We have been using Acculynx for years. It is extremely user friendly. If I ever have a problem or question, customer service is always available and helpful.

Pros

User friendly Self Explanatory Customer service is fantastic Customizable All facets of company can use and communicate (office, sales, production, accounts receivable etc)

Cons

Our only issue is the app. Would love if it was more adapted to iphones

We are still at beginning stages and not fully live- The process for us began months ago. I personally do not have the extensive hours to get this running on top of my normal day to day. I was unaware of the all in it would need to get going.

Pros

Everything in one place (no longer need to have a signature platform and photo platform)- organization

Cons

A very long and hard setup to get everything going. Not recommended if you are already too busy with you company. Bring on someone just to set this up for you.

Pros

Great software that you can pull about any reports from. It has scheduling and labor tickets easy to share with any crew. Great customer support if you have any questions

Cons

It is really expensive and you can’t move you labor tickets on the calendar. It has a few extra unnecessary steps to add documents.

I have been very satisfied with AccuLynx. When I helped set it up for our company years ago, I found it to be very user-friendly and easy to learn. AccuLynx has also done a great job of continuing to improve over time. As technology evolves and the market and industry change, the platform consistently updates and adapts to meet those needs. That ongoing development has made it a reliable tool for our business.

Pros

One of the things I like most about AccuLynx is that it serves as a central file system for the entire company. Everything: documents, contracts, payments, photos, and communication, is stored in one place and tied to each job. This makes it much easier to stay organized, find information quickly, and keep everyone on the same page. Whether you’re in the office or out in the field, having all job-related details accessible in one system really improves efficiency and communication across the team.

Cons

One thing I wish AccuLynx offered is more flexibility for personalization. As someone who works in the office handling administrative tasks, the information I need to see on a daily basis is very different from what a project manager or company owner needs. It would be incredibly helpful if each user could customize their own dashboard or view based on their role. Being able to prioritize the tools, data, and workflows most relevant to my responsibilities would make the system more efficient and easier to navigate. Right now, it feels like everyone is working from a similar layout, even though our day-to-day tasks are very different. More user-specific customization would go a long way in improving productivity and overall user experience.

There are a lot of pros as well as some cons and room to grow, but overall I am pleased with how I use Acculynx.

Pros

My absolute favorite part about Acculynx is the MESSAGES tab layout. Communications is just too junky for me. We love Messages layout. Customer Support is very quick to respond and most of the time has a quick fix.

Cons

I DISLIKE how we have 3 "digital locations" set up for our job #'s to be separated for repairs, roofing, & restoration and the 3 locations cannot talk to each other at all.

Overall we really like Acculynx and what it has done for us. We are a young company and it's been a great software for all of us to use. I do wish the field app was better for our field guys, but overall happy with the software itself.

Pros

Scheduling calendar, ease of estimates, some of the reports are nice (don't think we should pay extra to get extra reporting use)

Cons

Field app - while in the field our project managers and even sales team struggle with getting it to load.

Very easy to put leads in and manage all of our customer accounts. I wish the communication it has with CompanyCam was better... such as, once a job is moved to prospect and gets a job #, it would be nice if CompanyCam could then show that same job #.

Pros

I really enjoy using Acculynx. My favorite thing is how organized it helps us keep our client's documents, payments, pictures and job costs/spending.

Cons

I wish there was another line to insert information in the location info... We have several addresses that we do multiple projects at, so I would like to be able to "label" them with flooring or roofing, etc, where we can see that when just glancing at the job name and address... I don't like to have to open every job to see if it is the one I am looking for.

Overall Acculynx is a valuable tool for this industry. It is an excellent way to keep the office and the field on the same page

Pros

The ability to access all of my clients information in one place. And communicate whith them seamlessly without having to use several apps like we did previously.

Cons

Some of the photo album capabilities could use an update. It would be nice to be able to crop and zoom.

I think it's a good overall system with some minor improvements on the sales side that I would like to see.

Pros

Pretty easy to operate and navigate through. The interface makes sense and is easy to learn. It helps me stay organized.

Cons

It doesn't integrate with Outlook for sending emails to customers. It doesn't have an option to generate multiple estimate tiers within the same estimate, sol the only way to do a "good, better, best" estimate strategy is to generate three separate estimates, which is time consuming.

Overall, I’m pleased with the system Accukhnx offers. I like the customer portal and I feel that the platform is user friendly. I like the support that the company offers. We switched back to scaling from roofr because we felt it was a more complete system.

Pros

The main thing I like most about AccuLynx is the training support that they offer. I did multiple one-on-one trainings with a person every week. It didn’t cost anything extra, and my trainer followed up with me after every session to send a summary of what we went over and to make sure I didn’t have any new questions. Their customer service is top notch.

Cons

One thing that I wish they would improve upon is their structure system. For example, our company has a “team” system where we have groups of roofing sales teams and each has its own team lead. I would like to set things up for each team lead to be able to monitor and adjust all jobs within their team. But at this moment, I have to go in and manually give the team lead additional access to any leads their team members have. It would be nice if it was an automated thing.

Overall, using Acculynx has been a very seamless experience. The onboarding and training processes were so helpful and the refresher videos help when I have forgotten a step. The user experience is very intuitive.

Pros

I love how Acculynx keeps our company and sales team organized. I especially love the communication tools and financial worksheet. They keep everyone on the same page throughout the entire process.

Cons

I would love to see a more robust payroll management feature for creating cap out sheets and understanding P&L, including commissions, for each job.

The document template user experience was not great as they do not use smart sheets. Text sections would move around in our documents, making them look unprofessional and messy. The estimate system and checklist system was unnecessarily complicated and too much for our company processes. We needed a straightforward and user friendly CRM.

Generally positive. I transitioned to acculynx from another CRM software recently and I appreciate how little issues there are day to day. The live calendar updates are very helpful. The layout is very user friendly.

Pros

I like the live calendar updates and the consistency in quality. Never had an issue with a bug or with security.

Cons

I wish acculynx was more customizable. There are some 3rd party booking websites that we use for clients and I have to manually transfer them to acculynx rather than there being an option to generate in acculynx.

AccuLynx has made my job so much easier! My brain is less cluttered now that everything is stored seamlessly

Pros

Its very user friendly and does 95% of the things I need done! I love the messaging I can do with each sales rep. Make everything very seamless.

Cons

I do not like the cost of AccuLynx. I wish it was a little more affordable for small businesses. One thing I dont like is when you use the search bar to find a customer, you have to type in the exact spelling in order to pull up a customer. It would be nice if it pulled up similar customers to spelling, etc.

Acculynx is very convenient and keeps company communications tidy. The new update has some bugs that need to be dealt with, particularly with the calendar.

Pros

Acculynx is easy to navigate. It keeps everything together, including communications. I actually find the Messages feature very useful and necessary and hope that it doesn't get replaced with Communications.

Cons

My biggest issue with Acculynx is definitely the lack of ability to search for jobs based on materials. If I want to find a standing seam roof of a specific color, it can be nearly impossible to find. Also, property management jobs should have a designated system. I can not use the previous contact information to create leads, because changing the unit for the new lead will mess with the old job. So, the leads need to be started from scratch. There should be a designated property management lead-creation system that allows new leads to be created with old contact information, and the changes on the new lead should not change the details for the old jobs.

Overall once getting used to changes that occur and when bugs are worked out it’s a fairly self explanatory system to navigate.

Pros

The different stages of the job and easily navigable tabs. Overall the features can suit just about all needs should you choose to use them and you also have the option not to. To electronically send contracts and have signatures was a great add on however a bit costly per contract price compared to obtaining another system that is only for this.

Cons

The inability to approve invoices or worksheets from the mobile app. Writing estimates at times is a bit cumbersome as well when entering certain products and having to adjust pricing.

My overall experience with AccuLynx has been great! Our team uses it all day, every day. Whenever I had a question/problem, I got an answer very quickly from the AccuLynx support team. I know that our team is not using this platform to its full capacity and it is still so helpful.

Pros

AccuLynx makes it so easy to communicate internally with my team. Being able to tag and share information all in one organized place is invaluable.

Cons

I'm coming at the from a digital marketing perspective, but I think the native email template builder and automations manager has room for improvement. It's capabilities are somewhat limited and I would like to see those built out more for the ease of our team as we continue to automate our process for the sake of customer experience. Also, the Reports Library could have more options or maybe a more indepth tutorial video.

The system works well as a fully comprehensive contractor estimating and accounting software. The ability to use one system for everything is extremely convenient.

Pros

I like the integration of the hover app and eagleview features in order to build estimates faster and more accurately.

Cons

I wish that the estimates had a way to include picture of both the customers project and materials that we will be installing on their home.

User friendly and straightforward to use. Tried using a different crm with another contractor and just to confusing to use.

Cons

Sometimes photos/video uploads can be troublesome especially when not under wifi. Other then that not much negative about it

Great, we love Pat Doyle, our new Acculynx Contact. I also like the newer Communications Tab. Great user experience.

Pros

The addition of Reports Plus is my favorite tool. I feel like I use them to the Fullest extent every day/month/year.

Cons

Unfortunately, Acculynx can have its glitchy moments. But the Customer Support Line is great at creating and updating Tickets.

Awesome. Doesn’t get better then acculynx when it comes to running my process. I use it for every single one of my customers. Customers often look at my IPad while I’m getting their information and appreciate how professional and organized it is.

Pros

Acculynx is the backbone of my entire process. Without acculynx, I’d be a mess. I often mess up on my other apps like contacts and messages, for example. All I have to do is pull up acculynx and it’s all there every time.

Cons

I’m sure my only complaints are user error. Sometimes when I pull up a profile, it pulls up two and I choose one that doesn’t pull the lead up. User error more then likely

Pros

AccuLynx is a great CRM for our roofing business. It has all the functionality we need to operate a successful business.

Cons

I feel like the UI could get a face lift. It looks a little old. Also, training on all the functions of the CRM would be great

My experience has been great! Obviously, there are always going to be more thing I’d wish to achieve using a 1 stop shop but I believe as AccuLynx changes it will meet my needs more and more.

Pros

Great app to keep up with all things involving a project. Works well with communicating what I need to my team.

Cons

Camera doesn’t perform well solo, company cams ability to integrate makes up for it though. It would be nice to integrate with Roofr
