Die SSO Integration funktioniert. Das ist aber auch das Einzige, was sich hier zu erwähnen lohnt. Cons Extrem umständlich. Erfüllt nicht ansatzweise die ISO 9241. Es fehlt an Selbstbeschreibungsfähigkeit und an der Möglichkeit Korrekturen vorzunehmen. Man kann nicht einfach aus einem Vertrag eine Bestellung auslösen. Die Benutzerführung führt nicht durch den Prozess, sondern stellt Formulare und Artikel in den Vordergrund. Wenn ich aber nicht am Anfang eines Prozesses bin, z.B. den Vertrag zum Artikel gibt es schon, aber die Bestellanforderung noch nicht, ist man verloren. Alte Vorgänge kann ich nicht mehr einsehen, weil sofort die Berechtigung weg ist, wenn mein Schritt abgeschlossen ist. Bei uns legt jeder seine Bestellungen als Kopien von früheren Bestellungen an, weil der Einstieg über einen leere Bestellung völlig unbedienbar ist. We moved from a messy system of emails and spreadsheets, so having everything in one place is a huge relief. I finally know who is spending what before the bill actually arrives, which makes my job way easier. That said, getting there wasn't fun. The implementation took longer than we expected, and getting our non-techy staff to actually use it correctly was a struggle. It’s not something you "pick up" in an afternoon. But now that we are over the hump, I can’t imagine going back to the old way. It works, but you have to be patient with it. Pros The "Amazon-like" feel. For the average employee buying office supplies or laptops, it’s actually pretty easy. They search for what they need and click buy. It stops them from going rogue and buying stuff from random websites. The Mobile App, a lifesaver for expenses. Being able to snap a photo of a receipt at dinner and toss the paper away immediately is the best feature. Invoicing. I love that a vendor literally cannot get paid unless they have a matching PO. It forces everyone to follow the rules. Cons Suppliers complaints.The "Coupa Supplier Portal" is great for us, but annoying for them to log in just to submit an invoice. People were just emailing PDF invoices to AP, and we'd find out about the cost weeks after the money was spent.
