Pros: I like that I am able to view payments, print checks if needed, send a direct deposit and email my contractors their pay stub information. It is great that they can have their own log in information.

Cons: The least thing I like about the Intuit Payment software is that the customer service experience does not seem to know enough information on the products.

Overall: The benefits I get from the software is that I am able to send you the payments and have a professional design for all information I send out to my agents.

I have been using Intuit for over 5 years. It is Intuitive and Easy to use!

Pros: It is easy to correct mistakes and the Customer Service Support is excellent. They help you set up proper accounts for different pay types and merge them with QuickBooks Online.

Overall: I am able to do my job efficiently and correctly. When I make a mistake I can call and get help or read other suggestions from other users.

Pros: Our business uses this software to accept payments made on patients accounts. It is very easy to set up and learn.

Cons: The only con is that It doesn't remember credit card information so we are not able to set up reoccurring payments.

Overall: We use it to take payments from patients

Pros: We've been using this to accept patient payments on accounts. Its super easy to set up reoccurring payments which takes the burden of remembering off of us.

Cons: I would love to be able to print a standard small receipt vs the large half page receipt that comes with each payment.

Pros: This is super easy to use to pay an invoice. I've used it as both a client and a vendor. It makes receiving payments very easy. Which is what everyone wants.

Cons: I did find that it had some glitches. It could not auto fill my credit card info on my mac. Also it does require an account with Intuit to use.

Overall: Have not found a better product to receive invoice payments. Gets the job done.

Pros: The payment automatically alerts the customer and prompts them to pay, so they don't have to remember when to pay us

Cons: Your customers have to set up an account with this software, so many are reluctant to sign up for something additional.

Pros: It is set up very simple so almost anyone can use it.
I like that it is just the basics that is needed to process payments.

Cons: It sometime takes a while to load the page to enter payment processing information, I'm not if its my connection but it happens frequently

Pros: That the mobile payments are automatically uploaded to QuickBooks and I just have to go select and post them to the invoice. It has been improved since before when we had to post the payment to the customer account and then go post the payment to the invoice, but it now will pull up our payment screen and apply the payment directly to the invoice(s). Much better!

Cons: Sometimes I see duplicate payments show up in there and I can't post it to QBs again, so I just have to leave it sitting there for a long time until it finally drops off because there is no other way to get rid of a duplicate in there and I obviously can't post my payment twice, but it appears that's what it wants me to do. I don't understand how that happens.

Overall: Usually always have a good experience with the Intuit Payment Network. We have it working in conjunction with our QuickBooks software and most of the time it works great. Occasionally I have an issue trying to get a payment downloaded, but generally I just have to wait a little while and try again and it works. If I do have any problems I can't solve on my own, the customer service is very helpful and friendly.

Recommendations to other buyers: Just be careful to make sure you have the correct customer account selected before you hit the "Add Payment" button. If you don't it will automatically create a new customer account with the name that was on the credit card and put the payment there. Then you will have to merge that customer and the correct customer accounts together in QBs to get the payment applied to the invoice.
