"Highly recommended"

**Overall:** Overall I have always been very happy with Rosemark, especially when the \[sensitive content hidden\] used to call me to ask how things were going. I thought that was a wonderful, personal touch!

**Pros:** Rosemark's customer service is spectacular! No matter what time of day it is, they answer our questions and help fix whatever bind we've found ourselves in.

**Cons:** Cost keeps rising which is frustrating. Also, there are some features that other vendors have that I wish Rosemark had.

"Innovations in Home Healthcare"

**Overall:** My staff and myself have a great working relationship with the support team. They are very professional and available when needed to answer any questions as well as train new staff members.

**Pros:** The product is very user friendly, I liked the scheduling system for our caregivers to clock in and out also to send notifications. Run reports and uploading documents. The online webinars and training videos are very helpful.

**Cons:** The software does not give me the capability to resend notifications I have to create a new notification each time. Also, the ability to document hourly notes on our patients which is something the company is working on.

**Reasons for Choosing Rosemark:** Rosemark had all the features I was looking for in a Homecare Scheduling System also it was very affordable.
