We have been using for years. It is extremely user friendly. If I ever have a problem or question, customer service is always available and helpful.

Pros

User friendly Self Explanatory Customer service is fantastic Customizable All facets of company can use and communicate (office, sales, production, accounts receivable etc)

Cons

Our only issue is the app. Would love if it was more adapted to iphones

Pros

Ease of use and intuitive user face design. The amble cloud storage is great for photos and docs. The e-sign feature with tracking is great. The app connect syncing is also very helpful.

Cons

being able to quickly show good, better, best options instead of having to create a new smartdoc and import.

We are still at beginning stages and not fully live- The process for us began months ago. I personally do not have the extensive hours to get this running on top of my normal day to day. I was unaware of the all in it would need to get going.

Pros

Everything in one place (no longer need to have a signature platform and photo platform)- organization

Cons

A very long and hard setup to get everything going. Not recommended if you are already too busy with you company. Bring on someone just to set this up for you.

This has been a terrific overall CRM for our small business. It has all the necessary features we need for job creation, tracking, financials, and communication.

Pros

It's a full-featured CRM that allows us to communicate internally and maintain all pertinent information. Also allows you to track and record communication with your customers.

Cons

I'm not a big fan of the photo report creation and setup. I feel like the photos could be grouped by tag a little better.

We love and it can do so many things that are helpful to our business and have allowed us to grow and scale. The customer service is top notch.

Pros

We love the pipeline and organization. We also utilize reports plus and it has changed how we run our business.

Cons

The cost for additional add ons is a lot. Sometimes my team will ask for something or look at something and it costs so much money that I just can't agree to it even if I think it would help. I wish some of these add ons were included.

is a well thought out and intuitive product to use. It makes everything about client management very straightforward.

Pros

The product constantly works well. We have tried other CRM's and this one is head and shoulders above the others.

Cons

I am so happy with this product that there is nothing that I do not like. It is just well implemented. Even the app works great!

While there is a decent amount of customization available, it does not easily handle multiple trades on one project. Overall status is still tied to just 1 trade.

Great software that you can pull about any reports from. It has scheduling and labor tickets easy to share with any crew. Great customer support if you have any questions

Cons

It is really expensive and you can’t move you labor tickets on the calendar. It has a few extra unnecessary steps to add documents.

I have been very satisfied with . When I helped set it up for our company years ago, I found it to be very user-friendly and easy to learn. AccuLynx has also done a great job of continuing to improve over time. As technology evolves and the market and industry change, the platform consistently updates and adapts to meet those needs. That ongoing development has made it a reliable tool for our business.

Pros

One of the things I like most about is that it serves as a central file system for the entire company. Everything: documents, contracts, payments, photos, and communication, is stored in one place and tied to each job. This makes it much easier to stay organized, find information quickly, and keep everyone on the same page. Whether you’re in the office or out in the field, having all job-related details accessible in one system really improves efficiency and communication across the team.

Cons

One thing I wish offered is more flexibility for personalization. As someone who works in the office handling administrative tasks, the information I need to see on a daily basis is very different from what a project manager or company owner needs. It would be incredibly helpful if each user could customize their own dashboard or view based on their role. Being able to prioritize the tools, data, and workflows most relevant to my responsibilities would make the system more efficient and easier to navigate. Right now, it feels like everyone is working from a similar layout, even though our day-to-day tasks are very different. More user-specific customization would go a long way in improving productivity and overall user experience.

Pros

has been a great tool for streamlining my workflow, and I’m very happy with how user-friendly it is. The CRM is especially impressive — it’s straightforward, intuitive, and captures all the customer information I need without extra hassle. I appreciate how easy it is to track leads, manage contacts, and stay organized throughout each project. The platform keeps everything in one place, which saves me time and improves accuracy. While there are a few features that could be enhanced, overall AccuLynx delivers solid performance and reliability. It’s been a valuable addition to my business operations.

Cons

What I like least about is the updated calendar and scheduling system. Since they changed the color scheme, the layout has become confusing and much harder to read at a glance. The original calendar was far more intuitive and visually clear, so the new design feels like a step backward. On top of that, the inability to search the calendar is a major drawback. Not being able to quickly find appointments, jobs, or tasks slows me down and adds unnecessary frustration. Improving readability and adding a simple search function would make a huge difference in overall usability.

Overall, using has been a very seamless experience. The onboarding and training processes were so helpful and the refresher videos help when I have forgotten a step. The user experience is very intuitive.

Pros

I love how keeps our company and sales team organized. I especially love the communication tools and financial worksheet. They keep everyone on the same page throughout the entire process.

Cons

I would love to see a more robust payroll management feature for creating cap out sheets and understanding P&L, including commissions, for each job.

The document template user experience was not great as they do not use smart sheets. Text sections would move around in our documents, making them look unprofessional and messy. The estimate system and checklist system was unnecessarily complicated and too much for our company processes. We needed a straightforward and user friendly CRM.

Generally positive. I transitioned to from another CRM software recently and I appreciate how little issues there are day to day. The live calendar updates are very helpful. The layout is very user friendly.

Pros

I like the live calendar updates and the consistency in quality. Never had an issue with a bug or with security.

Cons

I wish was more customizable. There are some 3rd party booking websites that we use for clients and I have to manually transfer them to acculynx rather than there being an option to generate in acculynx.

Pros

Its very user friendly and does 95% of the things I need done! I love the messaging I can do with each sales rep. Make everything very seamless.

Cons

I do not like the cost of . I wish it was a little more affordable for small businesses. One thing I dont like is when you use the search bar to find a customer, you have to type in the exact spelling in order to pull up a customer. It would be nice if it pulled up similar customers to spelling, etc.

The feature that several of us in the company can have access and update the program at any time. The tutorials are very informative.

Pros

My husband and I trust for our roofing program. I have been able to use Acculynx initially with minimal instruction as it is quite intuitive. I really like the feature of entering job costs at any point in the customer process and it is so easy.

Cons

We have no issues with product but it is priced higher than other programs. It has improved since several years ago as well.

It has been good. The support is always helpful when we have run into issues. I like that it has been easy to learn.

Pros

I like that is very clear what status the job is in. Allows us to more easily manage our jobs. I like that you can track your budget and job cost.

Cons

I do not like that you charge for every little add on. Like customizing things is always an additional cost. I always dislike that you cannot add a template to a billing payment request and have to copy and paste a message each time.

### "A Game Changer with Room for Improvement"

is very convenient and keeps company communications tidy. The new update has some bugs that need to be dealt with, particularly with the calendar.

Pros

is easy to navigate. It keeps everything together, including communications. I actually find the Messages feature very useful and necessary and hope that it doesn't get replaced with Communications.

Cons

My biggest issue with is definitely the lack of ability to search for jobs based on materials. If I want to find a standing seam roof of a specific color, it can be nearly impossible to find. Also, property management jobs should have a designated system. I can not use the previous contact information to create leads, because changing the unit for the new lead will mess with the old job. So, the leads need to be started from scratch. There should be a designated property management lead-creation system that allows new leads to be created with old contact information, and the changes on the new lead should not change the details for the old jobs.

Overall once getting used to changes that occur and when bugs are worked out it’s a fairly self explanatory system to navigate.

Pros

The different stages of the job and easily navigable tabs. Overall the features can suit just about all needs should you choose to use them and you also have the option not to. To electronically send contracts and have signatures was a great add on however a bit costly per contract price compared to obtaining another system that is only for this.

Cons

The inability to approve invoices or worksheets from the mobile app. Writing estimates at times is a bit cumbersome as well when entering certain products and having to adjust pricing.

My overall experience with has been great! Our team uses it all day, every day. Whenever I had a question/problem, I got an answer very quickly from the AccuLynx support team. I know that our team is not using this platform to its full capacity and it is still so helpful.

Pros

makes it so easy to communicate internally with my team. Being able to tag and share information all in one organized place is invaluable.

Cons

I'm coming at the from a digital marketing perspective, but I think the native email template builder and automations manager has room for improvement. It's capabilities are somewhat limited and I would like to see those built out more for the ease of our team as we continue to automate our process for the sake of customer experience. Also, the Reports Library could have more options or maybe a more indepth tutorial video.

The system works well as a fully comprehensive contractor estimating and accounting software. The ability to use one system for everything is extremely convenient.

Pros

I like the integration of the hover app and eagleview features in order to build estimates faster and more accurately.

Cons

I wish that the estimates had a way to include picture of both the customers project and materials that we will be installing on their home.

I mostly use it to upload photos. I like how easy it is to do that. I like that when I’m searching for a job I just all I need to do is enter the job number and then a series of options comes up for a project that we’re currently working on and it’s easy for me to recognize which job to click on to upload the photos

Pros

Able to use it on my iPhone. Word is that the app isn’t as good so I’ve never bothered to use it. So I’m not able to accurately describe which one is better.

Cons

It’s slower then I’d like it to be. When uploading photos, one is fine. But when I have to upload a dozen photos, I find myself sitting here for a minute or two before it’s done.

Pros

Easy to use, easy to train new employees on. Love lead tracker and calendar. I really like now that you can edit your notes.

Cons

The new way to enter leads - Ugh. I've given it about 2 weeks, still struggling entering the information for new leads.

Pros

I like the easy-to-use interface and how everything is laid out in a simple, organized way. It makes it quick to find what I need and helps keep projects moving smoothly without confusion.

Cons

I wish the scheduler was available right on the home page. It would save time and make it easier to see upcoming jobs without having to click through extra menus or screens every time.

We all love . The entire team from admin to field. It’s an irreplaceable tool that keeps us all organized and in touch with every customer and each other.

Pros

My team loves the field app. We rely on it heavily to capture, store, and share information for all facets of our business.

Cons

Bugs have been frustrating at times but has worked to address issues as they arise. A single call usually puts Acculynx into action to try and fix every issue.
