We purchased an unlimited domains version for our small web hosting operation which hosts around 600 different small business websites. Not all of our customers utilize website statistics, but most do, and those that are using it are very happy with the product. The reports are well designed, super fast, and very easy to filter/customize to meet your needs.

Pros

Very affordable with great features that make it useful for both small and large companies.

Cons

Setup can be a bit difficult, but their support is great, don't hesitate to use it!

Pros

Very intuitive to use, and updates with new features are pretty frequent! SmarterTools constantly updates this tool and I highly recommend it - cost is very reasonable also! Interface is very intuitive.

Cons

Learning curve, with everything new is something that must be overcome. However things with last major upgrade are more organized and where they should be.
