Pros

The app is easy to read, easy to swap shifts and know your schedule and what tasks you need to work on. Syncs well. Overall it's a great app

Cons

I haven't found anything i don't like. It's a great app and I hope my employer keeps using it instead of the old way

Findmyshift has been a pretty vital tool for me and my business of 14 employees for a more than a couple years now. As I've got to grips with the extra tools and services it's really helped me keep the payroll costs in check and organised. Staff have no problems using the system to book time off either.

I find it lacking in a number of areas Mainly reporting is not as good as it could be with no sales vs wages is rather basic That is the point of a hospitality roster program to roster to wages to turnover The Admin levels need 2 access levels so managers can add staff details but not see all wages

I find the program great, As i can now budget my staff wages to the cent's every week. The program saves me money on a weekly bases. Long term savings are massive by using the program. I can now see where im spending too much money on each day, And i can never over lap staff holidays. Thankyou

Findmyshift helped us a lot. We are a small/medium business with about 20 people. The system helped us to organize weekly hours submission, keep track of holidays, pay rates. As we have multiple store locations it made a huge difference to us. We can only recommend FindMyShift.

We have found Find My Shift a valuable and easy resource to use for staff allocation and tracking and will continue to use it.

Pros

Can use to communicate to staff with ease.

Cons

Adding shifts can be clunky, especially when moving between weeks.

Pros

this is a great tool for keeping track of an employee schedule list, especially when you have a lot of employees and need to keep up with shift changes and 2nd jobs/school schedules

Cons

it's not cheap, and some of the features seem to be a bit glitchy from time to time, but overall i like using it
