August 29, 2017 5.0 Pros I love that I can just attach emails immediately to Daylite from the sidebar. And I have all information on a customer in front of me, in chronological order if I need to access their file. Being able to add notes and tasks is a plus as well. Cons I do not use the full capabilities of Daylite, so there may be a way to do this, but when I save an email into Daylite, the attachment does not come with it. With Daylite I can just use an iPad or my iPhone to work efficiently with my team. The tracking and customization tools for reports and transactions are flawless. This CRM software has made it easy for us save and keep track of client information in a way that we have never been able to before. Cons The price per month per user, is a bit steep when you have a larger company. But, other than that, the software does everything it's supposed to do and more. Daylite simplified a lot of processes that would have otherwise made an already intensive job even more so. Cons When reminders and tasks are dismissed on one device, it's not always synced to others - in particular my mobile. The tutorials were needed to get up and running quickly, but fortunately they were easy to follow and thorough! Cons It seemed limited to it's capabilities. I would have liked the option to be able to mass email and draft and schedule letters to go out. CEO Management Consulting Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Daylite has become our business management platform" August 16, 2017 4.0 If you are a MacOS based business looking for a workflow management I would definitely recommend Daylite Pros For our consulting business I did not think I could find a platform that would allow us to automate so much of our business development and project management. It even interfaces into our accounting system and works brilliantly on desktop, phone and tablet. Cons The biggest issue for us is that while the business is MacOS many of the consultants come with their own hardware and some are either Windows or Android. But there are work around with that. I'm a pretty quick study with most things, but needed a 1-on-1 guidance to help maximize it's power. I'm still learning. I can sink the info into other programs that my company uses so that we can keep everything organized. Pros It is pretty user friendly. It helps me stay on task and organized for the company. Cons The only issue I have is if I enter a "new person" and if any of their information is duplicated from a previous client, such as their address, I would like for it to tell me that before or after I save the new clients information. What I like most, is having the capability to search for files and different items, much quicker than ever before. Cons I can't name a single thing I've found that I don't like. Daylite integrates nicely with mail, calendar and contacts. You can easily manage your projects and basically entire business, in one place. Pros The integrations in this software for MAC and APPLE users are relatively good. You can organize the tasks with the clients and have them informed to them gradually, so it is a good option to win many more clients. Cons I was 10 if they could lower their cost a little, given that there are many CRMs with a lower value in the market, and that their interface would be easier for recent customers, since we have problems with the use of this software by those customers who They do not have much computer knowledge. Pros Ability to master schedule across all resources and personnel, create tasks and task lists, and see what everyone is working on all at once. The Customer Service is always top notch, and responds with insight and options. The ability to link entire teams to events. Cons The Price per person per month, it's one of the most expensive monthly subscriptions we have and thats counting higher end professional software like Avid and Protools. So we have to be selective about who can have access. There should be 2 tiers. Once for Mobile read only users, and one for full blown Computer access. I can keep track of not only my calender, but also the calenders of my team mates so I can keep in touch with their schedules when they are out of the office. I really like being able to add all of my contacts and keep them in one place with easy access with my mobile phone. Cons Nothing I don't really like, I wish I could learn all that it can do. Used the software for: ### "Excellent business and productivity management program" June 29, 2015 5.0 I couldn't run my business without Daylite. You need to invest some time in the setup phase - there are lots of templates to get you started or help you out - but once you are up and running the program is great. We use it to store client information, supplier information, file details, documents and dates. All information is available at the click of your mouse - or if I'm out of the office - on iPhone or iPad. I like the activity sets - these allow you to program in a series of key dates and link them to a client or a file - it is a great risk management tool for lawyers. The tasks function is something I use daily - particularly the ability to set reminders, delegations, link files etc. We export Daylite information to our Billings Pro app - it saves duplicating data entry. We've called on customer service a number of times when we have encountered problems - the support is always prompt (even taking into account time zone differences) and it is clear they are there to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
