For a sales team, this is an excellent tool for keeping all members working off one database. The app syncs a copy locally, so you can work offlien as well. Pros This app is being used to track leads, and tasks associated with the leads. Cons Custom reporting is a little difficult to setup, but hopefulyl you have an admin or analyst who will set it, and you wont need to touch it again. Review Source RK Ryan K.
