### "Can't beat the Support!"

Rosemark has provided flexibility, ease of use and efficiency for scheduling and payroll processes. Overall our experience has been nothing but positive.

Pros

Working with the Support team we have been able to modify the system to fit some of our unique needs. Our staff and clients benefit from the real-time notifications. The ability to quickly communicate with staff and the flexibility of text messaging and email works very well with our team.

Cons

As a Canadian, most US software has difficulty with Canadian tax codes and Rosemark is no different. Again, the support from the Rosemark Tech team has been great and they keep working on it! It would be nice if the Desk top features were also in the Web app but that is a minor quibble!

Reason for choosing Rosemark

Compared many, primary reason for choice was pricing and compatibility with other programs such as Intuit Quickbooks OnLine

it's good when it works properly, Lately it has not been saving my work and I have to keep re adding it, sometimes multiple times.

Pros

Ease of adding Clients and Caregivers, and canceling shifts.

Cons

needs more options instead of just Refused shift for the caregiver, need to add Request off, Vacation, working other job.

Pros

The user friendly interface, and the ability to configure to my agency specific needs. The staffing is superb at handling any questions immediately. Best software product I have used.

Cons

No cons for our agency. Rosemark has been consistent and no issues have ever arisen.

My organization's experience with Rosemark has been outstanding. They are clearly interested in providing the best service in the industry.

Pros

The ease of use is very important to my organization as we have multiple office workers utilizing the software every day, all day.

Cons

Occasionally, I find a specific report I'd like to generate and am unable to do so. The customer service team at Rosemark is always willing to discuss finding a way to meet my needs.

My staff and myself have a great working relationship with the support team. They are very professional and available when needed to answer any questions as well as train new staff members.

Pros

The product is very user friendly, I liked the scheduling system for our caregivers to clock in and out also to send notifications. Run reports and uploading documents. The online webinars and training videos are very helpful.

Cons

The software does not give me the capability to resend notifications I have to create a new notification each time. Also, the ability to document hourly notes on our patients which is something the company is working on.

### "10 Years and going"

Pros

Rosemark is fully automated and makes payroll and invoicing a breeze when using QuickBooks. We have grown with Rosemark through the years and they have made many improvements with the changing of times. The introduction of the APP a few years back has been awesome and the caregivers have enjoyed having access at their fingertips.

Cons

The cons are minimal and not worth mentioning.

Overall satisfactory.

Pros

Good customer support, works well enough and serves the basic purpose that we need.

Cons

Not easily accessible on non MS Windows computers. Not having a good 'family room' for customers to access data for their family member. Can't track which user in our company made a change to our data in Rosemark. No audit trail of user actions is what I am referring to.

Pros

I love the support team! They are super helpful, friendly and great to work with! Rosemark has great training videos and a wonderful users guide. The best thing about this system is that Rosemark truly listens to feature requests.

Cons

This system can be complex to "non-techy" users. However, the support team is just a phone call away to help with ANY question!

### "The Rosemark Team is exeptional!"

Pros

When we first started with Rosemark, the Rosemark team (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]) was my rock! He trained my team and was so patient and helpful! The scheduling was so different from what we had before and we though it would be so complicated to make a switch but with the ongoing training we were provided it was so easy!

Cons

A couple of things... that's it. When the office staff sends a message to the caregiver: the caregiver responds, the office staff can see the response but we can not see the original message sent. This is very confusing and causes more work if we are not logged in. We really need to see the original message that was sent out when the response to that message comes to us. Also... I would love to see some sort of "read"receipt when the caregiver reads a message.

Has allowed my business to prosper over the years since i know where all the vital information is located. Easy telephony system for staff. Accurate record keeping for both billing and payroll. Will customize reports as needed for better measures and management of key performance indicators.

Pros

Have been using The Rosemark System for 10+ years. It is the backbone of my business. Stores all vital details of clients and staff. Extremely user friendly. Great customer support. Have recommended to many owners in the field. Really nice people too.

Cons

Absolutely nothing. Every concern has been addressed instantly.

Our overall experience with Rosemark has been great. It keep up with all my individuals and their services and the staff that service them. It allows them to clock in and out and it has GPS tracking. This is the best feature.

Pros

I like the fact that my staff can clock in and out and there is GPS tracking attached.

Cons

For what our agency need it to do there are no features that I can think of that would help us anymore.

Reason for choosing Rosemark

There were no alternatives. This was our first electronic product and we figured if we did not like it we could choose another one. We are still using Rosemark. It does what we need it to do.

As I said from above, I am extremely happy with Rosemark software and the entire staff. In the past when the staff traveled to our area, they would call and we would meet them for dinner and chat time. We love the customer service that they give. Everyone on staff is awesome.

Pros

I did not choose Rosemark. When I started with Visiting Angels 6 and 1/2 years ago, it is the software I was trained on. I love the ease in learning it. I love the entire staff at Rosemark. Anytime and every time I call with a problem or issue I am treated like family.

Cons

There is nothing I have an issue with. I am very happy with this software.

### "Scheduler"

Overall the system is good and easy to navigate as long as you use the functions consistently. Sometimes I find if I don't do something regularly I forget all the steps to get this accomplished. I am speaking to the parameters that need to be put in place to work with EDI files or QuickBooks.

Pros

My favorite feature of the software is the mapping tool. When I need to find a caregiver that is close to client it is extremely useful.

Cons

Me and everyone else in this office do not like how Norton gets in the way of us updating the software whenever it is required.

The customer service is first class. The Rosemark system solves our scheduling and HR compliance issues. It also helps us keep in compliance with our client requirements.

Pros

The overall purpose of it. The pending actions feature. The messaging and online abilities for our employees (shift reminders & online schedule).

Cons

It is not Mac compatible. Downloading spreadsheets from Shoshana is cumbersome and not very user intuitive. The interface overall could be more seamless and more user friendly ( like a Mac :) ).

No. We chose it because Tom & Linda have a band on Spotify.

Again, the customer service people are exceptional!

Pros

It is very user friendly and syncs well with my Quickbooks application. But the most important aspect is the customer service. Anytime I have a question or issue the people answering the phones are very knowledgeable and ready to help.

Cons

I do not like the automatic time out but understand it is for HIPAA laws and regulations.

A tip for that, just log back in and all your work will be where you left it. Some click cancel, that will take you back to the main screen. So there are choices there depending what you want to do.

Software is software. What makes the difference is customer service. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] are the best. If the software does not work for you, they will make it work for you. If they can't they will change it so it does work for your business. I have been with Shoshana for 10 years and have been 110% satisfied and would never ever think of switching companies.

Pros

The software is exceptionally excellent.

Cons

I would like to print out all invoices at one time in Rosemark, before I confirm the invoices.

Pros

The software is very easy to use and clearly lets you know about shifts that are open, assigned, etc. It lets you track call outs and tardies, as well. The support team at Shoshana is absolutely excellent, very responsive, and will walk you through any challenges!

Cons

It would be great to be able to create more reports using Rosemark, such as client schedules for a months time or caregiver schedules.

Pros

Scheduling is easy to do and easy to manage. I love that I can access it from home, which makes last-minute scheduling changes a breeze. Payroll reports are easy to read and understand.

Cons

I wish you could delete client accounts easier. It would be nice to be able to make scheduling changes from a smart phone.
