Team seem to work well with it. Pros The fact that is has an interactive app where push notifications for shifts are sent. Logging in for shifts is simple. I use the mobile version (not the app) never liked the app. I use the desktop version on my mobile. Sometimes it’s a bit glitchy but what isn’t. Pros Used it for a while, just familiar with the functions. Probably don’t use half the functions that it’s capable off, but it gets the job done. Cons The cost. I’ve done some comparisons and I find the cost quite high. Other colleagues in my industry are using different platforms and I’ve considered changing. I tried a few other rota software providers, and couldn't really find anyone who provided a good all round package, so returned! Pros I like the fact that you can send everything over to emails, and that it 'pings' to the app. Cons Quite happy overall really. I guess when I left, I wasn;t happy that I couldn't access data from previous weeks, even though I had paid for this- but someone sorted that out for me. Pros Very user friendly, lots of options regarding how to lay out a roster (colours, areas, etc), good notification settings. Options for available shifts and staff ability to enter notes/leave/comments on different days. Cons N/A, it is the best rostering system I have used. Pros The easy of us, and the access staff can be given. Cons It can be tricky to work at first and doesn't meet all needs. Staff can't see shifts further than purchased.
