It has been good. The support is always helpful when we have run into issues. I like that it has been easy to learn.

Pros

I like that is very clear what status the job is in. Allows us to more easily manage our jobs. I like that you can track your budget and job cost.

Cons

I do not like that you charge for every little add on. Like customizing things is always an additional cost. I always dislike that you cannot add a template to a billing payment request and have to copy and paste a message each time.

### "Acculynx Is an Irreplaceable Tool"

We all love Acculynx. The entire team from admin to field. It’s an irreplaceable tool that keeps us all organized and in touch with every customer and each other.

Pros

My team loves the field app. We rely on it heavily to capture, store, and share information for all facets of our business.

Cons

Bugs have been frustrating at times but Acculynx has worked to address issues as they arise. A single call usually puts Acculynx into action to try and fix every issue.

Very good experience. I don't think we would move from AccuLynx to any other system. My team really likes it as well.

Pros

AccuLynx is a great CRM for our roofing business. It has all the functionality we need to operate a successful business.

Cons

I feel like the UI could get a face lift. It looks a little old. Also, training on all the functions of the CRM would be great

Pros

Being able to keep everything organized. It’s easy to keep team members update to date using acculynx.

Cons

I like least about acculynx is when the system is down. Also using the app on my phone can be frustrating.

Acculynx has been easy to learn and easy to use. And t’s made my life easy, especially with organization. It’s a really great looking and professional CRM. It’s a confidence builder.

Pros

It’s created to be easy: color coded, calendar and tasks use, etc. It’s great, and I’ve been able to use it with two different companies with different work flows.

Cons

Acculynx almost has too many features. But for me, that’s not really a bad thing. I really don’t have much bad to say about acculynx.

My overall experience has been very positive. It makes my day to day job quicker, and the pros as compared to the cons are very good

Pros

The integration of all of the different softwares (eg. estimating, payment processing, reporting, etc.) make this a very helpful all in one platform

Cons

I do not care for the user software. The app could use a makeover to look cleaner and more organized. It seems very boxy right now. Also, it would be great if there was a way to make different jobs under the same contact file, while now we have to do 2 seperate leads for the same person if it’s multiple jobs.

Pros

Acculynx is a great CRM that keeps all information per lead in one please and easy to access. The features that Acculynx offer are extremely helpful while in the field or on the desktop. Highly recommend!

Cons

There isn't much that I do not like. Acculynx has it all. It honestly makes my job so much easier no matter where I am at.

Overall I find Acculynx easy to use and train new hires on, and find that it covers all my needs from setting the lead to making the sale and following up post.

Pros

Its easy to onboard new hires to Acculynx. The user interface is pretty self explanatory and its fairly easy to find all the features you need. the mobile app is also nimble and easy to use on the road.

Cons

Reporting functions are fairly limited without custom fields, but those are supposed to be rolling out soon, so I'm hopeful reporting will become easier. I also wish the email function had more options.

My overall experience with AccuLynx is positive! It’s easy to navigate, easy to stay organized, and well-designed.

Pros

What I like most about AccuLynx is how it’s organized. Not only is it easy to find jobs, but each tab within the jobs help to keep all of the files, documents, photos, and general information nice and orderly.

Cons

My least favorite thing about AccuLynx is how the camera will often turn white when taking photos within the app. It usually happens when I try to zoom in. When it change to my regular phone camera it does not have this issue.

not that’s great not that horrible. but all in all our company is leaving acculynx so that should tell you that there is work to be done

Pros

accessibility it’s nice to be able to use these features on my phone. but a lot of the times i have to use my web browser to fully use the app which is very inconvenient

Cons

not being able to put lead into proper status on app not being able to edit contact info either. there’s a list of cons in comparison to the pros, sadly.

Pretty great but I think improvements will need to be made. The estimating through the app is a great idea but needs some TLC.

Pros

Great for complex jobs or simple jobs. There's also live pricing through ABC and SRS and other suppliers.

Cons

Not as modern and intuitive. I think competitors have an advantage on this. I also think that Accuylnx would be much better if estimates looked like SumoQuote

I've been using Acculynx for a year and have tried a couple other CRMs. So far, none has beat its UI. The layout is a pleasant experience that is very intuitive. Whenever I have an issue, customer service is ready to help within a minute or two!

Pros

I like its interface that is very user friendly and the customer service that is always available and helpful.

Cons

I least like the changes to the calendar, particularly the new color settings. (I understand these are still being developed.)

Everything you could need for a roof job. From entering a lead, to tracking it through the process of the job, to sending an invoice. From A-Z Acculynx has you covered

Pros

User interface was pretty simple. Also, the customer support was always right on queue when I needed than.

Cons

The amount of automated emails and notifications are a bit overboard. I think if there were half the amount of them it would still drive the message across.

Cons

When replying to emails in the CRM, it inserts sender email address (me) instead of the recipient...

Ease of use. Quick to be able to build quotes. Job details are easily shared with the production and installation crews.

Cons

Messages can get lost from the office as there are so many of them. It would be way better if we were able to stop the boss randomly changing prices.

the staff is extremely helpful and the platform is the most dependable in the market. The transition from our old CRM was fairly simple as well.

Pros

It is the most reliable CRM in the industry. The amount of automations and custom workflows we were able to setup really help to streamline our business.

Cons

There are so many features. The setup and training is a bit thorough, and the need to have continued training arises due to the amount of information needed

Very good and I am sure that I will have many more years of using this platform and the opportunity for the community we serve

Pros

Functional and very easy to use. Pictures and videos are very easy to share with your customers. Adding photos from your camera is also a very functional feature.

Cons

The glitches while zooming in and out while taking photos is the only thing that keeps me hopeful for the next update

Pros

I like how I can find homeowners easy and quick, I also love the documents we can send over easy and quick.

Cons

The least thing I liked is sometimes pictures taken from AccuLynx won’t upload. Then it takes longer to go back and find them.

Overall I find Acculynx to give our business a more professional look via the formatting of the estimates. I like the security and simplicity that comes along with the docusign integration. It makes quoting roof replacements much quicker and easier. Better accuracy on material costs.

Pros

Workflow from lead to closed job. Ability to integrate with suppliers for a list of materials with accurate pricing.

Cons

There are a variety of items from suppliers that aren't in the catalog. When creating templates for specialty siding and obscure materials I oftentimes have to call in for pricing. The integration with QuickBooks along with the financial worksheet. The integration doesn't allow for easy job costing within QuickBooks and financial worksheets isn't ideal for job costing either. The price of the software is on the higher end. Some integration fees are on the higher end as well.

Expensive, mid-quality product. And they have no incentive to make sweeping improvements, based on the conversations I had with the Acculynx software developers I met at the IRE Conference in 2025.

Pros

It's a simple, straightforward CRM. Navigating it is pretty simple.

Cons

The price, there are no features that make it stand out from the crowd, the tools and add-ons are very expensive, the SMS feature is terrible.

It's been great! We utilize AccuLynx predominantly for estimates and ordering, as well a cataloguing client information. For these purposes, it's a great piece of software!

Pros

AccuLynx allows for seamless workflow, from scheduling, to estimates, to ordering with our local suppliers.

Cons

Things can sometimes be not as visible as I'd like. In an administrative role, important messages or notifications can sometimes be lost in the shuffle of other various notifications

Very good experience overall. Very easy to navigate once you know what you’re doing. My colleagues like it as well.

Pros

Able to keep track of jobs and send estimates/invoices quickly. I like how professional the invoices look when I email them, and like the features of being to add additional info, if needed.

Cons

I’d like to have a “new lead” add that keeps the contact info for the job and not bring over a previous job addresses for past job sites and keeps only info for the contractor itself
