Pros I liked how user friendly it is. We can easily put customers in and keep them organized as we move them through the process. Cons The thing I like the least is how few categories are in our pipeline. I wish we could break down and customize our pipeline to our needs. It tracks customer interactions and I’m able to leave a good paper trail. We decided to discontinue use of Acculynx. Then one of their Sales representatives tried to get us to stay and gave us a free month to review the software. After review, we decided to not go with their service. Then at the end of this review we were charged the subscription fee of over $1400. I asked them to cancel our service and for a refund since we didn't use their software. They denied our request and stated that since I did not take the calls from their Sales reps, then they would not issue a refund. Review Source DJ Daniel J. Pros The ease of the CRM is truly indescribable- the fact that it is so fit for our roofing company and makes all estimates, orders and job information at your finger tips with all information recorded for everyone to see. If someone matches it I’ll consider leaving. Don’t like paying $3.99 per signature where other cram don’t charge for this feature. Pros Photo reports, the albums, PDFs, acculynx camera, and editing. Cons Price, I can see $100 per user not $120. Also I’m a startup company wished there is something to help business startups. It’s hard getting up and running. Sending thousands out at startup and to have a big company like acculynx not provide something in return at startup leaves a bad taste in my mouth. February 28, 2023 5.0 Used Acculynx for years, I have watched and be apart of many changes, I stand by there software and there support team. The truly have a great CRM for our industry. Pros Customer support is spot on always. Once you start getting the hang of it which take very little time, you then realize just how powerful this software is. Truly a great platform and I recommend it daily to people. Great job Acculynx as always! Now is it perfect yall? No, but do we live in a perfect world??
