### "Everything you need in one place "

Overall, I’m pleased with the system Accukhnx offers. I like the customer portal and I feel that the platform is user friendly. I like the support that the company offers. We switched back to scaling from roofr because we felt it was a more complete system.

Pros

The main thing I like most about AccuLynx is the training support that they offer. I did multiple one-on-one trainings with a person every week. It didn’t cost anything extra, and my trainer followed up with me after every session to send a summary of what we went over and to make sure I didn’t have any new questions. Their customer service is top notch.

Cons

One thing that I wish they would improve upon is their structure system. For example, our company has a “team” system where we have groups of roofing sales teams and each has its own team lead. I would like to set things up for each team lead to be able to monitor and adjust all jobs within their team. But at this moment, I have to go in and manually give the team lead additional access to any leads their team members have. It would be nice if it was an automated thing.

### "I've learned to work with the program, but not overwelmed with it."

I've learned to work with Acculynx over the years and do workarounds for the deficiencies. However, it would not be my 1st choice if I was the decision maker.

Pros

I'm do estimating and sales. I use Acculynx to communicate with production and administration. It does a good job of messaging. You can create all types of templates for different roofing products and locations. It does a good job with pictures. You can upload them and edit them easily. You can also upload documents easily.

Cons

Templates are not as flexible as you would like. If you create an estimate, you can clone it for, let's say, a different product. I'm often doing estimates for several product options. However, if you need to make a change, which happens all the time, you need to reflect that change in each cloned estimate. This takes time and can easily result in mistakes. Another problem with the estimating process is that you put together estimates based on measurements that are entered. If you need to change the measurements for any reason, you need to redo all your estimates. This is a huge drawback. The CMS aspects of the program are very weak. So weak, I choose not to use them and need to keep a standalone system. Finally, they have several nice enhancements, many of which are additional fees. If you want to use them, the entire company must adopt it at the management level. You cannot choose to use one yourself.

Pros

AccuLynx has been a great tool for streamlining my workflow, and I’m very happy with how user-friendly it is. The CRM is especially impressive — it’s straightforward, intuitive, and captures all the customer information I need without extra hassle. I appreciate how easy it is to track leads, manage contacts, and stay organized throughout each project. The platform keeps everything in one place, which saves me time and improves accuracy. While there are a few features that could be enhanced, overall AccuLynx delivers solid performance and reliability. It’s been a valuable addition to my business operations.

Cons

What I like least about AccuLynx is the updated calendar and scheduling system. Since they changed the color scheme, the layout has become confusing and much harder to read at a glance. The original calendar was far more intuitive and visually clear, so the new design feels like a step backward. On top of that, the inability to search the calendar is a major drawback. Not being able to quickly find appointments, jobs, or tasks slows me down and adds unnecessary frustration. Improving readability and adding a simple search function would make a huge difference in overall usability.

95% awesome - great tool for crew users, i wish the labor costs could be automatically included if we chose.

Pros

User interface, security, customer support - \[sensitive content hidden\] responds quickly to our evergrowing team at any given time! Added a new location this year which will help us stream line our business.

Cons

production piece not user friendly on mobile app, i typically use the web version but it would be nice to use more functions for my role through the app when on the go.

Overall, I would give Acculynx a 10 out of 10 for quality of service provided, ease of use and overall a wonderful program.

Pros

Acculynx has one of the best, if not the best, customer service team. Everyone that I have dealt with at Acculynx has been a joy to work with. The software is very user friendly and easy to learn. The on boarding specialist (Casey) has done a wonderful job training the team and addressing any concerns/questions we have.

Cons

It can get a little pricey but you really do get what you pay for. Also would be nice if there was a pay to create an estimate by input the amount insurance pays so they can see exactly what they will be out of pocket.

We actually had Acculynx but went to Leap for a couple months. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. Leap has by far one of the worst CRMs I have ever used and their customer support is one of the worst I have dealt with

### "A Game Changer with Room for Improvement"

Acculynx is very convenient and keeps company communications tidy. The new update has some bugs that need to be dealt with, particularly with the calendar.

Pros

Acculynx is easy to navigate. It keeps everything together, including communications. I actually find the Messages feature very useful and necessary and hope that it doesn't get replaced with Communications.

Cons

My biggest issue with Acculynx is definitely the lack of ability to search for jobs based on materials. If I want to find a standing seam roof of a specific color, it can be nearly impossible to find. Also, property management jobs should have a designated system. I can not use the previous contact information to create leads, because changing the unit for the new lead will mess with the old job. So, the leads need to be started from scratch. There should be a designated property management lead-creation system that allows new leads to be created with old contact information, and the changes on the new lead should not change the details for the old jobs.

I really like working with Accu links I’ve been doing this 39 years and have used a couple of the competitors along the way. They may be close but they are not as good as Accu Lynx

Pros

It is an excellent program for keeping track of everything to do with the job. Right from creating the new customer at the point of sale, to closing out the job after getting paid, it is a very simple process.

Cons

The app is terrible when it comes to photos. If you are reviewing one of 1051 photos and let’s say you scroll to picture number 45 way at the top when you back out of looking at that photo it starts you over at 1051 again. Difficult to zoom in on the photos. Also when replying to a tag on the app it will not let you reply unless you go on click someone’s name and then click it again. Kind of a pain in the

Overall, it’s a great system. Everything is laid out in a way that’s easy to work with and even easier to learn, which really helps keep things moving. One of the features I appreciate the most is the email section in the comments. Having everything organized there makes my workflow so much simpler and way more efficient. It saves time, cuts down on confusion, and just overall makes the job feel smoother. It’s definitely one of my favorite parts of the whole setup.

Pros

I really enjoy using AccuLynx because it’s easy to navigate. Uploading information is simple, and the system offers a lot of useful features. One thing I really like is how smoothly everything updates—when one change is made, the whole system syncs seamlessly. It makes the workflow feel clean and dependable.

Cons

I would say the limitations in the number of functions can be challenging. The CPIs that are tracked aren’t always accurate, and it can be difficult to find the specific CPI you need in AccuLynx when you’re looking for it. On top of that, having such a minimal set of features makes it harder for a company to operate smoothly, especially when you rely on these tools to stay organized and efficient.

Overall, using Acculynx has been a very seamless experience. The onboarding and training processes were so helpful and the refresher videos help when I have forgotten a step. The user experience is very intuitive.

Pros

I love how Acculynx keeps our company and sales team organized. I especially love the communication tools and financial worksheet. They keep everyone on the same page throughout the entire process.

Cons

I would love to see a more robust payroll management feature for creating cap out sheets and understanding P&L, including commissions, for each job.

The document template user experience was not great as they do not use smart sheets. Text sections would move around in our documents, making them look unprofessional and messy. The estimate system and checklist system was unnecessarily complicated and too much for our company processes. We needed a straightforward and user friendly CRM.

Great! If there are issues customer service is easily available and the program is easy to understand how it works.

Pros

The customer support is easy and quick. The flow of the program and easy to use even for those that struggle with new programs.

Cons

I dislike that at time the system can be slow or have weird glitches off an on. Also wish you could change the name of a lead prior to it becoming approved.

Overall once getting used to changes that occur and when bugs are worked out it’s a fairly self explanatory system to navigate.

Pros

The different stages of the job and easily navigable tabs. Overall the features can suit just about all needs should you choose to use them and you also have the option not to. To electronically send contracts and have signatures was a great add on however a bit costly per contract price compared to obtaining another system that is only for this.

Cons

The inability to approve invoices or worksheets from the mobile app. Writing estimates at times is a bit cumbersome as well when entering certain products and having to adjust pricing.

Acculynx has been a helpful tool for us keeping our roofing projects organized, tracking leads, managing production, creating tasks, and the calendar version. The ability to store job details, along with making comments in the photos. I also like the communication page on how you can view all messages that were sent from the client and crews. The task bar is always at the top and you can always find out what you need through the icons. That said, the system has definitely improved our overall workflow and team coordination.

Pros

I really like the new calendar version it helps our company stay organized and being able to see all three companies on the same calendar.

Cons

The calendar version honesty until this new calendar update version. I also didn't like how we are getting rid of the message page I just like the view layout of it but I'm sure I can find some new tricks on how to use it.

Pros

We like how easy is it to manage jobs using this system. Estimates and worksheets can link making it easier for invoicing. Our customers do not have many issues signing e-sign documents, and if there ever is an issue, customer support is quick in responding.

Cons

There are a couple things we do wish Acculynx had, such as having an option to add a 'flag' to an account. Being able to flag an account or a customer would be helpful if there is ever an issue regarding payment or difficulty with them.

It's very challenging to create a report and edit photos for projects. I've used it now for 5 years and do find it 4 stars but has areas to be fixed and approved.

Pros

Easy to add notes for the projects. I do like the reporting aspects, and the editing of PDFs we make is easy.

Cons

The photos do not upload in order and are jumbled. Reports are so hard to organize. You need to create albums and then organize the photos in the desired order. So difficult to keep organized and very time consuming.

Pros

I like the integration of the hover app and eagleview features in order to build estimates faster and more accurately.

Cons

I wish that the estimates had a way to include picture of both the customers project and materials that we will be installing on their home.

One stop shop! Create estimates all the way to the ond in creating invoices. AccuLynx makes it so easy to create material orders, and manage the jobs, cant say enough good things

Cons

Nothing really, once i find something with an issue, its always quick to get fixed. Would.love to see a scanning feature implemented

User friendly and straightforward to use. Tried using a different crm with another contractor and just to confusing to use.

Cons

Sometimes photos/video uploads can be troublesome especially when not under wifi. Other then that not much negative about it

Great, we love Pat Doyle, our new Acculynx Contact. I also like the newer Communications Tab. Great user experience.

Pros

The addition of Reports Plus is my favorite tool. I feel like I use them to the Fullest extent every day/month/year.

Cons

Unfortunately, Acculynx can have its glitchy moments. But the Customer Support Line is great at creating and updating Tickets.

I like the ease of use most. For sales teams in particular, they don't want to fool with complicated features.

The supplement features are disappointing. We don't utilize this at all because it doesn't support our needs.

Pros

The all in one features are nice, I love having a place to store all pieces of information and communications for each project.

Cons

Search feature is too specific. ie. I want to search for 1234 SE Street St, the search will not find it unless I type 1234 Southeast. Would be nice if it was better at giving suggested names/addresses based off less specific keywords if that makes sense.

Acculynx has been a great addition to our company and it used by everyone on the daily. It track all our date very well.

Pros

Acculynx is the go to spot for our company to make sure all employees and subcontractors are all on the same page with our customers.

Cons

Acculynx can get a bit pricey as your company grows and you have to start adding more users, but it is worth the money.
