using, but very difficult to integrate other administrative services. You need multiple softwares to do an HR admin.

Pros

A relatively easy to use employee management and scheduling solution for a reasonable price. Ideal for small remote teams and for office environment.

Cons

Outdated platform design, some features are challenging to use. It is costly to use for multiple departments of the same company. No API connection to my understanding and no mobile access which makes it impossible to adapt in non-office like environment. Some reporting features missing, others are not useful for remote operations.

Findmyshift is an easy to use rota system for us, we have a very busy and changing workforce with multiple facilities where our staff can work and we were worried about having a difficult system that wasn't easy for our administrators to use or the staff to access however findmyshift ticks all the boxes! We are able to quickly rota our staff on in various facilities, send them immediate notification to confirm their shift and then pull reports for payroll and other purposes. Staff can also add their availability on and everything works amazingly! The support team have always been on hand to help where we have needed them - I'd highly recommend the system to others!

Pros

It's so easy to use and very tech friendly to explain to our staff. The online rota is so easy to set up and make changes to and then sends immediate notifications to the employee.

Cons

Nothing - honestly the system is a breeze it has all the features we need and just works very well.

### "exceptional value for money - Mobile app needs improvement"

We're a cafe/bar employing a team of 20+. We use the back office constantly - amending hours and shifts is a daily chore made simple and easy with Find My Shift. The ability to have a working calendar months in advance at our staffs fingertips is priceless. Barely having scratched the surface in regards to reporting functions, from an administrative point of view it is exceptional. The only issues we've faced are in regards to our staff accessing and using it themselves. The mobile site isn't great and the last time I checked the app to help a staff member out, it was awful.

Pros

We love having access across our management team to the reporting features. It cuts our work time down dramatically being able to see all of our figures laid out.

Cons

Our staff find it difficult to use the app - most being quite young, won't open find my shift in a browser: they will go straight to the app. Even when opened in a browser, if they're using the mobile-site it is still not easy enough for them to see who is working and when. We also have a problem with the "reject shift" feature every time a new staff member starts with us: they tend to believe that working is optional as a result of seeing the option.

We would like an easier way to record hours accrued for working bank holidays and a way for the staff to easily see a list of hours deducted for each individual absence

findmyshift is a friendly app with a very nice and easy to use interface where you can manage employees from anywhere and any device from your web browser. allows real-time monitoring of employees either in a single company or in several at the same time. where you can monitor with your clock application the hours that employees are working and automatically generate automated reports to calculate payroll and manage costs. very easy to program, we can manage perzonalizables database and configure reminders of daily changes, notifications by email, text messages or push notification. As if that were not enough, it allows deducting personnel breaks and making smart calculations to generate a payroll. and all this we can store it in a completely secure way in the cloud with backups. findmyshift can use it totally free of charge up to 5 employees and provides us with enough documentation to see everything you can do. and with a very low price we can manage an unlimited number of employees, perfect for large companies and with several branches

Cons

It is very difficult to see something negative in this application, since it has several years in development and improvement. the only negative would be his dependence on the Internet to manage. since if the Internet fails, we could have administrative control problems. It should be developed in more languages.

FindMyShift has been really helpful from all angles. We have managed to schedule shifts, find out where our staff are, book holidays. Staff have found it easy to use and convenient. Overall it has been a really good experience.

Pros

Cannot write notes about client visits. No client profiles with documents.

We have used Fingerpick My Shift for several years, no hesitation to keep renewing.

Pros

Love the ease of scheduling shifts and for staff to request leave. Permissions allow you to streamline your scheduling options to your company needs.

Cons

No consolidation in reports in the hours section. When entering information into the notes section in employee details, when you update profile the information can sometimes disappear from the notes.

Allowing the staff to access their shifts from their phone, and using the hours reporting for payroll.

Pros

We were able to try out before committing to a years subscription. The staff hours are easy to download for wages It is very clear looking back how many hours each staff is working

Cons

The main problem is when staff put in there hours. If they put in 9 - 5 with an extra gap or any other minor error it will not feed through onto the summary. So each week we need to count the number of shifts each person has and count the number of records on the report section. Each week there is at least one error. This would be corrected by not allowing or having a seperate box for comments.

Reason for choosing Findmyshift

We did not have a large budget. I wanted to try the service but management were unsure of the benefits. As we were able to trial the product, as soon as it was used the management realised how useful it was and we have used it ever since.

Superb tool even though I have yet to use all the features

Pros

ease of use and real-time clocking in, i used to find my shift as a test, but I carried on with it and never looked back to use the other product as my staff were already uploaded here, and I could not be bothered to start resetting them on other products and Findmyshift was giving me what I need

Cons

Other features are not easily explained. I would like to understand the reporting i.e being able to print the total hours of allocated shifts per month per employee

We found findmyshift easy to implement in our hotel and took a little time to train our manager and staff to use the system properly

Pros

Findmyshift is a very good piece of software that helps employers and employees, cloud base easy to use and very valuable in terms of keeping tracks of staff hours. We used it for about a year, head of departments feedbacks been very positive and also HR daily and monthly tasks are streamed down due to a good reporting system. We use findmyshift also for payroll purposes and works very well.

Cons

Overall a good product probably having the ability to add extra cells for comments on the rotas can be very useful

This is a great tool to help with day to day task of scheduling staff, it does exactly what I wanted and staff are able to request holidays and see their shifts easily

Staff are able to see their shifts, no print out of rota's required Being able to repeat weekly rota's without having to repeat typing

That staff are not able to make changes to their shifts or see that other staff are on holiday

Find My Shift is a very intuitive, easy-to-use staffing scheduling app, that has been very well received across all of our management team and workforce teams. It offers a dynamic and flexible approach that we need as an evolving tourism business by enabling managers to co-ordinate teams, staff to input fairly and for duty supervisors to have an holistic overview. The mobile app is excellent and very useful for casual staff

Initial set-up for administrators and subsequent roll-out to the whole Team was seamless. The navigation is user friendly. The features and functions menu allow for customized set-up. And, the mobile app is essential.

Cons

Nothing at this time in the desktop version. The mobile app could use a navigation facelift.

Overall it is a huge improvement on our old excel based rota and the fact that it is web based makes it much easier to access information.

Pros

This software has allowed us to setup bespoke shifts for each of our boarding houses which is brilliant as we do have slightly different shift timings depending on the age of the students in house.

Cons

It does not allow you to setup a generic shift pattern. If you could do this for a year then you would just copy and paste and adjust to allow for the slight differences in timings. When you are adding staff to a shift in a particular house it shows all staff in the organisation. If you have filtered to show only one house in "house view" you should only see staff who are allocated to that specific house. When you print out a rota it is difficult to set the filter times so that you can see a whole year which for us would be very useful.

Reason for choosing Findmyshift

Find my shift appeared to offer the flexibility that we were looking for whereas some of the other software was less flexible.
