It's a great option for all those companies that needs a very reliable way to manage and control their after sales customer service.

Pros

It helped us to systematically follow up on our service to our customers, and a better control over part stock, physical exchanges, analyze return rates per product, productivity of each person involved in the process.

Cons

Time change, since they are in India an we are in Mexico.
