"Action tracking tool with ease of use"

**Overall:** It is very good tool to track your actions and to show how everything is gathered in one place to track it and see its management as well.

**Pros:** Great tool to track your actions and to manage all in one document. It is easy to use, everything is familiar and recognizable. Work speed depends on internet connection and on multiple users using it at the same time. The timing are pristine and gives you reminder and exact timing.

**Cons:** The entering data by multiple users at the same time can create some mess, and it might gives you a bit confusion on your entry, however it is manageable, if entries are managed one by one

"Maintenance Administrator"

**Overall:** Overall experience has been wonderful! Keeping track of the company documents, keeping documentation safe, employee management with controlling procedures, and the ease of use has been a delightful experience.

**Pros:** Microsoft SharePoint allows teams to state interactive, educated in company shared documents, and overall documentation control.

**Cons:** Image and video management can be an issue at times, with pictures and videos having to be contained within a file.
