If I ever have a problem or question, customer service is always available and helpful. Pros I really love the support they give you when trying to set up the program with all of the employees. Or if you ever have an issue trying to figure something out they always respond quickly! The system is smooth and the ability to track the progress of the Leads are great as well! Cons Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike—everything worked smoothly and met our needs really well overall. December 3, 2025 3.0 I've learned to work with Acculynx over the years and do workarounds for the deficiencies. However, it would not be my 1st choice if I was the decision maker. Pros I'm do estimating and sales. I use Acculynx to communicate with production and administration. It does a good job of messaging. You can create all types of templates for different roofing products and locations. It does a good job with pictures. You can upload them and edit them easily. You can also upload documents easily. Cons Templates are not as flexible as you would like. If you create an estimate, you can clone it for, let's say, a different product. I'm often doing estimates for several product options. However, if you need to make a change, which happens all the time, you need to reflect that change in each cloned estimate. This takes time and can easily result in mistakes. Another problem with the estimating process is that you put together estimates based on measurements that are entered. If you need to change the measurements for any reason, you need to redo all your estimates. This is a huge drawback. The CMS aspects of the program are very weak. So weak, I choose not to use them and need to keep a standalone system. Finally, they have several nice enhancements, many of which are additional fees. If you want to use them, the entire company must adopt it at the management level. You cannot choose to use one yourself. Review Source GH Greg H. I like the reporting functionality of the platform. Pros It is a great platform to run my roofing company off of. I really enjoy getting the insights into my business that Acculynx provides and it helps me hold my team accountable. Cons The price of Acculynx can be a tough pill to swallow but I must be fair in stating that it is well worth that price and is still cheaper than Service Titan. The e-sign feature with tracking is great. The app connect syncing is also very helpful. Cons being able to quickly show good, better, best options instead of having to create a new smartdoc and import. Pros It's a full-featured CRM that allows us to communicate internally and maintain all pertinent information. Also allows you to track and record communication with your customers. Cons I'm not a big fan of the photo report creation and setup. I feel like the photos could be grouped by tag a little better. Pros We love the pipeline and organization. We also utilize reports plus and it has changed how we run our business. Cons The cost for additional add ons is a lot. Sometimes my team will ask for something or look at something and it costs so much money that I just can't agree to it even if I think it would help. I wish some of these add ons were included. It makes everything about client management very straightforward. Pros The product constantly works well. We have tried other CRM's and this one is head and shoulders above the others. When I helped set it up for our company years ago, I found it to be very user-friendly and easy to learn. AccuLynx has also done a great job of continuing to improve over time. As technology evolves and the market and industry change, the platform consistently updates and adapts to meet those needs. That ongoing development has made it a reliable tool for our business. Pros One of the things I like most about AccuLynx is that it serves as a central file system for the entire company. Everything: documents, contracts, payments, photos, and communication, is stored in one place and tied to each job. This makes it much easier to stay organized, find information quickly, and keep everyone on the same page. Whether you’re in the office or out in the field, having all job-related details accessible in one system really improves efficiency and communication across the team. Cons One thing I wish AccuLynx offered is more flexibility for personalization. As someone who works in the office handling administrative tasks, the information I need to see on a daily basis is very different from what a project manager or company owner needs. It would be incredibly helpful if each user could customize their own dashboard or view based on their role. Being able to prioritize the tools, data, and workflows most relevant to my responsibilities would make the system more efficient and easier to navigate. Right now, it feels like everyone is working from a similar layout, even though our day-to-day tasks are very different. Solid mobile app. Good search features. Just hired someone from another company that uses A/L, so it's nice to see him up and running fasst. Cons Reporting is clunky. Works better for exterior jobs. They may be close but they are not as good as Accu Lynx Pros It is an excellent program for keeping track of everything to do with the job. Right from creating the new customer at the point of sale, to closing out the job after getting paid, it is a very simple process. Cons The app is terrible when it comes to photos. If you are reviewing one of 1051 photos and let’s say you scroll to picture number 45 way at the top when you back out of looking at that photo it starts you over at 1051 again. Difficult to zoom in on the photos. Also when replying to a tag on the app it will not let you reply unless you go on click someone’s name and then click it again. Pros Pretty easy to operate and navigate through. The interface makes sense and is easy to learn. It helps me stay organized. Cons It doesn't integrate with Outlook for sending emails to customers. It doesn't have an option to generate multiple estimate tiers within the same estimate, sol the only way to do a "good, better, best" estimate strategy is to generate three separate estimates, which is time consuming. The ability to store job details, along with making comments in the photos. I also like the communication page on how you can view all messages that were sent from the client and crews. The task bar is always at the top and you can always find out what you need through the icons. That said, the system has definitely improved our overall workflow and team coordination. Pros I really like the new calendar version it helps our company stay organized and being able to see all three companies on the same calendar. Cons The calendar version honesty until this new calendar update version. I also didn't like how we are getting rid of the message page I just like the view layout of it but I'm sure I can find some new tricks on how to use it. Review Source JK Josh K. I had acculynx when I owned my own company and now work for a company that uses acculynx so it has been a seamless transition. Pros The ease of estimates and photos. The fact that a person can order an eagleview or manually enter a measurement is great and uploading photos to a customer is easy when you can do it from anywhere. Pros I like the customization options that AccuLynx offers - you can use however much or however little of the options that you choose. Cons I don't like that we are not notified of received emails in AccuLynx - I either have to look back through the entire email thread in the job card or make sure that I am cc'd. and can get replies through my external email account.
