Very easy to navigate once you know what you’re doing. My colleagues like it as well. Pros Able to keep track of jobs and send estimates/invoices quickly. I like how professional the invoices look when I email them, and like the features of being to add additional info, if needed. Overall, AccuLynx has made my sales process more organized, efficient, and professional. Pros I like that AccuLynx keeps all jobs, leads, documents, photos, notes, and communication inside one system. It eliminates the chaos of using multiple apps and keeps the whole team aligned. Cons There is no option to utilize google maps and draw a roof on the app. The user interface could be improved for user ease of access. Would recommend to any service company looking for a CRM. Pros Ease of use. Having the mobile app is very convenient. Easy to keep jobs organized and informed. Good for multiple sales people. So far everything has been decent. Pros I just started using this program. So I am new to it. So far its been pretty good and easy to navigate. Pros that it provided the oppurtunity to utilize a system to bring some automation to my life Cons Everything is an add-on, and you have to commit to the whole portion of that add-on in regard to price, even if using only bits and pieces of that. If that part were more customizable, it would dominate and, I feel, would generate more in the long run because it would maintain more affordability and build more long-term clients, but when you start to crest into the thousand-dollar range, the bang for your buck is lessened. I know there are a lot of features I dont know about. Pros I like the way the workflows are organized. I can easily navigate all my leads in one place, and move them along each at their own pace. I like the security and simplicity that comes along with the docusign integration. It makes quoting roof replacements much quicker and easier. Better accuracy on material costs. Pros Workflow from lead to closed job. Ability to integrate with suppliers for a list of materials with accurate pricing. Cons There are a variety of items from suppliers that aren't in the catalog. When creating templates for specialty siding and obscure materials I oftentimes have to call in for pricing. The integration with QuickBooks along with the financial worksheet. The integration doesn't allow for easy job costing within QuickBooks and financial worksheets isn't ideal for job costing either. The price of the software is on the higher end. Some integration fees are on the higher end as well. From the time of looking to the time of pulling the trigger we spent about 6 months. Our Acculynx rep followed up when I asked him to and my Job Numbus rep lost interest. I am new in this business and this has helped emensly Pros The team organization is wonderful! This really keeps everything in order and my documents are right there at my fingertips! I was sent out of the business for five years so I just came back last year. It was nice cause I at least knew what was going on with it, but I think it’s a good service for for sure. Pros That I can look up and find information regarding my customers in one spot makes it way easier and history of comments and or documents. Cons I’ve never cared for sharing photos from Acculinks to an inspector or a website. It’s very bulky and I never know if it’s gone. I have to check sent to make sure, no noise when it sends - drives me crazy. The whole format is cumbersome to work with especially on my phone, which is where I am 100% of the time.
