Overall the process is been very straightforward. The system is easy to maneuver. Deleting and starting over has been easy as well. Use of full-service phenomenal increase of $20 pay. As well worth the money. Pros What I like most about the software, is the fact step-by-step instruction/question to answer to set up your payroll. There are a number of how-to features built into the software. The architect of the software or the screens are self-explanatory and easy to follow. Cons I would say the checks set up was a bit challenging. It would have been ideal if the system default to a standard check print. And the need to edit the check format has been eliminated. My employees find it easy to navigate as well and I'm able to integrate a fully digital payroll system which saves me time and money. Cons There seems to be some issues with integrating with QBO. My bookkeeper does it manually. Cons The only upgrade I would suggest would be navigating on the website. Patriot maintains and keeps current on the ever changing requirements and laws mandated by the various states and federal government. Cons Setup library and videos were lacking in beginning. Most importantly every person I've had contact with was KNOWLEDGEABLE about the software and its real world effects. Very satisfied. Pros The software is intuitive and very easy to use, particularly for someone like me who has zero accounting background and whose eyes glass over when accountants start using lingo. Cons Only thing I don't like so far is that reports are automatically filed on the end of the month; reports aren't due until the 18th of the month following, so would appreciate a couple of days to figure things out after the month/quarter closes Review Source RP Ryan P.
