I easily returned to using it without hesitation when I restarted my business. **Pros:** I like how the features are very close to Needles, which is what I used quite a bit in my earlier personal injury litigation career. MyCase is very easy to use and customer support is also top notch. **Cons:** While I understand the different subscription levels offer more features, it seems some modifications I need to make with respect to client billing are only available in the more expensive subscription levels.
