Pros: I really do enjoy using Hubspot. It's a massive product, yet it still manages to stay user-friendly. It makes my life as a marketer easy as everything is in one spot. I don't need multiple subscriptions. I also love Hubspot's Inbound event - it's a must-go conference for anyone in sales and marketing.

Cons: I do wish the onboarding into HubSpot was more hands on. When we signed up over a year ago I found the process kind of fragmented. I had different points of contact and not one sole person who sought to understand my needs and my skill level. It was more of a product tour than actual helpful onboarding. It took us some time to be fully on Hubspot for that reason.

Pros: A full workflow of unknown prospect to lead to customer . the whole journey is easily captured. you can nurture a lead very fruitfuly

Cons: More customization like SFDC is needed. Its suitable for a mid or SMB but as Enterprises a lot of customization is needed

Pros: This software is very easy to use and offers a number of tools that can help with inbound marketing. The software comes with training modules that ensure you use it to its fullest. They offer a number of helpful reports and make it easy to analyze data and draw conclusions. They stay up to date with the latest in inbound and are good at communicating changes and how to use tools to your advantage. It is an all in one tool that is great for almost any business.

Cons: Some functions still need improvement, especially the social end of things. The data often varies and does not match data found on the individual social platforms. i.e. social followers was lower on HubSpot than on Facebook. The starting price is high and makes it difficult for some businesses to see the benefits. I also think that the number of issues I ran into devalued the software making it seem even more expensive.

Overall: Great learning modukes. Everything you need in one platform. Updated regularly. Easy to use.

Pros: Very intuitive and easy to use plataform, its really a good loking product. The 7 days free trial is very nice becouse its not easy to find it in the market. Its very hepful when it comes to business owners, becouse, provied blogs with online markething very helpful information

Cons: Insane over pricing, in the market exist more cheap or even free software with the 99% of the tools that hubspot offer. After the beuthifuls 7 free days, you most have to pay a 12 month contractact for a very hig price, and any of the packge not includes all functions, so you most have to pay for some of then. As yors contacts grow, so does the cost of yor requeriments. And to end, the support is paid. In resum, ery step you do, yo have to pay for it

Pros: Has some robust features including an extension for your Gmail account that will directly feed leads and contacts into your Hubspot dashboard

Cons: Honestly theres not a lot I can complain about. The software is free and so, comes without a lot of expectations and yet is a great product

Pros: All their functions have served me correctly at work so it has always been helpful when reducing my tasks.

Cons: This software is not very easy to use because a person who is starting to use it has to get used to the changes they are making.

Pros: I love that hubspot has everything we needs to manage our sales team. From our leads to notes on those leads.

Cons: I wish that hubspot connected directly with our internal CRM. It would make it easier to see our billing system together when using hubspot.

Pros: There are really good analytics to look at. The social media scheduling is very simple. A lot of the features are straight forwards once you get the hang of navigating the software.

Cons: There are so many features it is a bit overwhelming at first. Takes a while to get the hang of what. I still feel very unfamiliar with many of the features.

Pros: The Platform is the easiest to use out of the other rival software and upfront the company offers you a 7 day free trail where you can decide whether you will need the service or not to feel the importance of investment. The company has the most comprehensive blog which i have ever seen in terms of educating their own customers.

Cons: The technical support should be obtained by paying the specified amounts and it is compulsory to have a 12 month contract in place.

Overall: This is a software where you get the every functionality in one place and easy to use.

Pros: I liked how easy it was so integrate multiple channels into one dashboard. I also use it to keep track of my marketing efforts on a weekly basis.

Cons: I found it hard to cross-post between some platforms. I found that I would sometimes forget to go manually post for the channels that didn't work.

Pros: UI is great and attention grabbing.
Great customer support. Easy for novice users. Best CRM tool till the date.

Cons: I think the hubspot CRM should cime up with more features and functionality. It should also improve its page load time.

Pros: it include a lot of training so if your a beginner or also very experienced you will found your place in this one.

Cons: Hubspot is expensive, some client don't want to pay as much to use it, interface could be better but that's all.

Pros: As long as you have this system in place that is easy to use it makes the tasks you need accomplished that much easier

Cons: The one thing I disliked was the use ability on a mobile device. That is something they need to improve upon.

Pros: I love the ability to create lists using all kinds of properties to really hone in on my customer and their needs.

Cons: Hubspot can sometimes seem too large and unwieldy. It can be difficult to navigate through all of the properties and choose the one you need.

Pros: A great time saver. Scheduling simplifies the workflow. Frees up time for other tasks. Nice to get analytics.

brand or company. It allows to create blogs that are easy to access and location, to program specific email marketing campaigns taking into account the maturity of the lead, personalize the experiences with dynamic content adaptable to the client's context.

Cons: Many features are in English, which limits the use of the benefits of this tool to the Spanish market.

The workflows are extraordinarily strong and with which powerful campaigns can be executed with countless actions and options.

Cons: You need a bit of ease in getting some browsing options, it is not very intuitive so it takes longer to learn how to use it efficiently.

Pros: It is the holy grail of marketing automation and sales enablement. This software package is more than just software, it's an invaluable resource for anybody that is using it.

Cons: The cost. I don't know what can really be done about that though. For the price, you are getting the best marketing/sales software possible, but its price point does prevent a lot of small businesses from investing.

Overall: If you have the budget to afford this product, use it without a doubt

Pros: I like that I can keep track of all clients. It is an easy to use software and I have no problems working with it and sharing it with coworkers.

Cons: I have not encountered anything on the software that I do not like. I use it for basic reason, to keep track of clients.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like on the free version was only having 200 opens o. The emails. But it was the free version so I understand.

Pros: I am currently using the chat function of this tool which is integrated with my website. It helps me to connect with my site visitors. Using this tool, I can monitor all the site visitor activities and I can even send them a message! It was so awesome!

Cons: Late notification on their mobile app. I can only receive chats from the site visitors when I open the app.

Overall: The awesome thing here is that I can send messages to all online visitors on my website!

Pros: - Easily automate marketing efforts with workflows and smart lists
- Great way to hold your marketing database and get messages sent out in mass or in highly targeted campaigns based on specific criteria
- Customer Support replies quickly and usually with a solution. If they don't have an immediate solution they will follow up within a couple days with a solution

Cons: - The workflow tool is a bit cumbersome and will not allow you to bring branches back to the main "tree" of the workflow. Because of this the workflows either become MASSIVE trees with duplicated steps or you end up fragmenting your customer journey throughout many workflows which becomes unmanageable quickly.

Pros: Amazing, if not the best user-experience in marketing automation. Workflows are particularly powerful with plenty of controls to map your buyer journeys. You can execute very powerful campaigns with tons of triggers, actions, and filtering options.

I really liked their training, including the HubSpot academy training which are built very professionally. The way they present their e-Learning platform makes the information easy to digest and ultimately understand the inbound marketing methodology. That is in itself worth the cost of admission, even though this is provided free of charge.

Cons: HubSpot Marketing is an excellent solution, undoubtedly, but you will get about 80% of the features if you host your website externally. Initially, they will assess if your site can be migrated to their platform.

I imagine plenty of people would rather not do that. If you want a solution that you have to marry, then HubSpot will be okay for you.

They say you can utilize the majority of HubSpot features without hosting, and that is true, but some of their more advanced features such as A/B testing content on web pages or Smart Content will not be utilized. You can still utilize workflows, drip campaigns, and so forth...but these features are only available in the per month plan. Additionally, if you run multiple websites, you must have their per month plan, which is well out of our budget.

On top of that, there are certain modules (i.e. paid campaign tracking, additional contacts) that they will charge additional for. For every 1000 contacts past 1000 you get with the package, they will charge an additional monthly fee. There is also a fairly high onboarding cost. You are also required to commit to one year of their services.

All in all we could not afford to do business with HubSpot because A) we didn't want to move our websites under their platform and B) their price point was not accommodating to our budget. As far as features and functionality...it's all you really need for marketing automation. Their CRM is lackluster though if you want true alignment!

Pros: This tool stream lines and audits prospect engagement. It helps you know who to target and when to target the potential prospect.

Cons: Some of the features on Hubspot are hard to find/navigate. I did not get the full ROI on hubspot because of the cumbersome features

Overall: This software did a good job of tracking Email engagement. I would know when a prospect would open my email and from what location/device they opened or clicked my Email from.

Pros: I like the approach they took with integration of sales and marketing into the CRM portion. I like the fact that it showed if emails have been opened ect by the end user

Cons: Customer support was terrible. I received multiple calls from multiple people who clearly didn't know that I had conversations with others at HUBSPOT

Overall: None, I ended up choosing a competitive product.

Pros: It was very easy to use and learn the software package. I really liked the aid of the tutorial assistance on many items and functions.

Cons: Going from one screen to the next could have been a bit smoother I feel. It took some time to change screens.

Overall: It made mundane tasks much much easier to deal with. Things that I was manually entering were now a breeze!

Pros: The main advantage is that because it is already integrate with the CRM (another product from the company) it allows to rapidly change from one platform to another

Cons: In order to take big actions and "squeeze" the juice of this product, you need to invest some money in order to have impact in your results.

The biggest pro of this tool is its free version. This software is able to identify potential customers and what they do on the company's website. When a potential client fills out a contact form for the company, the software extracts additional information of interest, which allows to establish their needs, offer useful offers and help to their particular need. It is a very useful tool to carry the database, visualize and manage interactions with customers.In a few words it can be said that HubSpot allows attracting more visitors to a website as well as the possibility of converting them to potential customers. .

Cons:
One of the counter presents the software is that it has no tool to merge the information of the contacts of different companies. Another disadvantage, possibly the main one, is that the HubSpot does not present the option of adding several email addresses to a single contact record, which prevents the possibility of establishing communication with a potential client by more than one way, in the case that it is not possible to contact her for a particular one.

HubSpot is a must have software to manage your marketing tools!

Pros: I love using hubspot more than any other marketing platform. It has the best UI/UX by a longshot. It makes it easy to do literally anything. The support is always quick and helpful. I love their workflow and analytics the most. It's easy to see how well a campaign is doing and quickly. Really helps anyone become a master at multiple channels of marketing.

Cons: The wysiwyg is probably my least favorite thing. The drag and drop feature makes it easy for people who are unfamiliar with coding, but it can cause a real mess of things on the backend. I wish it was easier to edit the wysiwyg option and create your own snippets.

Overall: Seriously, this is the best marketing platform.

If you need a simple way to track your marketing this is it.

Pros: I think Hubspot Marketing is ridiculously thorough. There are tons of capabilities that I don't think I've fully tapped in to but it is definitely a great platform. Probably best for large companies!

Cons: I don't think this is really made with creative companies in mind. It feels a bit robotic and not terribly intuitive.

Pros: The best thing about hubspot is that it helps companies attract visitors, turn them into leads and finally customers.

Pros: The quality is better than many websites and the content in the website is very helpful to develop any individual or group project

Cons: Is less functional with slow connection even in low quality of video. I had the bad luck to have slow connection over a month using the website and couldn't progress as fast as I would wanted

Pros: We love that our clients (and us) use HubSpot on a regular basis and it allows us to set up landing pages and track leads from the completion of a form through to Salesforce. We can look at the ROI of our marketing efforts right down to the penny,.

Cons: It can be tricky when you are getting started but the support team is there to help you get going. Sometimes the email templates are clunky and we need to use our web programming team to fix or redo the HTML

Overall: The number one benefit is measuring ROI from our marketing efforts (and those of our clients)

Pros: Very user friendly interface, backed up by a growing ecosystem of applications, very resourceful and sharing community of users and an amazing archive of marketing hint related content

Cons: Limited in its CRM side, does not provide the sophisticated analytics that a platform like Marketo does.

Overall: Very user friendly for your typical marketer who doesn't really have a formal marketing background.

Pros: I love the analytics that Hubspot provides. You can see exactly how well an email has performed.
It's very easy to create emails. Just choose a template and follow the steps.

Cons: Layout. Hard to find certain pages. It's also fairly expensive. The trainings aren't super direct and the tests look for specific answers.

Pros: This software is more oriented to medium-sized companies than to small companies. It is a good ally for marketing because it allows you to work more simply. This system covers a lot, email marketing, generation of opportunities, content marketing or advanced SEO and analysis.

Cons: The price is a counter because it is not the cheapest option there is, although it has qualities that other software does not, the other problem is that page templates are difficult to customize. You must have prior knowledge, because if you do not understand the coding, you would really be lost.

Overall: Excellent option for digital marketing but for medium to large companies, it is not a good option for small companies, since you need a little knowledge to configure, but it will be a problem instead of a solution.

Pros: HubSpot is a robust program that allows me to manage many aspects of our marketing program. The training program is comprehensive and the customer service is always helpful.

Cons: HubSpot can be a lot to dive into initially as it has a lot of features that you may or may not want to use.

Pros: I love that they send out so many informative emails with webinars, information on new trends, ideas to try. Hubspot is constantly keeping me up to date just by sending those emails out. The work books and infographics are always very helpful.

Cons: The only meeting tool is GoToMeeting and no other options - hopefully this will change in the future. Also they really restrict the number of people that can access the platform at one time. Make it difficult when you have multiple people who want to use it.

Pros: I always like the option for a free trial and this software has a week free. There are lots of tools to show you how to use this platform.

Cons: You have to have a 12 month contract, and some of their uses are easier and cheaper to use in other softwares.

Pros: love the onboarding and hubspot academy. It has almost everything someone can ask for from getting started with the product. Also the product works really well for all inbound needs, especially the COS functionality which allows easy website creation and tracking. HubSpot CRM is also very well integrated and is perfect for the sales stack.

Cons: Overall a great product but can do better if applied in the B2B context and to drive hyper targeting.

We use Hubspot as our inbound marketing platform and for our clients.

Pros: I like that the CRM and marketing tools are all in one place and that I can access it easily from anywhere. I appreciate the API with Proposable and some of the work arounds for logging emails with contacts or entering contacts easily. I also really like the scheduling feature.

Cons: You really have to know your way around Hubspot to use it. If you don't have an agency, I can see where it might be really difficult to take advantage of the tools. Also, the technical support can be hit or miss. Sometimes they can't find an answer or just refer you to forums (when no answer exists).
