Pros: It's great to have a single place where I can store documents, track todo's, assign duties, and schedule events and reminders. Being able to get to my data from any device (as long as I have access to the Internet) is huge. And GLD is flexible; in addition to coordinating legal matters, I use it to keep track of tax filing deadlines and other recurring responsibilities that tend to fall through the cracks. Better than Outlook because it's so easy to tie dates and actions and documents together.

Cons: GLD would be better if it supported more flexible team structures, rather than requiring that all of my people share a common email domain .

Overall: I absolutely recommend GLD.

Great Product; Best Customer Support

Pros: GLD provides exactly what we need for our legacy document management. Customer support is the best I have come across.

Cons: None so far.

Overall: For corporate legal departments, this is a wonderful product.

Pros: GLD lets you dump all the little bits and pieces of information, drafts, final agreements and things to do running around in your head and pilling up on your desk into an organized space where nothing gets misplaced or forgotten where it is easy to retrieve.

Cons: You have to give up your old ways of keeping sticky notes all over your computer and scraps of paper in your shirt pocket or using the Outlook task list and swear off of them for 6 weeks until you learn new and better habits using GLD.

Overall: GLD is an inexpensive and wonderful system of organizing your desk and life. Commit to GLD for 6 weeks and you will never go back to your hap-hazard ways.

Pros: We have implemented at ACC in two stages and the staff is really liking the functions, specifically the action items and notices.

Ease to develop and ease to use. No need to use all the functions from the start...and slowly implement new ones depending on your needs.

Cons: None at this point.

Overall: We created with GLD to help our members - and knew if we used it, we could easily help them as well.

Practicing what we preach!
