If I ever have a problem or question, customer service is always available and helpful. This includes help office AND account officers. Pros It’s great when you are looking for a job, you can type in the job number or the job customer or the job address and still get the account quickly. Cons I would like it if when you’re working on a job and you’re toward the bottom of the page and you want to go to another job if you could just click on something at the top and you could search for the next job instead of having to scroll all the way to the top. I personally do not have the extensive hours to get this running on top of my normal day to day. I was unaware of the all in it would need to get going. Pros Everything in one place (no longer need to have a signature platform and photo platform)- organization Cons A very long and hard setup to get everything going. Not recommended if you are already too busy with you company. Bring on someone just to set this up for you. Manager Construction Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Acculynx, Pros and Cons" December 3, 2025 4.0 Overall very please and has allowed the business I work with to get organize and also identify our weaknesses. We are still working through the pains of transitioning to a new system from doing everything by hand but I think we are learning how to use it more effectively everyday. Pros All in one platform that allows me to organize, customize and streamline. I can view all our client information easily and add new information and documentation from a phone or my laptop. Cons I don't like that it does not have apple calendars integrated yet and some of the mobile interface seems a little bit clunky. The search is a little picky when you are searching for a project that you have already created and you type in for example "100 S maxwell" instead of "100 South maxwell" I've noticed that the search will exclude the project if you do not type it exactly correct. But I think it would be helpful for search results to show related or similar items to account for typos or projects that are have cardinal directions spelled out rather than abbreviated. I also would like to see more in spanish training and seminars. I would like to see potential integration with XACTIMATE so that we can directly pull prices from them there for estimates or supplementals. From approving a job, tracking its progress through either the labor tickets or messages, to invoicing. Pros The ability to get information from Quickbooks so the expenses are true. The way the "Orders" and "Labor Tickets" work. Cons The communication tab. After several clicks each time, you are then able to see the storyline. When you open the Communications tab, All Messages show. November 13, 2025 5.0 AccuLynx has made my job so much easier! My brain is less cluttered now that everything is stored seamlessly Pros Its very user friendly and does 95% of the things I need done! I love the messaging I can do with each sales rep. Make everything very seamless. Cons I do not like the cost of AccuLynx. I wish it was a little more affordable for small businesses. One thing I dont like is when you use the search bar to find a customer, you have to type in the exact spelling in order to pull up a customer. The tutorials are very informative. Pros My husband and I trust Acculynx for our roofing program. I have been able to use Acculynx initially with minimal instruction as it is quite intuitive. I really like the feature of entering job costs at any point in the customer process and it is so easy. Cons We have no issues with product but it is priced higher than other programs. I like that it has been easy to learn. Pros I like that is very clear what status the job is in. Allows us to more easily manage our jobs. I like that you can track your budget and job cost. Cons I do not like that you charge for every little add on. Like customizing things is always an additional cost. I always dislike that you cannot add a template to a billing payment request and have to copy and paste a message each time. Whenever I had a question/problem, I got an answer very quickly from the AccuLynx support team. I know that our team is not using this platform to its full capacity and it is still so helpful. Pros AccuLynx makes it so easy to communicate internally with my team. Being able to tag and share information all in one organized place is invaluable. Cons I'm coming at the from a digital marketing perspective, but I think the native email template builder and automations manager has room for improvement. It's capabilities are somewhat limited and I would like to see those built out more for the ease of our team as we continue to automate our process for the sake of customer experience. Everytime I contacted Costumer support they exceeded my expectarions. Pros Acculynx is very easy to use, it has great features to make a business run smoothly. I like the learning tutorials, they are very well made; straight to the point and easy to understand. The training videos made my life easier during the first couple weeks. Another feature that I really like is the team comunication whithin. If you ever have any questions about any topics you can always go back and find the job notes in their file.
