Pros: -Multi brand
-Multi language
-Well estblished / settled

Cons: -Despite certain geographical limitations related to implementation, Zed-Service has turned out to be a nice, dependable product now
-In addition to the pros & cons mentioned above, would like to give the following comments:
-Development speed needs to improve
-Development & / or testing of development needs to be higher quality

In any case, it's a nice, dependable product now

Overall: Nice product, ready for use in a complex service network

Pros: -Multi brand
-Multi language
-Can be used with centralized or local server
-Covers almost all aspects of service centre operation

Cons: -Can / should be more user friendly
-Better asthetics desired

Pros: It helped us to systematically follow up on our service to our customers, and a better control over part stock, physical exchanges, analyze return rates per product, productivity of each person involved in the process.

Cons: Time change, since they are in India an we are in Mexico.

Overall: It's a great option for all those companies that needs a very reliable way to manage and control their after sales customer service.
