I HAVE HAD NO ISSUES. I UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING THEY ARE TELLING ME AND THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP ME IN ANY WAY. I WONT BE USING ANYONE ELSE. Support is super helpful and friendly when I have any questions. Pros Patriot software is extremely easy to use for a small business like myself. The set up was very easy and a representative helped me out when I had questions. Once set up it is a painless process to run payroll every week. It saves me time and money being able to do it all myself! I recommend it anyone looking for a payroll service. Cons Honestly nothing was wrong with the software. I was with a very large national payroll company, paying through the nose (and a few other body parts!)..They actually had a price increase during the pandemic! This forced me to listen to the commercials and contact Patriot. They are everything they claim to be and more. I wish I did this years ago! They even saved me THOUSANDS of dollars on my Florida Worker Compensation policy, $THOUSANDS$ Pros Easy to use. MAJOR cost savings. While initial setup has a few moving parts and details, ongoing management and maintenance is a breeze. As a financial advisor, I have access to payroll software many of my clients use. I would say Patriot is better than the majority of their competitors. Cons The initial setup was a little cumbersome and I didn't want to mess up the details (SUTA, SUI, etc).
