Pros: That the mobile payments are automatically uploaded to QuickBooks and I just have to go select and post them to the invoice. It has been improved since before when we had to post the payment to the customer account and then go post the payment to the invoice, but it now will pull up our payment screen and apply the payment directly to the invoice(s). Much better!

Cons: Sometimes I see duplicate payments show up in there and I can't post it to QBs again, so I just have to leave it sitting there for a long time until it finally drops off because there is no other way to get rid of a duplicate in there and I obviously can't post my payment twice, but it appears that's what it wants me to do. I don't understand how that happens.

Overall: Usually always have a good experience with the Intuit Payment Network. We have it working in conjunction with our QuickBooks software and most of the time it works great. Occasionally I have an issue trying to get a payment downloaded, but generally I just have to wait a little while and try again and it works. If I do have any problems I can't solve on my own, the customer service is very helpful and friendly.

Recommendations to other buyers: Just be careful to make sure you have the correct customer account selected before you hit the "Add Payment" button. If you don't it will automatically create a new customer account with the name that was on the credit card and put the payment there. Then you will have to merge that customer and the correct customer accounts together in QBs to get the payment applied to the invoice.

Pros: Its Simple and very easy to use and the feature i like the most is that its very easy to merge with Quickbooks. On top of all, its the easiest way to receive payments from our clients, it reminds our customers to pay and delays have reduced a lot.

Cons: I'm using this software for more than a year and haven't observed any Cons which needs reporting, customer support is very friendly and always ready to help. But I have a suggestion, Deposit time is slow and if it can be improved, this software will become Perfect!

Overall: We have a wonderful experience with Intuit PaymentNetwork, and i'm certain it will remain the same.

Pros: Intuit allows you to start processing a low volume of payment cards for services with a very simple online form. There is no fixed fee. If your payment volume grows, then you must provide more information.

Cons: Obtaining reports and determining which client has paid what amount can be confusing because the statement does not always indicate the payer's name. So you must be up-to-date or reconciling payments received will be difficult.

Overall: IPN helped me to start accepting payment cards, and it has never been a problem. Making payments online is quick and simple for the client.

Pros: I love the integration into our QuickBooks software for our merchant payment services.

Cons: There are glitches frequently but usually resolve themselves in no time.

Pros: We have been with Intuit Payment Network for about 10 years now, and I can say that by far they have the best processing rates and fees. We have comp shopped and the others out there that say they are the lowest in the industry, don't even touch what we are paying Intuit to process our credit cards...I highly recommend.

Cons: The only bad thing about them is that they have yet to come out with chip technology readers to help prevent fraud and cloned credit cards.

Overall: The rates are the best in the industry and trust me we have looked around...nobody yet has even been able to come close on processing fees and percentages.

Should you be using a cloud-based version of Payroll and QuickBooks, please visit https://community.intuit.com/articles/1145697. Cache and temporary internet files are widely known to cause performance issues in Online, but clearing this data is an easy fix.

Pros: I love being able to access my pay stubs at all time and keeping them all in one file on the computer. It is o much easier than paper.

Cons: There has not been anything so far that i do not like

Overall: Over all experience has been great. I have never had an issue accessing any of the information i need. I am always able to download save and print any required pay documents.

Pros: It is very coinvent how it keeps all of you paystubs in one place. I can go back years for tax purposes and print detailed reports.

Cons: I would like to see an option for a company to include tracking of time off. Since your pay check shows your vacation and time off used, it would be a nice feature to offer a separate tab to track your used and available time off.

Pros: Our business uses this software to accept payments made on patients accounts. It is very easy to set up and learn.

Cons: The only con is that It doesn't remember credit card information so we are not able to set up reoccurring payments.

Pros: I can use it on my android device or my personal PC. It stores all my payroll information, no paper check stubs.

Cons: I really don't have anything to complain about...maybe random maintenance times when I cant access my information. But, I dont know that that is a bad thing.

Overall: I am an employee. Intuit issues my payroll via direct deposit.

To start, double check that you're getting the same error message on your Android if you originally tried logging in through a PC and vice-versa. Pros: It is easy to correct mistakes and the Customer Service Support is excellent. They help you set up proper accounts for different pay types and merge them with QuickBooks Online.

Pros: Ease of use, a few clicks to process, clients can pay online via check or credit. It holds the payments until deposited into bank, then a few clicks to record the deposits. Very easy to use for user and clients.

Cons: Cost, while everything else was great, it is one of the highest to process cards

Overall: Enjoyed using intuit merchant services, however we did leave due to the high cost.

Pretty good software, but needs better customer service assistance.

Pros: I like that I am able to view payments, print checks if needed, send a direct deposit and email my contractors their pay stub information. It is great that they can have their own log in information.

Cons: The least thing I like about the Intuit Payment software is that the customer service experience does not seem to know enough information on the products.

Overall: The benefits I get from the software is that I am able to send you the payments and have a professional design for all information I send out to my agents.

Intuit makes my companies payroll needs simply and efficient.

Pros: I really like being able to go in and see all my employees and they rates in one place. It makes doing payroll extremely easy. I also like that it automatically sends tax information to the state so i dont have to file two different forms for one need.

Cons: I wish i had a better understanding of everything this software does - maybe a tutorial when i first begin or notfications when it notices i am trying to do something so that it can assist in making it simpler.

Pros: I enjoyed that the payment service tied into the existing software - this was its primary appeal for most customers.

Cons: I did not enjoy that most of the technical support and registration services were based overseas - the way that the phone support was structured was difficult to navigate and seemed to rely on a certain percentage of customers getting frustrated and hanging up.

Overall: This software integrated with Quickbooks, which prevented us from needing to navigate to a different program to process payments. The tracking capabilities of the software were a boon, but shouldn't be included in a review of the payment processing services.

Pros: This is super easy to use to pay an invoice. I've used it as both a client and a vendor. It makes receiving payments very easy. Which is what everyone wants.

Cons: I did find that it had some glitches. It could not auto fill my credit card info on my mac. Also it does require an account with Intuit to use.

Overall: Have not found a better product to receive invoice payments. Gets the job done.

Pros: We've been using this to accept patient payments on accounts. Its super easy to set up reoccurring payments which takes the burden of remembering off of us.

Cons: I would love to be able to print a standard small receipt vs the large half page receipt that comes with each payment.

Pros: Ease of use is exceptional and storing information is relatively easy. It is also fairly easy to navigate.

Cons: Honestly not too many complaints. The tracking is very reliable and information is easily stored/accessible.

Overall: I enjoy how it accurately lays out our information and is trackable and very reliable for our employees.

Pros: The only pro I can say is that it is user friendly and has a non cluttered appearance. Nothing else to say here.

Cons: Hard to setup, customer service was in friendly and difficult to get ahold of. There was not enough features with the low cost version we were sold on and when we needed to upgrade we have to re input all our individual in a new system, they wouldn't transfer it.

Cons: Logged in and was approved to process payments, however all the app or site says is "unable to process payments just yet, we are fixing this issue"
