This includes help office AND account officers. Pros It’s great when you are looking for a job, you can type in the job number or the job customer or the job address and still get the account quickly. Cons I would like it if when you’re working on a job and you’re toward the bottom of the page and you want to go to another job if you could just click on something at the top and you could search for the next job instead of having to scroll all the way to the top. Manager Construction Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Acculynx, Pros and Cons" December 3, 2025 4.0 Overall very please and has allowed the business I work with to get organize and also identify our weaknesses. We are still working through the pains of transitioning to a new system from doing everything by hand but I think we are learning how to use it more effectively everyday. Pros All in one platform that allows me to organize, customize and streamline. I can view all our client information easily and add new information and documentation from a phone or my laptop. Cons I don't like that it does not have apple calendars integrated yet and some of the mobile interface seems a little bit clunky. The search is a little picky when you are searching for a project that you have already created and you type in for example "100 S maxwell" instead of "100 South maxwell" I've noticed that the search will exclude the project if you do not type it exactly correct. But I think it would be helpful for search results to show related or similar items to account for typos or projects that are have cardinal directions spelled out rather than abbreviated. I also would like to see more in spanish training and seminars. I would like to see potential integration with XACTIMATE so that we can directly pull prices from them there for estimates or supplementals. " November 13, 2025 4.0 Overall once getting used to changes that occur and when bugs are worked out it’s a fairly self explanatory system to navigate. Pros The different stages of the job and easily navigable tabs. Overall the features can suit just about all needs should you choose to use them and you also have the option not to. To electronically send contracts and have signatures was a great add on however a bit costly per contract price compared to obtaining another system that is only for this. Cons The inability to approve invoices or worksheets from the mobile app. Writing estimates at times is a bit cumbersome as well when entering certain products and having to adjust pricing. The way the "Orders" and "Labor Tickets" work. Cons The communication tab. After several clicks each time, you are then able to see the storyline. When you open the Communications tab, All Messages show. I like that when I’m searching for a job I just all I need to do is enter the job number and then a series of options comes up for a project that we’re currently working on and it’s easy for me to recognize which job to click on to upload the photos Pros Able to use it on my iPhone. Word is that the app isn’t as good so I’ve never bothered to use it. So I’m not able to accurately describe which one is better. Cons It’s slower then I’d like it to be. When uploading photos, one is fine. But when I have to upload a dozen photos, I find myself sitting here for a minute or two before it’s done. Review Source DV Dylan V. Estimates and worksheets can link making it easier for invoicing. Our customers do not have many issues signing e-sign documents, and if there ever is an issue, customer support is quick in responding. Cons There are a couple things we do wish Acculynx had, such as having an option to add a 'flag' to an account. The ability to use one system for everything is extremely convenient. Pros I like the integration of the hover app and eagleview features in order to build estimates faster and more accurately. Pros I liked how AccuLynx clearly displayed the entire pipeline from sale to roof installation to payment. It streamlined tracking the process. Uploading high-quality inspection photos via the app was a standout feature for me. Cons The app’s user interface felt outdated and less modern than expected, which made navigation less intuitive. It track all our date very well. Pros Acculynx is the go to spot for our company to make sure all employees and subcontractors are all on the same page with our customers. Cons Acculynx can get a bit pricey as your company grows and you have to start adding more users, but it is worth the money. November 13, 2025 4.0 It's very challenging to create a report and edit photos for projects. I've used it now for 5 years and do find it 4 stars but has areas to be fixed and approved. Pros Easy to add notes for the projects. I do like the reporting aspects, and the editing of PDFs we make is easy. Cons The photos do not upload in order and are jumbled. Reports are so hard to organize. You need to create albums and then organize the photos in the desired order. So difficult to keep organized and very time consuming. Review Source JA Jason A. Tried using a different crm with another contractor and just to confusing to use. Cons Sometimes photos/video uploads can be troublesome especially when not under wifi. I would say one of my favorites is setting up automotive emails Cons Sometimes customer's say they never receive our emails. I am not sure sending emails through Acculynx is reliable. Pros I like the customization options that AccuLynx offers - you can use however much or however little of the options that you choose. Cons I don't like that we are not notified of received emails in AccuLynx - I either have to look back through the entire email thread in the job card or make sure that I am cc'd. and can get replies through my external email account.
