Findmyshift m'est utile tout les jours et me fait gagner un temps précieux. Pros J'apprécie la facilité d'utilisation de Findmyshift, ce logiciel permet de mieux suivre les planning. J'apprécie le suivi des heures et surtout de pouvoir ajouter des ressources qui permet une meilleure visibilité. The mobile app is very unhelpful. Pros Not much, the system is almost used for us as Cons The system does not suit the busy shift working roster such as ED. There is no visibility of staff numbers, modification of requests is very hard, and generating a roster on this is almost impossible. We just use it as a demo for our roster that is made by Excel. Cons I love using it, just the least i kind of want to see improvement is when you type a name, you have to click refresh to have the name populate. This could be confusing for certain people. Pros its easy to use and give multiple layers of management oversight, from viewer to admin. Giving staffing team the flexibility to monitor their teams, and senior or management/ team leaders the ability to amend aspects and send requests. Budgeting and reporting tools are also very useful for planning and analysing using team data. Cons the baby blue message windows with pale text do need a little amending, very hard to read.
