Pros: I like how Hubspot offers tools to give you the ability to personalize your email to your contact and grow your contact database. It has been quite helpful. It's easy to find information. The website is easy to navigate to be able to find answers to all of my questions. I'm sure the longer I work with the software, I will get a better understanding of what else I can use it for and possibly purchase an upgrade for my writing business. So far it has been easy to navigate so I'm very thankful for the trial run to help me make a decision on if this is something I want to continue to use for my freelance writing and blogging endeavors.

Overall: I'm hoping to see an increase in activity on my blog and also my social media platforms to reach more and more people with my message.

Pros: The software is very intuitive and you can understand the dashboard easily without any advanced preparation. I used it for email marketing and it was nice to have everything together and integrated.

Cons: I struggled with google account integration since there is a limit for email sending and bunch of emails were failed to send. As well, it is costly but the free version is very very limited without any ability to integrate calendar

Great sales pitch but they under deliver within the support category.

Pros: The ability to know who is on your website and what they are looking at! We were also able to automate some of the needed followup messages. This was a huge help to the sales team!

Cons: The support was really bad when we were working with them as an agency. They were unable to answer simple questions about social platform issues. The software was also very cluncky and there were multiple steps required to do simple tasks.

I would say that it's a good tool to use the sales people are a little over promising in their pitch

Pros: I like that you can save template emails to send to specific people based on their sales journey. The development of the personas is nice too.

Cons: I haven't found a good way to integrate it with a lot of are unbounce lead software yet. Overall the system takes quite a bit in R&D to set up at the beginning.

Pros: I liked this platform because it put all my social marketing campaigns in one place. When we started with Twitter and Facebook it help me make a schedule to do the post's without me having to worry about it. It provides us with insight on what is working and what is not. For a company not looking to spend a lot of money, it is easy to use.

Cons: The integration was not as easy to use at first but once we got going it worked fine. You need to have a good feel for this stuff before getting into it.

Pros: The fact that you can track all your leads behavior from the moment that they first land on your site to every subsequent visit, action, form fill, email received, etc. Everything is on the contact's timeline, and/or in the property fields you set up. The workflow automations are limitless.

Cons: The controls can be a bit fiddly. Editing one page may require going to three different places in the application, as well as several clicks and edits. Sometimes caching issues get in the way of seeing updates while I'm modifying my screens.

Overall: We use HubSpot for our CRM, our marketing website, our email marketing and all of our marketing automation. It centralizes all our efforts and allows us to seamlessly track users from the acquisition stage to the 'evangelist' stage. We save ourselves a lot of time using automations as well.

Pros: Fairly simple to use with drag-and-drop functionality which makes projects easier to do. The programs offers ideas and suggestions to make sites more engaging.

Cons: There are a limited number of features in some areas. When additional ones are added to the package, it will improve the usefulness and functionality.

Cons: The free version is great but the paid version is better, but it will definitely cost you a pretty penny. It is not a cheap software!

Pros: I love the hubspot marketing software tool. I dont think I can live without it in my professional life since I have started using it, I get to see when people open my emails and how many times. Its a great tool to keep you in the know.

Cons: That the free trial only gives you 250 notifications per month which is a pain in the but overall this software is really great.

Pros: It's user intuitive. They've got an extensive training program for all facets of their offerings, which is incredibly helpful for our internal staff training process. The software is multi faceting, and help us achieve many marketing actions from one dashboard. The reporting tools are pretty well-developed as well.

Cons: It can be difficult to use when a client needs to integrate with specific applications, a custom CRM, or specific tools.

Regarding ENTERPRISE: Great all-around marketing program for small-to-midsized businesses

Pros: The beauty of this program is the ability to integrate data from multiple channels and use that data to segment, personalize, test, and automate. If you only need one thing - an email service provider, for example - you can probably find something better. But if you need at least 3 of the core functions, I think it's worth it to give up some of the bells and whistles of other program for the seamless integration you will find here. Other perks:
The customer service is really outstanding. Best I have encountered in the industry.
Frequent updates and improvements to the tools you use the most.
Fairly intuitive UI so it's pretty easy to learn the system.

Cons: Customizing email templates can be quite challenging unless you already know some CSS and HTML.
They have their own programming language, hubl, but thankfully you can do almost everything you need to do without learning it.
Reporting leaves something to be desired (but they just rolled out a new module that will hopefully address that).

Hubspot is super easy to use, and easy to scale

Pros: Hubspot User Interface is very intuitive. The product is extremely flexible to meet the needs of our unique business model.

Cons: The gmail integration tool can be a little buggy, but overall it's a great product. It has simplified our marketing and operations arm without adding much effort. No complaints.

Pros: That there's never any tech or IT issues. It's a very well-run and maintained platform that doesn't require patience!

Cons: Sometimes, it can be overwhelming to manage the updates and changes. Like, hey. I just mastered this piece and now it's changing? Why?

-ability to schedule emails

Cons: Could be a little bit more straightforward

Pros: Use the product as a startup for my business, very simple easy to use help me estimate my potential clients. Customer service is easy to get ahold of no complaints on that part.

Cons: Price! Super super expensive, price wise it is pricey. But worth it! I would have to say the second con is navigation to have a startup how to navigate first download the software mine did not and it was so hard turn on the ropes.

Overall: Organization and marketing help, you really do get a good sense on how to bring in more potential customers/clients.

I was expecting a lot, I got more than I anticipated.

Comments: I was not expecting to have something from one source that is so comprehensive and well thought out.

Pros: The software combined with the training (which is priceless) far exceeded my expectations. I was not expecting such a high level of customer support that is personalized. It not only helps you use the product, having people you see again motivates you to get everything done so that you can move to the next stage in your development online.

Cons: There's so much here it takes someone to point out what's available. You need the close at hand support because if you didn't have it, you would miss out on so many of the features and capabilities.

HubSpot is a great tool for those looking to execute and measure marketing + sales actions.

Pros: HubSpot is extremely user friendly, and for the parts that are a bit more complete - there is great learning resources + customer support. I love that we can execute marketing AND analyze + measure the performance of our actions.

Cons: I wish some of the reporting capabilities were as robust as, say, Google Analytics, but overall they're insightful.

Pros: I love how easily I can create a campaign of any sort in HubSpot. HubSpot takes images from our website, and allows me to create email and social media campaigns literally at the touch of a button. Not to mention it integrates with Sales Force, where we house all of our contacts, so I HubSpot is doing the work for me. It essentially replaces one full-time job. For a fraction of the cost. Metrics and incredible training are added bonuses.

Cons: I wouldn't say this is a negative, but it takes some time to get in and fully learn all the capabilities of the software. You won't have HubSpot mastered in a week, but you can certainly start using it on day one.

Overall: Full marketing automation and reduced employee costs.

Pros: I love how you can tell immediately when a client opens their e-mail. It gives a tip in regards when to follow up, when to send them a proposal, when to say what. I am truly happy my colleague recommended this sales tool as I have a much better understanding today about my clients habits.

Pros: I used the software as part of training for a certification course. I used it primarily to see social media integration for which this software is the best in market! I was impressed with it's markerting analytics ability, definitely more insights than what other free tools offer. We worked in teams and this tool allowed seamless task completion for multiple users.

Cons: It's super expensive to buy and has an additional fees for everything - training, customer support, adding features, etc. makes the already expensive price even higher!

Overall: Using just one tool, we could learn about SEO, how to drive traffic to specific landing pages, play with keywords, turn visitors into leads, and implement tracking - hence see end-to-end of marketing automation.

Pros: The modules! The way website pages are modular and can be adjusted by a WSYIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor is absolutely essential for non-technical marketing employees. Websites can still be coded from the ground up within HubSpot but it isn't necessary. There are hundreds of complete themes to edit to your liking.

The marketing tools are excellent, keep track of the funnel and each individual campaign within HubSpot directly.

Cons: Some website features are a little limited, for example the "preview" screen isn't always accurate and being able to embed complex javascript elements can be a little bit of a challenge.

Overall: A central hub to monitor all marketing actions. From website content, blogs and social media to each individual inbound marketing campaign.

Pros: I liked the simplicity for the entities managed and the available customization for the interfaces used during the processes. The ease of use and integration with gmail is a big win.

Cons: I find the notifications a bit hard to manage and update since the marking of completed tasks is sometimes too manual.

Overall: Ease of campaign and sales leads management by integrating all sales and marketing activities.

Pros: I can choose a pre-defined template and simply input the content and in few steps, you are done! It has more features than other tools that I have used in the past and I switched to it cause it works better.

Cons: At first, it seems too complicated but once you know where to go, you'll love it. I guess the interface can be changed a bit to make it more simpler.

Cons: - Meeting links and on-website message pop-up needs more features , like being able to have required fields for meetings. So if a customer want's to book a meeting then it would be required they fill in there phone number. This would make our processes much easier to manage

Pros: Hubspot gives you a massive amount of data about your potential customers and tells you how likely the lead is to become a customer. You can view how frequently a lead is visiting your website, which emails they've opened, which landing pages get the most traffic, etc. The data that Hubspot provides helps you guide your marketing plan in a direction that your target market is most likely to respond to. That data is incredibly accurate and if anything seems off, the customer service department is quick to respond.

The thing I love most about Hubspot are the certifications. As a manager, I can require my sales team to get "Hubspot certified" which means they watch a series of videos to learn how Hubspot marketing works. This is all completely available via Hubspot and makes training a breeze.

Cons: The algorithm for predictive lead scoring could use a bit of work. I've had complaints from my team that a non responsive lead can be listed high on the predictive lead scoring, when the chance of this lead converting to a customer is slim to none.

Pros: Serves as a way to keep prospect and client information all in one place,alongside my one marvellous means to see what opportunities I was working on.

Cons: For every time I fail to close a deal, I move it over to a column of lost deals, and that list stays on my screen instead of disappearing, so I am constantly reminded of all the opportunities lost. Interestingly I don't enjoy being reminded of failure on a daily basis.

Pros: It is very use full in tracking web and analyze business metrics to ensure marketing campaigns are progressing into the right direction.Our favorite part of Hubspot Marketing is the data that is made available on lead source, web traffic, and blog and email marketing performance. Prior to Hubspot we were not running any website analytics. By tying marketing efforts to website performance we are able to see what is working and what isn't and make better decisions going forward.
Good general functionality for tracking activity and reporting, and nice to have automatic download of company contact information when entering new contacts. Campaigns are fairly easy to set up.

Cons: I have only found 2 things - if you send an email and use the Smart Send feature to accommodate for different time zones, then it disables the ability to "Send to More". Second: at first, there are what feels like a lot of pieces to fit together - a form, campaign, landing page, emails, etc. Until you get that mapped out, it felt a little overwhelming.
Layout is a little out dated.
You can't change the default on the list of company names from recently added to alphabetical.
You can change the sort, but the next time you sign in or refresh, it goes back to sorting by recently added.

Overall: HubSpot's marketing platform is very robust and contains everything an inbound marketer needs. Every time I speak with their support team, they are friendly and quickly resolve my issue. Since HubSpot is a pay-per-contact platform, the cost can easily increase if your organization is rapidly growing or doesn't keep a clean list of contacts. If your company currently uses a WordPress blog, integrating it with HubSpot is easy, but may result in having to create 301 redirects if the templates don't match up exactly. I recommend, if possible, converting the entire website (including the blog) to HubSpot.
Aside from the ease of use, the product is continually evolving to meet the needs of current marketing trends. HubSpot requests user feedback on a variety of aspects - from design to feature functionality - to make their product the best. It also integrates well with a variety of other platforms, including WordPress and Salesforce.

Pros: There's very little negative to say about Hubspot. It's become a little trickier to use in recent years and less 'drag and drop', but if you understand WHY they made it that way, then it all starts to make sense and you realize that actually, with the advent of mobile site optimization, it had to adjust to this.

Cons: It has a decent learning curve, but soooo worth it. When you get started, sometimes you feel a little lost, and you still need to write a lot of content (or hire a writer) for this system to work for you.

Pros: I love how much information you can get at a glance on the dashboards. Once you become familiar with the navigation, you can dig in and get specific, detailed information regarding your website's optimization, keyword rankings, and overall marketing strengths and weaknesses. From there, you can adjust your process for maximum marketing potential. On the sales end, you can monitor your website traffic, allowing you to follow the behavior of your website visitors to determine whether or not they are a potential customer, and using simple email template and scheduling tools, can set up communication to begin a conversation organically, and send follow-ups as needed.

Cons: Unless you have a larger staff or a full-time dedicated marketing or sales person/team, it is hard to utilize all Hubspot has to offer to the fullest. It certainly requires the proper attention and time dedicated to setting up processes and monitoring progress to know whether or not changes are needed.

Overall: We learned a lot about how to better write blogs for optimization and were able to build several relationships with current clients that we found through the log of them visiting our site.

Pros: I liked that the program itself seems less like generic spam that people are just going to delete, and more like personalized messages to each client. Some other programs don't have as much detail for prospective customers and so it's not as personalized, which makes it less user friendly.

Cons: Initial set up to enter in customer information and details was, in my opinion, pretty time consuming but once you put everything in, you never have to touch it again. Sometimes updating customer information did not save, but that could have been user error and not the fault of the program itself.

Pros: The breadth of features, and the ability to manage the majority of our marketing efforts makes HubSpot our go to marketing software platform. We use it for all our email communication, lead generation and funnel, and analytics.

Cons: It can feel a bit bloated and overwhelming at first, so more hand holding along the way would be nice. Hard to really complain about anything though as most of the experience has been solid.

Overall: We use HubSpot everyday as part of our overall marketing strategy and execution. It's our go to platform for the majority of digital marketing tactics we partake in everyday.

The Learning Center has been a great tool in exploring Hubspot and everything that Hubspot offers

Pros: I love how easy it is to create a automation email. The tools are excellent! So organized and easy to navigate.

Cons: I had a difficult time figuring out how to move my saved documents to the correct folders. A lot of the data driven aspects could be improved.

Pros: Our favorite part of Hubspot Marketing is the data that is made available on lead source, web traffic, and blog and email marketing performance. Prior to Hubspot we were not running any website analytics. By tying marketing efforts to website performance we are able to see what is working and what isn't and make better decisions going forward.

Cons: The cost was big concern for us initially. As a small company that had never used a program like this before we weren't sure this would be worth the investment.

Comments: Overall very satisfied with this product, definitely easier to use than many, and incorporates some of the newer advancements in marketing technology.

Pros: Good general functionality for tracking activity and reporting, and nice to have automatic download of company contact information when entering new contacts. Campaigns are fairly easy to set up.

Cons: The filtering process is a bit manual, could be configured a little more user friendly. Also have found that there is no direct links in the reports, and have to exit to a separate screen to view details.

Comments: Overall Hubspot is great. It just works flawlessly and gives me the Marketing metrics I need.

Pros: It's easy to use and intuitive. Everything just makes sense. The best part is the analytics, tracking, and reporting. Help and support is great too.

Cons: I have only found 2 things - if you send an email and use the Smart Send feature to accommodate for different time zones, then it disables the ability to "Send to More". Second: at first, there are what feels like a lot of pieces to fit together - a form, campaign, landing page, emails, etc. Until you get that mapped out, it felt a little overwhelming.

Pros: Very flexible and once setup correctly is very effective. We noticed an increase in sales leads and customer interaction quite quickly.

It's very important to get proper setup support to make HubSpot work to it's greatest efficiency.

HubSpot Academy offers great learning tools - even if the tests are controversial!

Cons: Settings are distributed in multiple locations which can be frustrating. HOWEVER, they appear to be working on consolidating this so this complaint is only valid at the time of writing.

You will likely need outside expert help to get it set up properly.

Sometimes it can be overly confusing to use.

Pros: Hubspot has a lot of API connections, reporting abilities, and other robust features. Their landing page ability is the best feature we like, along with the workflow automation. The ability to use pop-ups on the website, along with other great add-on features helps us with nurturing our Internet marketing campaigns. Being able to tie in the sales dashboard with the marketing automation makes for a great mix of task based followup and drip marketing. The addition of the Wordpress app makes it a great connection to our web pages.

Cons: Really expensive for some additional features with limited ability. The Adwords connection can only link to one account, we need many accounts. Unless you host on their webserver, some of the page reporting features are hindered, which doesn't make sense considering their Wordpress app. The email templates are the hardest to design and use. It makes keeping a Mailchimp account a strong consideration. The learning curve can be steep, and there is no assistance to set things up for you. Everything you want to use, you have to set up.

Overall: Website page rank based on keywords and competition is a report we use all the time for evaluating our website. Creating a custom landing page is another great feature. The optional website pop-ups are a great attention-grabbing feature. Workflow allows for a mix of sales/team task management and nurturing drip marketing.

Pros: While the software itself is fantastic and has plenty of features for us to build our Marketing expertise, the HubSport Support team is honestly the best I've ever dealt with. Being such a big platform, I expected Support to take a while to respond and be problematic, like most companies are. However, HubSpot's Support staff get your query answered fast, within 24 hours and always make sure to explain everything properly so you can understand.

Pros: Hubspot makes it so easy to track leads from the first ads / social media posts, to their first website visit, and eventually when they take actions toward becoming a customer such as requesting a quote or scheduling a meeting with the sales team. The best part of managing ads on Hubspot is the ability to attribute data and integrate on such deep levels with your CRM and other marketing efforts.

Cons: Honestly at this point the only part of the software I find challenging is customizing website ./ blog templates. I attribute most of this to the learning curve though as I have no doubt once I get used to it it will work as excellently as every other part of Hubspot.

Overall: Centralization of all marketing and CRM aspects for my business.

Pros: Where even begin? Whether you're looking for a basic CRM, Sales tool, or Marketing software -- HubSpot's got you. I work in a company that uses both HubSpot Sales and HubSpot Marketing and needless to say the integration is seamless and used by all members of our team. As an inbound marketing agency, we've used HubSpot's marketing automation tool to grow one of our client's business by 600% in just 6 months. If used correctly, it can take your business to a whole new level. Oh, and the service is incredible.

Cons: As good as Hubspot is in implementing your website, there is only one valid point I'd make in terms of dislking the software, and that is not having a support member working with you (as part of the initial cost). The Hubspot Support system is very good, as there are solutions handled by the team, instantly via telephone or within 24 hours via email - however, a one-to-one with a Hubspot rep would be ideally better as they'd have a complete understanding of what you'd like to achieve.

Pros: This software is great to have. I use it each and every day at work. We have seen a significant growth in leads utilizing this program for our marketing efforts.

Cons: I wish that it was a bit easier to use some of the templates for emails/ landing pages. The templates that HubSpot provides for free when you first sign up are terrible and bare bones. You have to download free (or pay) for templates to be successful here.

Pros: We are power users of HubSpot and use nearly all of the features available to us on the enterprise version. I like that it's fairly straightforward and easy to use, it provides clear data on how our marketing assets and different campaigns are working together, and it gives us complete control of our websites. I previously used another marketing automation software and HubSpot is much easier to implement and use.

Cons: Some features aren't as built out as they need to be in order to be fully functional. Lead Rotation is an example of this. You can host multiple domains on HubSpot, but separate domain analytics aren't that clear either, it can get confusing.
