### "Cost vs. ROI"

Overall Acculynx is a decent product but it comes at a cost. We appreciate the flexibility of creating estimates to fit our specific needs but the cost is too high. Acculynx is set up to handle the needs of a large organization but almost overwhelming for smaller companies.

Pros

Acculynx is very flexible for our needs and very responsive with suggestions, help or questions. When one emails or calls they respond very quickly and actually listen to customer suggestions when upgrading their product. There are a few bugs and issues that occur as with any software However, they are responsive when reported and usually get them smoothed out.

Cons

Acculynx has repeatedly raised the price for their product. They have multiple add on products but at a pretty big cost. By using some of the additional products offered you can really shoot up your bill. For a smaller company the cost is not worth the additional add on. The base cost is also reaching a point of forcing us to look elsewhere.

### "This system does everything for our business!"

We love AccuLynx! Like I said before, we run our entire operations through it and we store all our customer photos, contracts, etc. in their cloud based system. Everything is kept nice and secure should we need it again in the future. We document everything in AccuLynx.

Pros

We manage our entire roofing and siding business with Acculynx. It helps us to track where our leads are coming from and which leads are the most effective. We collect most of our payments through Acculynx too which is super convenient for us and our clients.

Cons

Honestly there is nothing about Acculynx that I do not like. Anytime we have come up with suggestions to make the system better they typically implement the changes we request or were already in the process of implementing the changes we requested.

The overall look and features in AccuLynx completely surpassed everything about Contractors Cloud. At the time it was like Contractor's Cloud was a DOS based system and AccuLynx was Microsoft Windows. There was no comparison between the two and the ease of use.

Decent, it could use better instruction videos that dive deeper. The videos are very basic. Maybe even a step-by-step style. I need to pause it and work then continue on.

Pros

Picture Retention and Lead tracking are great help with. The new custom fields have been nice to use.

Cons

You cannot do selections in the estimate. It should be able to have options that tally up a total. This is a huge issue. People are used to filling a cart online with up sales. I also do not like the mandatory filled out fields in certain drop-down menus.

Overall, my experience with AccuLynx has been very positive. It’s been a reliable system that helps keep our jobs organized from start to finish, especially when it comes to invoicing and closing out projects. I appreciate how user-friendly it is for the tasks I handle daily, and it doesn’t give me many issues or glitches. The ability to copy information between jobs has been a huge time-saver and makes maintaining consistency across projects much easier. It’s one of those features you don’t realize how much you rely on until you have it. Overall, it’s made my workflow more efficient and streamlined, which has been a big win for both me and the team.

Pros

I am the Controller and from my perspective AccuLynx has been a really solid tool for us, especially on the invoicing and job completion side. One of my favorite features is the ability to copy from one job to another—estimates, photos, documents—you name it. It saves a ton of time and comes in handy more often than I can count. The platform is also very reliable; I rarely run into bugs, which makes day-to-day work smooth and efficient.

Cons

The pricing is a bit on the higher side, but for us, it’s been worth it for the time savings and overall functionality.

Over all the CRM is a really great product and easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. Would like to see a few features advanced.

Pros

The customisations that you can set up with the workflow. Easy to enter in customers and keep track of everything. Estimates are easy to create once its set up how we need it. Customer support is easy to access and they are very helpful! For new operators coming in the how to videos that come up and amazing!

Cons

We can not request multiple commissions from the same customer. The averages of the A/R Range is the average of the averages, which gives an inaccurate data points to go off of. Can not do cascading tasks with automations, would like to be able to automatically create a task/checklist item when a previous task is completed.

We’ve been using AccuLynx for years, and it’s become the backbone of our operations. It keeps everything organized in one place, from documents and permits to customer communication and invoicing, which has made our workflow much more efficient. The platform provides strong value for the cost by replacing multiple systems, and we feel confident managing all of our project and customer data within it. Customer support has always been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance, and while there are occasional minor issues, they’re typically resolved quickly. Overall, AccuLynx has been a reliable tool that helps us stay organized, communicate effectively, and continue growing our business.

Pros

What we like most about AccuLynx is how it keeps our entire operation organized in one place. From permits and documents to customer communication and invoicing, everything is tied to the job, which makes it easy to track, manage, and stay on top of every project. It has streamlined our workflow, improved team communication, and eliminated the need for multiple systems, saving us a significant amount of time.

Cons

If I had to point out a downside with AccuLynx, it would be the field app. It’s constantly being improved, which we appreciate, but at times it can feel a step behind the desktop version in terms of speed and functionality. That said, updates are frequent and it’s clear they are actively working to make it better.

It’s been great. We’ve left an come back to you guys. We left because of cost but after running into road blocks with about 4 other crms and building our own. We came back to accukynx

Pros

Estimate customization, being able to edit the final proposal prices and lock it out. and recording invoice to QBO is easy

Cons

How much it cost per month per user for each add on. We had to make an office account that three of us shared at one point.

Overall, my experience with AccuLynx was positive. It definitely helped improve organization and visibility across projects, especially when handling multiple jobs at the same time. There’s a learning curve in the beginning, but once the team gets comfortable with it, it becomes a solid system for managing day-to-day operations.

Pros

Managing leads, jobs, photos, estimates, and communication felt a lot more organized compared to juggling multiple tools. The mobile app was also helpful for field updates without needing to go back and forth with the office team.

Cons

Some parts of the platform felt a bit outdated and took time to get used to. A few workflows also felt more complicated than they needed to be, especially during setup. Reporting could be more flexible too.

Overall, I’m pleased with the system Accukhnx offers. I like the customer portal and I feel that the platform is user friendly. I like the support that the company offers. We switched back to scaling from roofr because we felt it was a more complete system.

Pros

The main thing I like most about AccuLynx is the training support that they offer. I did multiple one-on-one trainings with a person every week. It didn’t cost anything extra, and my trainer followed up with me after every session to send a summary of what we went over and to make sure I didn’t have any new questions. Their customer service is top notch.

Cons

One thing that I wish they would improve upon is their structure system. For example, our company has a “team” system where we have groups of roofing sales teams and each has its own team lead. I would like to set things up for each team lead to be able to monitor and adjust all jobs within their team. But at this moment, I have to go in and manually give the team lead additional access to any leads their team members have. It would be nice if it was an automated thing.

### "I've learned to work with the program, but not overwelmed with it."

I've learned to work with Acculynx over the years and do workarounds for the deficiencies. However, it would not be my 1st choice if I was the decision maker.

Pros

I'm do estimating and sales. I use Acculynx to communicate with production and administration. It does a good job of messaging. You can create all types of templates for different roofing products and locations. It does a good job with pictures. You can upload them and edit them easily. You can also upload documents easily.

Cons

Templates are not as flexible as you would like. If you create an estimate, you can clone it for, let's say, a different product. I'm often doing estimates for several product options. However, if you need to make a change, which happens all the time, you need to reflect that change in each cloned estimate. This takes time and can easily result in mistakes. Another problem with the estimating process is that you put together estimates based on measurements that are entered. If you need to change the measurements for any reason, you need to redo all your estimates. This is a huge drawback. The CMS aspects of the program are very weak. So weak, I choose not to use them and need to keep a standalone system. Finally, they have several nice enhancements, many of which are additional fees. If you want to use them, the entire company must adopt it at the management level. You cannot choose to use one yourself.

95% awesome - great tool for crew users, i wish the labor costs could be automatically included if we chose.

Pros

User interface, security, customer support - \[sensitive content hidden\] responds quickly to our evergrowing team at any given time! Added a new location this year which will help us stream line our business.

Cons

production piece not user friendly on mobile app, i typically use the web version but it would be nice to use more functions for my role through the app when on the go.

There are a lot of pros as well as some cons and room to grow, but overall I am pleased with how I use Acculynx.

Pros

My absolute favorite part about Acculynx is the MESSAGES tab layout. Communications is just too junky for me. We love Messages layout. Customer Support is very quick to respond and most of the time has a quick fix.

Cons

I DISLIKE how we have 3 "digital locations" set up for our job #'s to be separated for repairs, roofing, & restoration and the 3 locations cannot talk to each other at all.

Overall, I would give Acculynx a 10 out of 10 for quality of service provided, ease of use and overall a wonderful program.

Pros

Acculynx has one of the best, if not the best, customer service team. Everyone that I have dealt with at Acculynx has been a joy to work with. The software is very user friendly and easy to learn. The on boarding specialist (Casey) has done a wonderful job training the team and addressing any concerns/questions we have.

Cons

It can get a little pricey but you really do get what you pay for. Also would be nice if there was a pay to create an estimate by input the amount insurance pays so they can see exactly what they will be out of pocket.

Overall it’s been a solid CRM that gets the job done without being complicated. It keeps things organized and the support team makes a big difference. With a few improvements, it would be even better!!

Pros

It’s really simple and easy to learn. The layout makes sense so it doesn’t take long to get comfortable using it. Customer service is honestly one of the best parts. You can talk to a real person and they’re always nice and helpful. They also follow up after to make sure everything is still good, which I appreciate!

Cons

I wish you could assign multiple users to one lead since teams usually work together. The mobile app can be a bit laggy at times. The search feature could also be better. It feels a little limited and could use more filters to find things faster.

I really like working with Accu links I’ve been doing this 39 years and have used a couple of the competitors along the way. They may be close but they are not as good as Accu Lynx

Pros

It is an excellent program for keeping track of everything to do with the job. Right from creating the new customer at the point of sale, to closing out the job after getting paid, it is a very simple process.

Cons

The app is terrible when it comes to photos. If you are reviewing one of 1051 photos and let’s say you scroll to picture number 45 way at the top when you back out of looking at that photo it starts you over at 1051 again. Difficult to zoom in on the photos. Also when replying to a tag on the app it will not let you reply unless you go on click someone’s name and then click it again. Kind of a pain in the

Pros

I really love the support they give you when trying to set up the program with all of the employees. Or if you ever have an issue trying to figure something out they always respond quickly! The system is smooth and the ability to track the progress of the Leads are great as well!

Cons

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike—everything worked smoothly and met our needs really well overall.

Overall, it’s a great system. Everything is laid out in a way that’s easy to work with and even easier to learn, which really helps keep things moving. One of the features I appreciate the most is the email section in the comments. Having everything organized there makes my workflow so much simpler and way more efficient. It saves time, cuts down on confusion, and just overall makes the job feel smoother. It’s definitely one of my favorite parts of the whole setup.

Pros

I really enjoy using AccuLynx because it’s easy to navigate. Uploading information is simple, and the system offers a lot of useful features. One thing I really like is how smoothly everything updates—when one change is made, the whole system syncs seamlessly. It makes the workflow feel clean and dependable.

Cons

I would say the limitations in the number of functions can be challenging. The CPIs that are tracked aren’t always accurate, and it can be difficult to find the specific CPI you need in AccuLynx when you’re looking for it. On top of that, having such a minimal set of features makes it harder for a company to operate smoothly, especially when you rely on these tools to stay organized and efficient.

Great! If there are issues customer service is easily available and the program is easy to understand how it works.

Pros

The customer support is easy and quick. The flow of the program and easy to use even for those that struggle with new programs.

Cons

I dislike that at time the system can be slow or have weird glitches off an on. Also wish you could change the name of a lead prior to it becoming approved.

Pretty good. Seem to find something weekly that I like and makes me feel better about the system. I think training when we first started using it helped our key employee, but we didn't really have a train the trainer experience to help our other emplyees

Pros

Easy for my production team to use. Solid mobile app. Good search features. Just hired someone from another company that uses A/L, so it's nice to see him up and running fasst.

Cons

Reporting is clunky. Works better for exterior jobs. We are struggling on using it with our interior jobs.

Acculynx is a very useful tool and has many functions that make it easy to utilize. Also, there are many ways to sort thru clients and filter down to what you are trying to focus on in your prospecting. The map search function is useful when looking at a list of past jobs.

Pros

Ability to add multiple attendees to appointments is helpful. Also like the notifications @ me they work easily to make sure tasks are cleared out.

Cons

There is not much of an inside sales lead utilization like call results and call function that would bring you up to the next account to call for past clients. Like the ability to label clients as sales, no sales, inspection no sales and so on. Then use a call function to cycle thru the clients in a set label and city, with call end results, that would take client out of the call list or pause them in the call list for a certain amount of time. This would give much more utilization for inside sales and calling past clients for new projects/inspections.

The app’s user interface felt outdated and less modern than expected, which made navigation less intuitive. Also, after leaving the company, I kept receiving notifications about new roofing jobs despite being logged out, which raises concerns about a potential safety breach.

Overall I have had a fantastic experience with Acculynx. I like the reporting functionality of the platform.

Pros

It is a great platform to run my roofing company off of. I really enjoy getting the insights into my business that Acculynx provides and it helps me hold my team accountable.

Cons

The price of Acculynx can be a tough pill to swallow but I must be fair in stating that it is well worth that price and is still cheaper than Service Titan.

Overall we really like Acculynx and what it has done for us. We are a young company and it's been a great software for all of us to use. I do wish the field app was better for our field guys, but overall happy with the software itself.

Pros

Scheduling calendar, ease of estimates, some of the reports are nice (don't think we should pay extra to get extra reporting use)

Cons

Field app - while in the field our project managers and even sales team struggle with getting it to load.

Everyone is very helpful. If you have a problem, they will stay with you until it’s solved. This includes help office AND account officers.

Pros

It’s great when you are looking for a job, you can type in the job number or the job customer or the job address and still get the account quickly.

Cons

I would like it if when you’re working on a job and you’re toward the bottom of the page and you want to go to another job if you could just click on something at the top and you could search for the next job instead of having to scroll all the way to the top.

### "Very easy to use & manager customer accounts"

Very easy to put leads in and manage all of our customer accounts. I wish the communication it has with CompanyCam was better... such as, once a job is moved to prospect and gets a job #, it would be nice if CompanyCam could then show that same job #.

Pros

I really enjoy using Acculynx. My favorite thing is how organized it helps us keep our client's documents, payments, pictures and job costs/spending.

Cons

I wish there was another line to insert information in the location info... We have several addresses that we do multiple projects at, so I would like to be able to "label" them with flooring or roofing, etc, where we can see that when just glancing at the job name and address... I don't like to have to open every job to see if it is the one I am looking for.
