It also allows us to easily set up different splits that need to be paid with multiple agents. This system has helped us save time and money. Our accounting team loves the system. Pros Life insurance commissions have always been complex and complicated. We have worked with numerous software applications over the years to help us track our commissions and finally we found Core Commissions. This software allows us to customize our commission structure so that we know exactly what we are owed, when to expect it and then can reconcile it when the commissions come in. Cons Like any software there is a learning curve to utilize the application. We are also determining the best way to incorporate historical data into the system. Considering all the options we have, there were a lot of puzzling calculations that needed to be created. Our guys were quick on their feet, able to adapt, and simplify our process as a whole. We highly recommend. Pros We have a number of products and services that we offer so the ability to manage everything was crucial. Our custom setup saves us hours and hours of crunching numbers every month and having to do our commission reporting manually.
