It integrates well with my other systems and works very well. Easy to categorize items and control my actions. Easy to add new clients and start marketing effectively. This CRM just gets better the more I use it. Highly recommend for anyone who loves their Mac and runs a small business. I also think its expandable to larger businesses as well! Pros It is integrated well with my mac's calendar and email system - this is a must have. Cons A bit confusing at first, but once I understood how to integrate - it works amazing at keeping track of actions, clients and so much more! Great functionality for Mac users that need to keep track of individual projects for different customers (such as graphic designers or photographers.) Cons The base storage is a little lacking depending on the client count (only 2 gigs per user.) It is also a pricey solution but tends to be worth the money. Cons Daylite is so comprehensive that setup to your liking can be daunting but stay with it as you will love it. May 7, 2018 5.0 Pros The ease which I could create a team for a project, contact them, set appointments and deadlines, all within the system without the need to switch to other apps and email systems. I utilize this for project management more than creating leads for sales or contacts, but that system appears to be as efficient. A real time saver for project management, hiring a team, communicating needs, etc. This is a wonderful daily calendar and planner. Cons So far, I haven't had any problems with this software. The learning curve is about the same with any software, but I had no problems learning how the system operates. The Apple Mail integration is awesome! Since we use email a lot (who doesn't?), being able to link tasks, appointments, notes, keywords, etc. directly from Apple Mail is a big time saver. And since it is so easy to use you actually use it! 2. The support is great! We had two questions so far and received a solution within a very short amount of time (talking about two hours here on a public holiday). It is important to us and essential for our business that we can rely on high quality service and support. And we appreciate that Marketcircle is really taking care about their customers. Cons A great benefit would be Social media integration (e.g. linkedIn) in order to automatically update contact information. January 18, 2018 4.0 The main benefit of this software is the organization and automatic logging of communication it provides. Pros Daylite can keep track of a ton of information and makes it easy to access when you need it. It can be setup to track all of your contacts with clients so you know who last spoke with the client and when that was. They have a ton of training videos, although I think they are a little to generic. As a first time CRM user, I had a hard time getting my head wrapped around the "what's the first step to take in getting started" part, but since I have been working it for about 8 weeks now it is starting to make more sense. They should do a video entitled, "Here's how to begin using Daylite." Pros I like the way it integrates with Mac Mail, Calendar, and Contacts and ties them all together, and especially like the Projects segment, although it too, needs a better tutorial. Cons Wish the difference between Tasks and Wordlist items was a little better defined, and the section on Opportunities. Also a way to have better view of "what I've got in the works" would be helpful.... to see it in almost more a calendar, or list view would be good, although maybe that I just haven't gotten there yet. July 13, 2018 4.0 CRM, marketing, customer relations, Pros Daylite is very user friendly, and during the trial for the team I observed they enjoyed the UI and workflow opposed to a more popular solution such as SalesForce. Daylite fits perfectly for small to medium sized businesses and teams, and more notably those in the creative field. Cons Advanced functionality and integration I believe are the falling points for Daylite. I didn't observe any huge complaints, but the ability to dictate advanced functions for a customer's life cycle didn't seem to be immediately present. It has a lot of features and functionality that I find so useful to help keep me organized - contact management, calendars, tasks, and scheduling. Cons There is really nothing I dont like about Daylite - this software is great! The only areas for improvement I can offer is related to the task and project management. Pros This software works very well with the Apple email and it allows you to create a centralized database with all the emails you have in one place, as per it offers you a simple way to save them. Cons Sometimes it might get kind of slow, but it works well. I wish it could be a little more first time user friendly, takes time to get use to their integrations.
