### "Cost vs. ROI"

Overall is a decent product but it comes at a cost. We appreciate the flexibility of creating estimates to fit our specific needs but the cost is too high. Acculynx is set up to handle the needs of a large organization but almost overwhelming for smaller companies.

Pros

is very flexible for our needs and very responsive with suggestions, help or questions. When one emails or calls they respond very quickly and actually listen to customer suggestions when upgrading their product. There are a few bugs and issues that occur as with any software However, they are responsive when reported and usually get them smoothed out.

Cons

has repeatedly raised the price for their product. They have multiple add on products but at a pretty big cost. By using some of the additional products offered you can really shoot up your bill. For a smaller company the cost is not worth the additional add on. The base cost is also reaching a point of forcing us to look elsewhere.

I have been very satisfied with . When I helped set it up for our company years ago, I found it to be very user-friendly and easy to learn. AccuLynx has also done a great job of continuing to improve over time. As technology evolves and the market and industry change, the platform consistently updates and adapts to meet those needs. That ongoing development has made it a reliable tool for our business.

Pros

One of the things I like most about is that it serves as a central file system for the entire company. Everything: documents, contracts, payments, photos, and communication, is stored in one place and tied to each job. This makes it much easier to stay organized, find information quickly, and keep everyone on the same page. Whether you’re in the office or out in the field, having all job-related details accessible in one system really improves efficiency and communication across the team.

Cons

One thing I wish offered is more flexibility for personalization. As someone who works in the office handling administrative tasks, the information I need to see on a daily basis is very different from what a project manager or company owner needs. It would be incredibly helpful if each user could customize their own dashboard or view based on their role. Being able to prioritize the tools, data, and workflows most relevant to my responsibilities would make the system more efficient and easier to navigate. Right now, it feels like everyone is working from a similar layout, even though our day-to-day tasks are very different. More user-specific customization would go a long way in improving productivity and overall user experience.

Over all the CRM is a really great product and easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. Would like to see a few features advanced.

Pros

The customisations that you can set up with the workflow. Easy to enter in customers and keep track of everything. Estimates are easy to create once its set up how we need it. Customer support is easy to access and they are very helpful! For new operators coming in the how to videos that come up and amazing!

Cons

We can not request multiple commissions from the same customer. The averages of the A/R Range is the average of the averages, which gives an inaccurate data points to go off of. Can not do cascading tasks with automations, would like to be able to automatically create a task/checklist item when a previous task is completed.

### "This system does everything for our business!"

We love ! Like I said before, we run our entire operations through it and we store all our customer photos, contracts, etc. in their cloud based system. Everything is kept nice and secure should we need it again in the future. We document everything in AccuLynx.

Pros

We manage our entire roofing and siding business with . It helps us to track where our leads are coming from and which leads are the most effective. We collect most of our payments through Acculynx too which is super convenient for us and our clients.

Cons

Honestly there is nothing about that I do not like. Anytime we have come up with suggestions to make the system better they typically implement the changes we request or were already in the process of implementing the changes we requested.

The overall look and features in completely surpassed everything about Contractors Cloud. At the time it was like Contractor's Cloud was a DOS based system and AccuLynx was Microsoft Windows. There was no comparison between the two and the ease of use.

Overall, my experience with was positive. It definitely helped improve organization and visibility across projects, especially when handling multiple jobs at the same time. There’s a learning curve in the beginning, but once the team gets comfortable with it, it becomes a solid system for managing day-to-day operations.

Pros

Managing leads, jobs, photos, estimates, and communication felt a lot more organized compared to juggling multiple tools. The mobile app was also helpful for field updates without needing to go back and forth with the office team.

Cons

Some parts of the platform felt a bit outdated and took time to get used to. A few workflows also felt more complicated than they needed to be, especially during setup. Reporting could be more flexible too.

Overall, I’m pleased with the system Accukhnx offers. I like the customer portal and I feel that the platform is user friendly. I like the support that the company offers. We switched back to scaling from roofr because we felt it was a more complete system.

Pros

The main thing I like most about is the training support that they offer. I did multiple one-on-one trainings with a person every week. It didn’t cost anything extra, and my trainer followed up with me after every session to send a summary of what we went over and to make sure I didn’t have any new questions. Their customer service is top notch.

Cons

One thing that I wish they would improve upon is their structure system. For example, our company has a “team” system where we have groups of roofing sales teams and each has its own team lead. I would like to set things up for each team lead to be able to monitor and adjust all jobs within their team. But at this moment, I have to go in and manually give the team lead additional access to any leads their team members have. It would be nice if it was an automated thing.

There are a lot of pros as well as some cons and room to grow, but overall I am pleased with how I use .

Pros

My absolute favorite part about is the MESSAGES tab layout. Communications is just too junky for me. We love Messages layout. Customer Support is very quick to respond and most of the time has a quick fix.

Cons

I DISLIKE how we have 3 "digital locations" set up for our job #'s to be separated for repairs, roofing, & restoration and the 3 locations cannot talk to each other at all.

95% awesome - great tool for crew users, i wish the labor costs could be automatically included if we chose.

Pros

User interface, security, customer support - \[sensitive content hidden\] responds quickly to our evergrowing team at any given time! Added a new location this year which will help us stream line our business.

Cons

production piece not user friendly on mobile app, i typically use the web version but it would be nice to use more functions for my role through the app when on the go.

Pretty good. Seem to find something weekly that I like and makes me feel better about the system. I think training when we first started using it helped our key employee, but we didn't really have a train the trainer experience to help our other emplyees

Pros

Easy for my production team to use. Solid mobile app. Good search features. Just hired someone from another company that uses A/L, so it's nice to see him up and running fasst.

Cons

Reporting is clunky. Works better for exterior jobs. We are struggling on using it with our interior jobs.

is very convenient and keeps company communications tidy. The new update has some bugs that need to be dealt with, particularly with the calendar.

Pros

is easy to navigate. It keeps everything together, including communications. I actually find the Messages feature very useful and necessary and hope that it doesn't get replaced with Communications.

Cons

My biggest issue with is definitely the lack of ability to search for jobs based on materials. If I want to find a standing seam roof of a specific color, it can be nearly impossible to find. Also, property management jobs should have a designated system. I can not use the previous contact information to create leads, because changing the unit for the new lead will mess with the old job. So, the leads need to be started from scratch. There should be a designated property management lead-creation system that allows new leads to be created with old contact information, and the changes on the new lead should not change the details for the old jobs.

Overall we really like and what it has done for us. We are a young company and it's been a great software for all of us to use. I do wish the field app was better for our field guys, but overall happy with the software itself.

Pros

Scheduling calendar, ease of estimates, some of the reports are nice (don't think we should pay extra to get extra reporting use)

Cons

Field app - while in the field our project managers and even sales team struggle with getting it to load.

Overall, it’s a great system. Everything is laid out in a way that’s easy to work with and even easier to learn, which really helps keep things moving. One of the features I appreciate the most is the email section in the comments. Having everything organized there makes my workflow so much simpler and way more efficient. It saves time, cuts down on confusion, and just overall makes the job feel smoother. It’s definitely one of my favorite parts of the whole setup.

Pros

I really enjoy using because it’s easy to navigate. Uploading information is simple, and the system offers a lot of useful features. One thing I really like is how smoothly everything updates—when one change is made, the whole system syncs seamlessly. It makes the workflow feel clean and dependable.

Cons

I would say the limitations in the number of functions can be challenging. The CPIs that are tracked aren’t always accurate, and it can be difficult to find the specific CPI you need in when you’re looking for it. On top of that, having such a minimal set of features makes it harder for a company to operate smoothly, especially when you rely on these tools to stay organized and efficient.

Overall, using has been a very seamless experience. The onboarding and training processes were so helpful and the refresher videos help when I have forgotten a step. The user experience is very intuitive.

Pros

I love how keeps our company and sales team organized. I especially love the communication tools and financial worksheet. They keep everyone on the same page throughout the entire process.

Cons

I would love to see a more robust payroll management feature for creating cap out sheets and understanding P&L, including commissions, for each job.

The document template user experience was not great as they do not use smart sheets. Text sections would move around in our documents, making them look unprofessional and messy. The estimate system and checklist system was unnecessarily complicated and too much for our company processes. We needed a straightforward and user friendly CRM.

Ease of use and intuitive user face design. The amble cloud storage is great for photos and docs. The e-sign feature with tracking is great. The app connect syncing is also very helpful.

being able to quickly show good, better, best options instead of having to create a new smartdoc and import.

This has been a terrific overall CRM for our small business. It has all the necessary features we need for job creation, tracking, financials, and communication.

Pros

It's a full-featured CRM that allows us to communicate internally and maintain all pertinent information. Also allows you to track and record communication with your customers.

Cons

I'm not a big fan of the photo report creation and setup. I feel like the photos could be grouped by tag a little better.

Great! If there are issues customer service is easily available and the program is easy to understand how it works.

Pros

The customer support is easy and quick. The flow of the program and easy to use even for those that struggle with new programs.

Cons

I dislike that at time the system can be slow or have weird glitches off an on. Also wish you could change the name of a lead prior to it becoming approved.

is a very useful tool and has many functions that make it easy to utilize. Also, there are many ways to sort thru clients and filter down to what you are trying to focus on in your prospecting. The map search function is useful when looking at a list of past jobs.

Pros

Ability to add multiple attendees to appointments is helpful. Also like the notifications @ me they work easily to make sure tasks are cleared out.

Cons

There is not much of an inside sales lead utilization like call results and call function that would bring you up to the next account to call for past clients. Like the ability to label clients as sales, no sales, inspection no sales and so on. Then use a call function to cycle thru the clients in a set label and city, with call end results, that would take client out of the call list or pause them in the call list for a certain amount of time. This would give much more utilization for inside sales and calling past clients for new projects/inspections.

Cons

Some of the photo album capabilities could use an update. It would be nice to be able to crop and zoom.

Generally positive. I transitioned to from another CRM software recently and I appreciate how little issues there are day to day. The live calendar updates are very helpful. The layout is very user friendly.

Pros

I like the live calendar updates and the consistency in quality. Never had an issue with a bug or with security.

Cons

I wish was more customizable. There are some 3rd party booking websites that we use for clients and I have to manually transfer them to acculynx rather than there being an option to generate in acculynx.

Overall very please and has allowed the business I work with to get organize and also identify our weaknesses. We are still working through the pains of transitioning to a new system from doing everything by hand but I think we are learning how to use it more effectively everyday.

Pros

All in one platform that allows me to organize, customize and streamline. I can view all our client information easily and add new information and documentation from a phone or my laptop.

Cons

I don't like that it does not have apple calendars integrated yet and some of the mobile interface seems a little bit clunky. The search is a little picky when you are searching for a project that you have already created and you type in for example "100 S maxwell" instead of "100 South maxwell" I've noticed that the search will exclude the project if you do not type it exactly correct. But I think it would be helpful for search results to show related or similar items to account for typos or projects that are have cardinal directions spelled out rather than abbreviated. I also would like to see more in spanish training and seminars. I would like to see potential integration with XACTIMATE so that we can directly pull prices from them there for estimates or supplementals.

We love and it can do so many things that are helpful to our business and have allowed us to grow and scale. The customer service is top notch.

Pros

We love the pipeline and organization. We also utilize reports plus and it has changed how we run our business.

Cons

The cost for additional add ons is a lot. Sometimes my team will ask for something or look at something and it costs so much money that I just can't agree to it even if I think it would help. I wish some of these add ons were included.

The product constantly works well. We have tried other CRM's and this one is head and shoulders above the others.

I am so happy with this product that there is nothing that I do not like. It is just well implemented. Even the app works great!

Overall once getting used to changes that occur and when bugs are worked out it’s a fairly self explanatory system to navigate.

Pros

The different stages of the job and easily navigable tabs. Overall the features can suit just about all needs should you choose to use them and you also have the option not to. To electronically send contracts and have signatures was a great add on however a bit costly per contract price compared to obtaining another system that is only for this.

Cons

The inability to approve invoices or worksheets from the mobile app. Writing estimates at times is a bit cumbersome as well when entering certain products and having to adjust pricing.

Very helpful. From approving a job, tracking its progress through either the labor tickets or messages, to invoicing.

Pros

The ability to get information from Quickbooks so the expenses are true. The way the "Orders" and "Labor Tickets" work.

Cons

The communication tab. After several clicks each time, you are then able to see the storyline. When you open the Communications tab, All Messages show.
