My overall experience with AccuLynx has been very positive. It’s a powerful platform that streamlines the entire roofing workflow—from lead management to job completion. I’ve found it easy to track customers, upload photos, build estimates, and communicate with my team all in one place. The mobile app has been especially useful in the field, and the automated reminders help ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Overall, AccuLynx has made my sales process more organized, efficient, and professional.

Pros

I like that AccuLynx keeps all jobs, leads, documents, photos, notes, and communication inside one system. It eliminates the chaos of using multiple apps and keeps the whole team aligned.

Cons

There is no option to utilize google maps and draw a roof on the app. The user interface could be improved for user ease of access.

User friendly and does the job we need it to do. Would recommend to any service company looking for a CRM.

Pros

Ease of use. Having the mobile app is very convenient. Easy to keep jobs organized and informed. Good for multiple sales people.

Cons

Not all features are avaliable in the mobile app. The possilbe matches feature is annoying and can sometimes be very confusing when entering a new lead.

Good for back end office work, not good in the field when flexibility and speed of performing tasks matter.

Pros

Back end features such as pricing library, labor tickets, and other back office stuff is well done.

Cons

Native iOS app is very limited, very poor support for basic things such as how it handles sales tax, extremely cumbersome to edit estimates when in the field and present in person.

I think it’s a really good service. I’ve worked with it since 2017? I was sent out of the business for five years so I just came back last year. It was nice cause I at least knew what was going on with it, but I think it’s a good service for for sure.

Pros

That I can look up and find information regarding my customers in one spot makes it way easier and history of comments and or documents.

Cons

I’ve never cared for sharing photos from Acculinks to an inspector or a website. It’s very bulky and I never know if it’s gone. I have to check sent to make sure, no noise when it sends - drives me crazy. The whole format is cumbersome to work with especially on my phone, which is where I am 100% of the time.

Overall, it is very user-friendly software. Works for everyone in the office, and offers free task management software within the dashboard.

Pros

The simplicity of moving throughout the components of a job; ex: “Payment”, “Documents”, and “Worksheet” tabs.

Cons

Buffering, or long loading times/freezing, when multiple people in office use it at the same time. A quick refresh helps instantly.

Overall my experience has been good, though I am just a service writer for my company. I know there are a lot of features I dont know about.

Pros

I like the way the workflows are organized. I can easily navigate all my leads in one place, and move them along each at their own pace.

Cons

I dislike how photos will at times have to renamed if uploaded from a file instead of straight from a gallery. It makes it very tedious.

Very good it helps me do my job and keep my customers organized as well as satisfied. I would highly recommend.

Pros

The way the system organizes my clients as well as the ability to set priority. Making it the best system I’ve used.

Cons

I have clients in both Wisconsin and Illinois so the only kind about Acculynx links I would provide is the needing to switch from one state to another instead of just having two separate categories for each state on the same tab.

We were hesitant at first because this was a big jump in price from what we were using before. BUT, it has exceeded expectation and we are super happy with the system and the customer service provided.

Pros

We love how comprehensive this software is. It takes care of literally ever need we have. We have weekly meetings that we pull reports straight out of Acculynx for.

Cons

We do not love the new communications tab. We actually liked the old messaging better!

I utilized acculynx for a year and it is superior for accounting and tie into quickbooks, invoicing and management of projects.

Pros

Easy tie into QuickBooks and superior billing, invoicing and receivables. Excellent project management and job costing.

Cons

did not like the cumbersome estimating program and it does not tie into Xactimate which is a far superior estimating system

Pros

Ease of use, and easy to access!

Cons

Not being able to mark claims dead easily through the app and having to use full site. I have to access full site to mark them as dead.

Cons

User interface, the navigation, the dashboard page, the messages, the reports, smart docs, invoicing, estimating, ordering. They all can be simplified and improved in many ways.

Overall satisfied just need the pictures corrected to add while making work orders and also the credit card processing fees should be able to be automatically added i stead of having to manipulate every invoice and sometimes multiple times because some clients come back and say they are going to pay ach or check and i have to revisit invoice to remove charge for processing.

Pros

Ability to work inside the files without having to scan and send documents and pictures

Cons

I cant add photos to work order until after approval which means i have to revisit every work order after production approves the order. Sometimes photos get missed because of this and not having time to go back inyo the same file

It works well overall but I would like to see better tracking of little things that are significant in tracking when supplements submitted. Insurance carriers and some homeowners do not receive emails when sent in Acculynx. I have to download pdfs and send via my gmail which causes troubles in communication across the office staff.

Pros

works well with tracking jobs over all. reports work well.

Cons

Field App is inefficient for an industry that works in the field 95% of the time.

It’s not bad. It’s very useful to help myself when trying to work with my clients and all of the information is very accessible for refreshing memory.

Pros

How accessible and easy it is to navigate around. Everything is very well place to browse for Destination.

Cons

Uploading docs to a specific area. For example if I wanted to upload to a specific question message I’ll have to jump through so much just to post it.

The new communications tab is not as smooth as the messages were. I do see how it could be better, but it currently is a bit clunky and hard to tell who all is included on the app.

I absolutely love the software and would recommend to any roofing contractor.

Pros

AccuLynx has mastered the process from tracking a lead from initial phone call to final photos. The software allows systems to be put into place so that no steps are missed within the sales to production process.

Cons

When you download photos they are in a very large format and hard to work with. Also the photo editing is sub-par.

Overall it is the best CRM out there I have tried them all and this by far exceeds them with CSR reps and the automation.

Pros

The user Interface on this is awesome and the knowledge base will make the onboarding a breeze for all Depts.

Cons

The Scheduler tool. It requires that you create a ticket for all making the calendar unreadable at times.
