I thought that was a wonderful, personal touch! **Pros:** Rosemark's customer service is spectacular! No matter what time of day it is, they answer our questions and help fix whatever bind we've found ourselves in. **Cons:** Cost keeps rising which is frustrating. They are very professional and available when needed to answer any questions as well as train new staff members. **Pros:** The product is very user friendly, I liked the scheduling system for our caregivers to clock in and out also to send notifications. Run reports and uploading documents. The online webinars and training videos are very helpful. **Cons:** The software does not give me the capability to resend notifications I have to create a new notification each time.
