“We have used this software for about 5 years now, there has been one update no real issues”

OverallAccurate time for employees puches
ProsThis software is very easy to use, it is just as easy for administrators as it is for your employees. Very little training is involved. The comments section is a great feature as well as being able to make request, this helps out a great deal especially for off shifts
ConsThe reports are a bit rigid. It would be nice to be able to pull reports by other things rather than just the allotted filters

“Much Better than TriNet”

OverallMuch smoother benefit management and training courses are a bonus.
ProsThis software is very easy to use and the offerings are extensive. The included Excel training has been extremely useful to our new hires to get them up to speed quickly.
ConsWe did have some issues switching over from TriNet with regards to the 401K payroll deductions. I am not sure if that was because we were on-boarded during the last week of December and had less than 5 days to enroll, but it took 4 pay periods to get the first deduction into the new 401K.

“Easy way to keep all of our timesheets, payroll and accruals organized”

ProsEverything is nicely documented and organized. If there are ever any issues, I email them and they fix it right away.
ConsThey did an update without informing us, which threw a wrench in a few things. Nothing too terrible.

“Easy to use, but not customizable and lacks functionality ”

ProsIt has a nice user interface, and offers two ways of rating employee performance. Can set up separate review periods for different departments.
ConsCan't run multiple anniversary review cycles at the same time, which is frustrating if you have different workflows for different departments.

“Not perfect, but a simple solution.”

OverallJust started using PerformSmart, and it's easy to use, pretty self-explanatory, but the features are limited. Also, there is no option for employees to electronically sign, which eliminates the ability to have a paperless performance management system.
