Very easy to put leads in and manage all of our customer accounts. I wish the communication it has with CompanyCam was better... such as, once a job is moved to prospect and gets a job #, it would be nice if CompanyCam could then show that same job #.

Pros

I really enjoy using . My favorite thing is how organized it helps us keep our client's documents, payments, pictures and job costs/spending.

Cons

I wish there was another line to insert information in the location info... We have several addresses that we do multiple projects at, so I would like to be able to "label" them with flooring or roofing, etc, where we can see that when just glancing at the job name and address... I don't like to have to open every job to see if it is the one I am looking for.

has been a helpful tool for us keeping our roofing projects organized, tracking leads, managing production, creating tasks, and the calendar version. The ability to store job details, along with making comments in the photos. I also like the communication page on how you can view all messages that were sent from the client and crews. The task bar is always at the top and you can always find out what you need through the icons. That said, the system has definitely improved our overall workflow and team coordination.

Pros

I really like the new calendar version it helps our company stay organized and being able to see all three companies on the same calendar.

Cons

The calendar version honesty until this new calendar update version. I also didn't like how we are getting rid of the message page I just like the view layout of it but I'm sure I can find some new tricks on how to use it.

Pros

We like how easy is it to manage jobs using this system. Estimates and worksheets can link making it easier for invoicing. Our customers do not have many issues signing e-sign documents, and if there ever is an issue, customer support is quick in responding.

Cons

There are a couple things we do wish had, such as having an option to add a 'flag' to an account. Being able to flag an account or a customer would be helpful if there is ever an issue regarding payment or difficulty with them.

Overall is a valuable tool for this industry. It is an excellent way to keep the office and the field on the same page

Pros

The ability to access all of my clients information in one place. And communicate whith them seamlessly without having to use several apps like we did previously.

Cons

Some of the photo album capabilities could use an update. It would be nice to be able to crop and zoom.

Pretty good. Seem to find something weekly that I like and makes me feel better about the system. I think training when we first started using it helped our key employee, but we didn't really have a train the trainer experience to help our other emplyees

Pros

Easy for my production team to use. Solid mobile app. Good search features. Just hired someone from another company that uses A/L, so it's nice to see him up and running fasst.

Cons

Reporting is clunky. Works better for exterior jobs. We are struggling on using it with our interior jobs.

I think it's a good overall system with some minor improvements on the sales side that I would like to see.

Pros

Pretty easy to operate and navigate through. The interface makes sense and is easy to learn. It helps me stay organized.

Cons

It doesn't integrate with Outlook for sending emails to customers. It doesn't have an option to generate multiple estimate tiers within the same estimate, sol the only way to do a "good, better, best" estimate strategy is to generate three separate estimates, which is time consuming.

is great, one of the best CRMs out there. Everytime I contacted Costumer support they exceeded my expectarions.

Pros

is very easy to use, it has great features to make a business run smoothly. I like the learning tutorials, they are very well made; straight to the point and easy to understand. The training videos made my life easier during the first couple weeks. Another feature that I really like is the team comunication whithin. If you ever have any questions about any topics you can always go back and find the job notes in their file. Their costumer service is great too!

Cons

Honestly the price. Although it is very worth it, but it makes it less accessible for a small business.

Great it has been a five star experience with the entire team, the system and tthe training. It’s helped us grow our business quickly and efficiently.

Pros

The ease of use, the availability to isolate everything. My team loves that the numbers are transparent.

Cons

There isn’t anything. Overall the experience has been delightful the only thing I could complain about is the add ons all cost.

It's very challenging to create a report and edit photos for projects. I've used it now for 5 years and do find it 4 stars but has areas to be fixed and approved.

Pros

Easy to add notes for the projects. I do like the reporting aspects, and the editing of PDFs we make is easy.

Cons

The photos do not upload in order and are jumbled. Reports are so hard to organize. You need to create albums and then organize the photos in the desired order. So difficult to keep organized and very time consuming.

I enjoy the system and think there are sides to be adjusted but works for me. If we can work in 2 tabs at once that would solve so many issues

Pros

Easiness of system, Accessibility of documents, The fact that all needed docs can be accessed in one spot, The fact that templates can be used and stored on system is amazing , The client information and location is easy to find and we as users can click on address and get directions to the location

Cons

Can't have two tabs going at once to go between work orders The commercial clients and residential is easily separated but a label commercial job on residential side doesn't show as commercial on that side

Pros

One stop shop! Create estimates all the way to the ond in creating invoices. makes it so easy to create material orders, and manage the jobs, cant say enough good things

Cons

Nothing really, once i find something with an issue, its always quick to get fixed. Would.love to see a scanning feature implemented

Great so far. I had when I owned my own company and now work for a company that uses acculynx so it has been a seamless transition.

Pros

The ease of estimates and photos. The fact that a person can order an eagleview or manually enter a measurement is great and uploading photos to a customer is easy when you can do it from anywhere.

Cons

I only had one gripe, and that was about the order of estimates made, and that seems to have been fixed

Been using for about 5yrs now and cant see myself using any other crm. Its user friendly and pretty straightforward on using it. Id recommend this to anyone

User friendly and straightforward to use. Tried using a different crm with another contractor and just to confusing to use.

Cons

Sometimes photos/video uploads can be troublesome especially when not under wifi. Other then that not much negative about it

Pros

I like the reports I can get and the message board. helps hold everyone accountable for putting info in jobs.

Cons

The cost is a bit high, but we make it work. Thats really about all that I dislike. its been really helpful

I like a lot of the features that offers. I would say one of my favorites is setting up automotive emails

Cons

Sometimes customer's say they never receive our emails. I am not sure sending emails through is reliable.

Pros

One place to organize all of our company’s workflow. The layout of the program is user friendly and it gives up to date information.

Cons

Some of the bugs that needed to be worked out in order for certain parts of the program to work properly

Thoroughly enjoy the ease of use and the abilities it offers a new and upcoming business making day to day operations run more smoothly

Pros

Estimates, automations, financing, payment processing, appointment tracking, ease of ordering from distributors

Cons

No free e-sign, and the inability to labor track without upgrade even though you can create the labor orders

My overall experience has been great with - my company has made a lot of customizations to our workflow that work great for us!

Pros

I like the customization options that offers - you can use however much or however little of the options that you choose.

Cons

I don't like that we are not notified of received emails in - I either have to look back through the entire email thread in the job card or make sure that I am cc'd. and can get replies through my external email account.

Pros

is the go to spot for our company to make sure all employees and subcontractors are all on the same page with our customers.

Cons

can get a bit pricey as your company grows and you have to start adding more users, but it is worth the money.

Great, we love Pat Doyle, our new Contact. I also like the newer Communications Tab. Great user experience.

Pros

The addition of Reports Plus is my favorite tool. I feel like I use them to the Fullest extent every day/month/year.

Cons

Unfortunately, can have its glitchy moments. But the Customer Support Line is great at creating and updating Tickets.

Overall pleased. I would be 100% sold if reports were more customized without expensive add-ons and supplement features were improved.

Pros

I like the ease of use most. For sales teams in particular, they don't want to fool with complicated features.

Cons

The supplement features are disappointing. We don't utilize this at all because it doesn't support our needs.

Overall its a great experience for our company and all of the guys like having everything in one place to build their estimates.

Pros

Having everything all in one place, customer support is great! Invoicing is nice and easy from each job as well

Cons

Sometimes the system is a little slow when it comes to adding things in payments or documents, it will not load and I have to exit out of the payment section and reopen it to add another payment.

Pros

The all in one features are nice, I love having a place to store all pieces of information and communications for each project.

Cons

Search feature is too specific. ie. I want to search for 1234 SE Street St, the search will not find it unless I type 1234 Southeast. Would be nice if it was better at giving suggested names/addresses based off less specific keywords if that makes sense.
