Pros: Best marketing tool with all in one package and free tools,easy to track between the company and the customer to plan effectively in future,integration with many other software the great plus point

Pros: It looks out for your company and aids significantly in bringing awareness to a company's services for potential future clients.

Cons: There is a slight learning curve in adjusting to the software and understanding all that it can do.

Pros: HubSpot is incredibly easy to use and understand. Emailing through Hubspot has been amazing as it offers endless options for segmentation, customization, and content recommendations depending on the lifecycle stage. Forms are an excellent way for collecting data on leads, and reporting is very straightforward. I enjoy their customer support, especially the video lessons on how to use each tool efficiently in your marketing efforts.

Cons: To be honest, there isn't much I dislike about HubSpot. I do hope to see more videos so that users can figure out how to navigate and make the most out of each of their tools. I would also like to see them do more regarding advanced features such as A/B testing, dynamic web content.

Pros: Its alright. It was difficult to figure out how to use it. There was not the best training info on how to use the system. Once I figured it out, its ok.

Cons: Worst part was no training and there customer service never contacted me when I had an issue and reached out.

So satisfied with Hubspot thus far. My experience has been nothing but good.

Pros: There's so much Hubspot can help with. It's hard to pinpoint the best things but some of my favorites are 1. the support and online academy 2. the ease of joining with wordpress and salesforce 3. the step by step directions on each thing. It's so easy and clear to understand. Hubspot has a way of allowing the 'not to techy' people feel very engaged and a part of the team. Love it!

Cons: Probably the thing I don't love is the price. Although I completely understand why it's higher! Another thing is not actually know what all can be done with this software. I feel that we could advance so much farther in the use of it, we just need the time to look into it.

Overall: More leads, less in house time needed, more landing pages then we ever imaged to have before, and a much better marketing strategy and platform overall.

Pros: HubSpot is my everyday marketing platform. I recently described it to a colleague as the best platform for tactical marketing execution. The ability to create, schedule, measure and optimize marketing content & assets in one place is critical to my ability to be productive as a marketing department of one!

Cons: If HubSpot could just improve their (free) reporting capabilities, we would switch from Salesforce.com as our CRM in a heartbeat. Frankly, the fact that they haven't done this yet is a bit mystifying. HubSpot's content-based metrics is very helpful for A/B testing and to see what is working better than others, etc. but I still use Google Analytics and Salesforce.com for the majority of my reporting & updates to the leadership team.

Overall: Gotta Love HubSpot

Pros: I am very satisfied with this service. My company was able to significantly increase profits by increasing sales and increase the number of loyal customers who are ready to buy from us again and again. It really helps to attract visitors and create a sales funnel.

Cons: I would like to be able to pay for the subscription on a monthly basis, rather than buying an annual one. I would also like to add functionality to not look for them on the side.

Pros: Good intergratioon between other applications and software used in business
The ease of use makes it a good software for the business.
It is a highly customisable software.

Cons: For companies that have sales teams that are relatively big the software cant keep up with that just yet.
As it is new there are still a few aspects that could be added to best suit all businesses.

While their customer service is to be commended, unfortunately I found their product to be inferior.

Pros: I like the customer service that comes with the software. I enjoy the fact that if I'm struggling with anything I can always count on their customer service department to help me work through my every question.

Cons: I have found that this product can be difficult to use and a pain. I feel like I'm calling customer service and spending more time doing that, then actually using their product.

Pros: HubSpot Marketing is a great platform for especially small businesses that have a limited marketing budget, it makes my job as a one-woman gig so much easier. It greatly increases efficiency and productivity in terms of sales and marketing activities.

Cons: I think the support staff can be a bit more knowledgeable in helping customers with their questions. I often get this feeling like the support staff are not very well trained or not trained at all.

Pros: Hubspot is great for service providers and companies that want to take their prospect through a purchasing journey.

Service providers don't typically sell something which can be bought on a website through a transaction. So Hubspot facilitates a way to get the prospect's contact information and walk them through an information-driven, educational process.

Product sellers can also use Hubspot, especially when they're selling durable products, to take the prospect through a purchasing journey.

Cons: We sell disposable/consumable products. So our sales cycle is very short and highly repetitive. Hubspot is less of a great fit for this. Our customers make decisions about purchasing our products fast and repeatedly, so we do not need to journey them through a long warmup process.

Overall: Great idea - marketing automation. Hubspot is best suited for virtually all service providers and certain types of product sellers.

Pros: We use the free version, so cost of course, but there are so many additional features as well. The analytics is by far the best part.

Cons: Wish it could do a little more lead generation. Would also like to see some release notes as well to have regular info what is coming and available. Would also help in knowing if upgrading was valuable.

Overall: We use this to send marketing emails and really connect with our target audience. It also tells us what part of a message is most important by using the analytics.

Pros: I like the fact that it is free, and it gives you options to grow with it. Being a small business, this feature is very beneficial.

Cons: Navigation. It took me a while to get comfortable navigating through the site. I feel like other programs with similar capabilities have been better with the way the site is laid out.

Pros: Most impressive aspect of HubSpot is the extent to which they invest in educating their users/customers.

Cons: A/B testing is one of the quickest and most effective way to improve the performance of online campaigns, it seems odd that they wouldn't offer this at lower levels for small businesses.

Pros: Powerful software that's easy to use. I like how you're guided through the set-up process and that there's a free version for marketing. You can still do pretty much with the free version, which is really nice!

Cons: The cost of the upgrade is a bit out of reach for me, but it's something to aspire for. As far as cons, the cost is really the only thing I can think of. It's really powerful software for emailing, tracking leads and making more sales.

Overall: I really love the free version and will keep using it as much as I can. I wish there were more capabilities offered free, but I get why there isn't. Thank you for the free version! :)

Its a generally good program, but for less money, there are better alternatives.

Pros: The platform is easy to use Hubspot has a good product. Given the complexity of marketing automation software, they have done a great job of making it intuitive for small business owners with little or no coding ability.
7-day free trial Most marketing automation tools do a pretty bad job of mitigating the customer's up-front risk (high setup fees, no free trials, and long contracts).

Cons: Its not ideal for larger corporations. Its expensive. Your price will go up. The customer support leaves a lot to the imagination.

Pros: Contacts all in one place. Tracking leads, sales and interactions is easy and automated. Pretty clever software. And you can add more features as you understand what it does.

Pros: Hubspot is a multi-purpose tool that comes with a least complicated dashboard and has some of the outstanding features. Its use for sales is equally beneficial as it is for marketing. I love the easy dashboards, analytics and reports you can get from Hubspot vs some of the other platforms. The social aspect that is built into Hubspot is honestly the best in the market. Also, during implementation, the team is with you every step of the way to make sure that everything is working and customized to your liking and needs.

Cons: One drawback I can think of is the migration of content from another blogging platform like Wordpress to Hubspot. I¿ve learned that it can be tedious process. If you aren't familiar with how templates and scripts work, you might be a little pretty confused. As long as you go through all of the tutorials, you will understand what to do next.

Pros: This software has everything you need to run successful inbound marketing campaigns that make people interested in your business and happy to be your customer. Its all your marketing tools, they also claim it is all in one place, but you never know until you try it.

Cons: I always miss their online chat and they are not available, I always have to contact them via submitting the ticket even for a smallest question.

Pros: The software is simply easy to use and maneuver, and "likable" to put it best. The entire platform works the way I (and my team) work, and the cohesiveness of the UX/UI experience and options are right on-par with our constantly growing needs for sales-driven content.

Pros: HubSpot is very powerful in collecting, organizing and utilizing all of our contacts to streamline and optimize our communications to the field. We can sort users into appropriate groups to make our email campaigns more effective in reaching not only our own associates and manufacturer reps, but also to existing and targeted distributor partners and end-user customers.

Cons: As with any software or similar program, there's the typical learning curve to get familiar in using the software. Nothing really more than other softwares, but always makes things a bit frustrating out of the blocks. But tech support is very strong and like with anything...after a bit of using it and some trial and error, it's quite easy and powerful to use.

Overall: The ability to more effectively communicate with our internal and external customers. HubSpot allows us to better capture leads, target customers and opportunities to connect.

Cons: Outside of the layout. It seemed a it convoluted. I spent too much time trying to "figure out" the software before I could really get productive

Pros: Very functional and easy to use. No need to download on computer since cloud based. Easy to set up prospoects and campaigns and track progress of the sale

Pros: The UI/UX is super intuitive and nice looking. It's easily integrable with Salesforce so our company could combine/sync customers and contacts between the two. My favorite feature was their email template builder - so easy!

Cons: It's super expensive, which is weird because it's targeting small businesses. In addition, you cannot prevent data fields from being overwritten when you upload data onto Hubspot. Annoying!

Pros: I have used the platform as an individual and while working with an agency. The academy is worth it's weight in gold. So many valuable resources to use and implement right away to get measurable results.

Cons: There is not enough time in the day to get through all of the awesome content and resources to become a better marketer.

Pros: Intuitive UI, flexible feature set and powerful admin control make using Hubspot effectively an easy task. Hubspot seamlessly integrates with all our email platforms, CM and other business solutions. We have also found it easy to work with HubSpot support to train our teams and even integration campaign tracking functions into our website and gamification solutions.

Cons: Working with HubSpot support is hit or miss. Sometimes great, other times quite poor. HubSpot is also a bit clunky to operate across multiple admin functions. It ended up being easier to hire a Marketing resource to own the Hubspot admin role (among other tasks) and simply leave it with one owner.

Pros: I like that the members of operations and sales can work together in one product; however, neither of us are 100% pleased with what HubSpot has to offer. Sales likes it better than Operations.

Cons: It never contains "all" of the information I need. This could be an organisational flaw rather than HubSpot flaw. The fact that ops likes another software and sales like HubSpot really divides the information shared where.

Overall: I'm able to look into what the sales team id foin, when on a regular basis I have no idea.

Pros: Our company is in an up and coming industry that requires a lot of sales and consultation and managing 15+ salesman and customer service employees to make sure that they are looking for new leads and following up on people is impossible without this software. We used to just do the scouts honor that people would call new and potential customers for their business to for a consultation and we found out that wasn't the case which is why we had to implement this software.

Cons: We went to a presentation and they basically drowned us in information that was almost too much to handle. Thankfully they have great customer support and account reps to help you out when you need it and teach your employees.

Overall: Being able to track our salesman and customer service to see if they are attempting to make contact with new leads.

Pros: I¿m a big advocate of HubSpot. Whether it's their accessibility to great customer service or helpful blogs, I find their tools easy to use and have never had any issues. I'm a big fan of their marketing sales Chrome app that allows me to keep track of my media pitching and let's me check if the recipient has checked my email or not and wherein the US, bounce rate, etc. I recommend this CRM to anyone looking to improve their business.

Cons: UI can feel slightly outdated. I've also experienced some issues with maintaining my account logged in on the Marketing and Sales chrome extension. It has backfired a few times.

Pros: I like the CRM feature best. I can keep track of everyone I come across, and I can send emails directly from the contact's page, which is tracked to notify me if they open the email and if they click on any of the links I provide...AND THIS IS JUST WITH THE FREE PLAN. I can also type notes about client meetings & keep track of any outstanding deals we may have.

Cons: I wish I was able to create my own signature that is visually appealing. I also don't like the lead tracking, but mostly because I use Wix to host my website.

Hubspot is over great software to use.

Pros: I've been really impressed with customer support. They are just a phone call away and stick with you until they've satisfied your need. They are also always adding new features (sometimes it's a little overwhelming to keep up with, but overall a good thing!).

Cons: There are a few quirks I don't like--my biggest bet peeve is your can't prevent data fields from being overwritten when you upload data (this was the most surprising lacking feature when we transitioned from Eloqua to Hubspot).

Pros: Their CRM is a great product. I do like the CRM. they provide it for free and it's the gateway to the product.

Cons: Everything else doesn't come close to Marketo and Eloqua. It used to be easier to use but not anymore. The Workflows, which is the marketing automation, is difficult to use for anything more than simple workflows. Anything with more advanced complexity requires working aroud the systems, especially if you're connecting the API and activating workflows off of API events.

Then, we have their support team. As an enterprise customer I expected much better support. They start off by trying to blame the user for not implementing correctly. They do this before they actually check the issue in depth. When they finally do, they pass you off to the developer support forum where no one helps either.

I currently have an ongoing issue for a week and half. I have stopped all marketing campaigns waiting for their assistance in fixing in. They haven't done anything to help and the help they have provided is misguided and off the mark.

Overall: It's a basic solution for my needs and I outgrew them too quickly.

Pros: Hubspot is the holy grail of marketing automation, and it shows in its vast set of features and functionality. You can control most marketing functions from within Hubspot, and it's a great solution for teams who are sick of building their marketing funnel by using chewing gum and duct tape to paste together different software solutions.

Cons: Hubspot is very expensive. Not only is it expensive, but I was disappointed in how much they nickel and dime you on features. For example, you may pay /month for the software, but advanced reporting or website hosting are both an additional more. When I'm paying that much for a software, I expect to have access to most (if not all) functionality.

While intuitive, I'd only recommend using Hubspot if you have an internal advocate that is already well-versed, or you're working with an agency partner. It will take an individual marketer with little to no Hubspot experience months to ramp up.

Pros: I liked Hubspot because it organizes all emails of sales and marketing very well, we being medium size business Hubspot provides us a good platform in marketing, it is suitable for both small to a large business like for big corporations. Hubspot also has tutorials on how to use the product, I have watched all these videos which helped me to utilize this software very well, especially using their content manager. Most of my time is spent on using there blogging tools it helped to monitor our marketing sales and activities, the blogging platform is very easy to use and they are well organized.

Cons: I'm a big fan of Hubspot there is no such thing that I like very less, I would like to see some more awesome features such as integration with other software and improvement in the reporting features.

Cons: We hit some snags as an international team trying to balance our reps time for the time zone they weren't in. It's never easy to work with international offices but a bit more flexibility in connecting for support from the Hubspot team would have been great.

Pros: Hubspot is a very diverse platform for managing CRM and inbound marketing content. We like the relative ease of use and the best creatures include company research. When you enter a contact, the system automatically populated the CRM with relevant facts about the company sonitncuts a step our of Company research. I also like the topic manager in the SEO manager. It allows you to visualize SEO topics against key core terms. It helps you understand how to optimize on page content to keep topics expertise relevant and credible

Cons: It is relatively expensive. Once you are a Hubspot user, it is hard to migrate away but there are few reasons to do so.

Pros: My favorite thing about this software is how intuitive it is, overall. Many people purchase HubSpot and are able to hop right in and start using it. HubSpot offers a wide range of help videos, documents, and certifications to get users comfortable with the platform.

While it's generally easy to use, it's still a powerful tool with a learning curve. Many people will get the basics and can work it just fine, but it still takes experience and finagling to get full use out of this investment.

For marketers looking for a powerful tool, but don't have a ton of time to learn it, HubSpot is a great option.

Cons: Their reporting can use some work. Even people I know who *work* at HubSpot would agree with me here.

They have a fairly robust reporting tool, but you have to purchase the add-on.

The reporting you do receive with the tool is alright. Gets you what you need, but if you're an experienced marketer whose constantly digging deeper, you always have to use other tools (Google Analytics, FB ads, Databox, etc) to get the information you need.

Overall: HubSpot is a great one-stop-shop for all your automated marketing strategy needs. You can do social media, content creation + publication, blogging, email marketing, and more from just this one platform.

If you want a tool that "does it all," HubSpot is a great option. Just make sure you know it's worth the investment it's not cheap!

Out of all the marketing apps I have used, this one has gave me best results and customer feedback.

Pros: We started using Hubspot about 3 months ago and already our marketing processes have been transformed. The functionality offered from Hubspot is incredible. Hubspot allows for marketing automation and the integration with our Shopify website is amazing. We can create lead forms in minutes and create workflows to track their success.
The on-boarding process was faultless. The training we received was amazing, so we absolutely recommend!

Cons: The pricing is a little steep . Hubspot also lacks various social integrations. Currently Huspot only works with Facebook and Twitter, so this needs fixing.

Pros: The platform is easy to use , Educating their users and is a place for all your tools also it has a very good customer support

Cons: A lot of the features that it offers you can get free elsewhere. Plus you have to sign a 12 month contract. This is very unappealing

Pros: very easy to use , Highly Customizable to meet the user's needs., it is integrated with Gmail which is amazing

Cons: Great Product But Lacking in Implementation Support...the filtering process is a bit manual..that is all pretty much!

Pros: I'm so happy to have a FREE CRM software with this level of quality and variety of features. I figured out how to use it in a few minutes (though I'm sure there are plenty of unexplored features). It's customizable and straight forward.

Cons: It does not integrate with JetWebinar, the webinar software I use. GoToWebinar costs significantly more for live-simulated webinars like what I want to be doing, but we're trying to cut costs at this stage of getting off the ground.

Overall: An easy way to manage my relationships with customers and not forget to follow-up. Also, great place to store information about them.

Pros: They offer all of the tools that you need in online marketing, and provide an easy way to drip on clients to stay top of mind, which is what marketing is all about!

Cons: It is pretty pricey. Not sure how much longer we will continue to pay for it, which is sad because i do love to use it. Hubspot should consider rolling out a basic model and charge less. We are a small company, so this doesn't make sense for us.

Overall: Allowed an easy way to manage and track ad campaigns.

Pros: I like how organized this crm is and its ease of use. The salespeople in my company find it simple yet effective in organizing their calls and action items.

Cons: Deleting users tends to be a little tedious. It would be great if it was easier to deleted users and transfer their information.

I'm an avid user of Hubspot. I love the software and train others in my company on how to use it.

Pros: I love how it connects everything we use in marketing into one amazing platform. It makes reporting on campaigns so simple and ties absolutely everything you do on a day to day basis together.

Cons: It does take a while to learn. You have to really commit to using the software because it's not an easy transition.

Pros: The full integration for all features is amazing. Email, landing page creation, call to action, website, sales, CRM, opportunity pipeline. I mean, there is no better tool to do all of this in one platform.

Overall: Hubspot is always changing and adding new features, but because of this it's difficult to stay up to date. As the only marketer on my team, I can't spend a lot of time on training and learning the system.

Pros: I like how there are so many options in how to increase business. Landing Pages, Blogs, I love the workflows in building email automation, I love the chat service they are really quick and helpful I use them about every day. I love the interfacing, it is easy to use

Cons: I do not like how hard it is to customize templates for landing pages, it is like pulling teeth I thought it was going to be easier. It also can be a little confusing but they are really good at putting you in contact with a specialist

Pros: Hubspot can do everything you will ever need for marketing automation. Plus, it has amazing spying functionality that allows you to know everything someone is doing on your website and to market to them as such.

Cons: The software is clunky. The template builder feels like it was made in 2010. Things often "just don't work" - though, Hubspot's support is great and I usually get an answer in a less than a day (even if it's not an answer I like).

Pros: I love the quality of the email/images/content that goes out, the templates are super professional, and the ability to track click-throughs is fantastic! I love knowing who is receiving all the info that is needed.

Cons: It takes a huge time investment to set up automation. For a larger organization like the one I work for, we needed a fair amount of training to integrate our database and to learn how to automate the things we needed. Once it's set up it works great, but I think specialty training and dedicated experts are required for a large team.

My favorite thing about this product is the dashboard!

Pros: The Trials is very good you get a good point of view of everything you get and its exactly what was expected. It is really convenient and easy to navigate throught the site.

Cons: Prices can be really steep, big gaps and a contract last for an entire year. You have to pay for support and some expensive tools can be found elsewhere.

Pros: We migrated to HubSpot from Marketo and boy what a difference! HubSpot's UI is beautiful and the UX is very intuitive. It was very easy to integrate with Salesforce so we could sync customers and contacts between the two systems (although there is a fair amount of synch errors that were unexplainable by either HubSpot or SFDC). Setting up and tracking campaigns, landing pages, drop campaigns, and ad-hoc emails was a breeze. Their email template builder is great. Overall we couldn't be happier with our switch from Marketo to HubSpot.

Cons: Support was generally responsive, but didn't seem knowledgeable about the product. It always seemed like a lot of back and forth to explain the issues we encountered.
