When need a signature for final approval, you can use e-signature where the process is much faster to use especially when you're limited on time. When tracking documents of contracts, the database is very useful in pulling up contracts. Cons Like all software there are pro and cons in using it. With eContracts, this system is actually a good software and useful. The benefits of even using a software to help make my task easier is a pro for me.
