Pros: Design and compatibility is fresh and can be used in several devices for multiple platforms. Love the colors.

Cons: Would like to have special features like segmentation or republishing from other accounts. Maybe a semi-pro version in which you could erase Published By Hubspot in facebook.

Overall: Time-saving would be the main benefit.

Pros: Great tips for marketing when starting a new business when you don¿t kno where to start first.

Cons: Took a little longer for me to figure out the content and how to get started but once I got started everything was a breeze.

Pros: Within months of using Hubspot, much of our marketing campaigns have been optimized & automated. This has freed up a lot of resources for us.

Cons: The free version does not have a lot of features but when transitioning to the paid platform, it is incredibly feature rich & a pleasure to use.

Pros: Great system with a high variety of functions involved with managing marketing and communication inside a business.

Cons: It can be complicated and the interface could use some previous knowledge, I find it more oriented toward medium-large business.

Pros: It's easy to start using the product as it is SaaS. Love it when there is no customization cost involved. You save both time and presence.

The onboarding is really good. they ensure that they migrate all your digitals assets to HubSpot along with the website etc.

Startup pricing is amazing gives a big incentive for company's to use the product.

Cons: Pricing makes no sense. the professional stack is only 100 contacts and the next tier is the enterprise which is 2400 bucks. Need something in between.

Support needs to be more responsive and proactive.

Pros: HubSpot marketing is great and has loads of features. Like: Email management, website analytics, forms and more

Cons: HubSpot is very expensive. Not a good option for small businesses, and it has a high luring curve.

Pros: The best that I found was the 7 day free trial. Unlike most, they don't charge an upfront fee.
Another pro is how informative their blog is, providing a wonderful "guide" for their customers.

Cons: My "con" on this is that it does require a year contract, which are automatically billed annually. So if you don't like it, you're kind of stuck.

Pros: Customer email marketing paths are really cool. Also, as a developer, I have used the API and it works really well. Allows us to determine email marketing paths depending on how they submitted their email to us.

Cons: Its really complex and had a high learning curve. Also getting the correct permissions from admins is extremely detailed.

Pros: This software features a clean, intuitive options to business owners to send out marketing emails. It is very easy to use.

Cons: Sometimes the interface can take a while to load and once user hits submit/send. It might be due to the large amount or recipients but hope they can speed it up.

Cons: This is technically a pro since they're always innovating, but a lot of times the interface changes or things move around and it can get kind of confusing.

Pros: It looks nice and has good features which is appealing to many who want a nice looking program. I have used a few times

Cons: It was not way to use with little marketing background knowledge. I had to use this program briefly and wasted a lot of time trying to figure out how it worked

Pros: The ease of use and the layout of the software is very user friendly. Email creating and tracking are perfect and I find it much more valuable that other software I've tried.

Cons: Some fields are lacking and the view of fields is not as customizable as it could be. Customization is an area that could be improved.

Pros: HubSpot is the easiest inbound marketing/marketing automation software I've ever used. The user interface is consistently simple and clear. The support is high quality and you get answers quickly and in an organized fashion. It's relatively easy to onboard new sales or marketing employees. I love how integrated the CRM functions are with the inbound marketing/marketing automation functions. If you want a one-stop shop for CRM and inbound marketing, give HubSpot a serious look.

Cons: They fixed the confusing pricing (that regularly changes), so that's better. (See pricing page) Tools within the system can be moved around a bit - but they do give advance notice it's coming. The organization of the Design Manager was easier to use when they launched than now after the "improvements."

Overall: We use Hubspot for most of our inbound marketing automation, content and webinar signups, and automating Facebook / LinkedIN leads followups. However, there are still email alot that we do with Customer.io that Hubspot does not do as well.

Pros: This software gives me the oppurtunity to understand my website visitors and leads in a professionel and useful way.

Cons: I don t like the price structure of Hubspot. It s tooooo expensive for small business, Freelancers and single Entrepreneurs. You can count with 1000 Euro per month if you really want to work smarter with Hubspot.

Pros: It's very easy to use and is an excellent tool to organize the data and keep an overview of the deal progression. When you have a question it is very easy to find out the solution.

Cons: It's quite time consuming to build lists if you don't have the paid version. Also it would be good to have chat support or phone support in case of questions.

Pros: we¿re able to track the entire life of a lead to show datas on our campaigns. Now we can see what efforts actually turn into dollars. Hubspot produces quick wins and real revenue.

It is pretty user-friendly. Was able to find out how to do certain things pretty easily as well.

Pros: The training material (Hubspot Academy) is what I like best about Hubspot. Hubspot Academy provides clear information about help topics. The intro to contacts video I watched was helpful and I liked that I had the option to speed up the video for faster watching.

Cons: I did not like that there was not an easier way to integrate with my email marketing software Aweber. If I did not have to download and then upload a .CSV file with my contacts that would have made my life easier.

Pros: Hubspot marketing automation does effective data gathering and organization that helps me gather inert statistics about my business that are otherwise hard to find.
It is cost effective for personal as well as commercial businesses.

Cons: It can be bulky at times with redundant features that may seem unnecessary to a novice user.
The approach to data gathering is catered towards a westernized market mentality

Overall: I was able to get more business and organize my data into what helped most vs what was least effective. This way I learned to connect with my clientele in aspects that were earlier unforeseeable.

Cons: Sometimes stability and connections are a bit wonky but other than that a great product. It may be an issue with the solutions or the API as well.

Pros: There are tons of features like a regular CRM application but the problem is their pricing plans, apart from that the chrome plugin to me looks suspicious so i removed it after noticing lot of popups

Cons: pricing plan is again the main problem, they give free plan which is of no use and tend to make you upgrade right away without providing upfront value

Pros: Great customer support; Very easy to use. Addition of email and other CRM sequences is a great tool - you can create email sequences. Lot's of automation.

Cons: The free and paid versions both lack the ability to mass email your contacts which really slows down productivity.

Overall: I like that it's streamlined enough for most people to get acclimated to and there is a free version!

Pros: The Landing page builder section is nice. I like the new meetings feature in CRM and The gmail integration is great if you use google apps.

Cons: The cost is very expensive. The lowest level is only a thousand contacts this limit along with the high price is the biggest issue. Everything is an upsell. Support is slow and email only.

Pros: I love that Hubspot tracks emails, ties into my Gmail and outlook accounts. I love the desktop notifications so I can respond to opened emails immediately. Very easy. Accurate time stamps when they open and when I get notified. Has definitely helped me get into companies and close business! I love the email sequences as well.

Cons: Sometimes the gmail add in is a little glitchy and doesn't work or won't log a sent email or replies. I mostly use it in Outlook though and it works like a dream.

I am just learning about all of the features this program has to offer but so far I love it!!

Pros: I love the ease optimization for online search to get my blog post seen quickly and by the right people. The email templates are amazing and I love the easy to read analytic's which allows me to see what I am doing right and where I can be better focused.

Pros: Its easy to use and implementable very quickly. For my own small business i was able to start getting high quality leads within days and converting them within weeks. Very user friendly software and even for a tech less wonder like me i could get going on the setup!

Cons: Seriously struggling to find anything as it is more my ability which initially was tricky - but then i became more competent and got some results so all good.

Pros: Ease of use and simple to follow. Get everything done on one screen instead of having to search for what you want to do

Cons: Looking for a way to automatically "like" instagram images without me going through them. I would love to set up something and never really have to look at it again

Pros: We have used it for a long time (several reasons why we dont use it anymore) and we were very pleased with it. Absolute value for money as well. It was easy to install and work with it. To be able to see directly if someone was responding (or not) was fascinating and helped us keep contact with our clients.

Cons: Sometimes we would get to involved with one clients opening habits, over and over but never contacting us back.

Overall: More insights about clients behaviour, which was helpful, but also frustrating at times. But it certainly helped us.

Hubspot helps me stay on task all week long!

Pros: I really enjoy that I can log what needs to be done with company on a daily basis. Sometimes it's hard to stay on task or remember what needs to get done each day, but hubspot makes it easy. It helps me by being able to log what needs to be done in the office and in the field. It also has awesome email templates that make it easy to have my emails looking professional.

Cons: Sometimes the templates don't pull up correctly on my computer, but usually resetting the program will fix the issue. I have not had many issues with this program.

Pros: Hubspot is great because it integrates every aspect of its software seamlessly. I think the best part is Hubspot's knowledge base. They are a true leader in their field and are the experts in more than just software.

Cons: The thing I like least is that it is costly. They have many freemiums but they are the lite version. You get what you pay for, though!

Pros: Everything in one, I don¿t need to go to third parties and go through complication migration. Ho spot also provide trainings and certification, which is very helpful with using the tools.

Cons: The price is too high. The sales tools are not as good as everything else. Email workflow doesn¿t have skip logic.

Pros: I like this software to track website hits and show you who has been on your website. Its also great to set up a pipeline of inquiries and different buying stages. Also great for recording sales calls, emails and appointments.

Pros: The features of this program is incredibly vast and can make your workflow process efficient. They have clients they can refer you to in order to help build out your aesthetics.

Cons: When you have a powerful tool without a strategy, you end up with a fancy car you can't drive. Unless you have extensive knowledge about marketing and a bit of coding, it may be hard to get started. Also, unless you have a hefty marketing budget and the skills to utilize this program exclusively, it may be an expensive shiny toy that may or may not integrate with your core system. There were a few key pieces that would have been useful to use, but the integration with our program didn't end up working and we grossly underutilized the system.

Overall: A limited workflow automation. Excellent reporting.

Pros: This is a great tool for marketers to generate leads through outbound and inbound. You're also able to track the full funnel. This is great because you're able to align your marketing and sales efforts.

Cons: I found that HubSpot is great for smaller sales teams. Once you get over 50 sales reps it can be a little clunky and not as intuitive. For example- there's not a real way you can send an email on automatically through a trigger on the sales reps behalf.

Pros: For me its the ability to set up automated workflows so that you don't have to worry about setting up multiple follow-up tasks and I must mention about the support team, They respond pretty fast to your concerns/questions and they are super eager to help you. That is a huge plus for me.

Cons: I wanted the reports feature to be more robust. Currently it does not allow me to filter by date as much as I would like and I can't create custom reports in many cases. There are a few gaps between this and Google Analytics and my CRM.

Overall: I am using it to track social as part of a campaign and to track social more carefully and to automate social. I also use this to create super detailed and segmented workflows. I also keep information saved here and uses it as one point lookup

This e-book came out right at the same time we signed up with HubSpot. It was difficult to know if we were making the right decisions when it came to the technical side of HubSpot's Intregration.

The Marketer's Guide to Mastering HubSpot walked us through this process and filled in the gaps where HubSpot's training and consultants could not give us clearly defined answers. Each page answered a question or gave us a tip that will save us months of headaches versus having to find our own way.

Pros: It's fairly easy for anyone with moderate tech skills to get up and running with HubSpot, and it produced noticeable improvements across virtually all commonly measured key performance indicators for our customers. Integrating HubSpot was relatively quick and easy, and we were able to work with our clients to launch basic customized user content on their websites within a few days. Their all-in-one inbound marketing software is also quite flexible and scalable, so our clients were able to steadily build out more campaigns and customized user content as they were able to dedicate more time and resources to using HubSpot. It's also worth mentioning that there are multiple pricing tiers which have vastly different features depending on the price, and the bulk of my experience was with the 2 highest pricing tiers (Professional & Enterprise), so lower pricing tiers aren't nearly as robust, and probably wouldn't be nearly as scalable or effective, but you can always upgrade to higher tiers should you need additional functionality. There is even a free tier with minimal functionality that newer users can try out at first, and then upgrade to the higher tiers if they think that it's worthwhile.

Cons: The various types of rules for serving automated content to users are good, but it's impossible to build out more complicated rules that involve using multiple criteria to create more complex user flows that branch out based on differing user behaviors. It would also help if there were a way to create new automated content campaigns in bulk using different criteria somehow, like filling out and uploading an Excel template or something like that.

Overall: It allowed us to quickly implement user-specific content for our clients' websites.

Comments: HubSpot along with GitHub by GitLabs really helped to further my career as a software engineer.

Pros: E-mail generated leads really helped, along with the statistical analysis and ease of use. Great for marketing.

Cons: Over priced, many of the features can be created by a lone person, with enough ambition. Good for business use, but if you can't afford it, perhaps use a free demo version of this or other software available.

Pros: Hubspot provides my marketing team with the tools it needs to get their job done. The ease of use in setting up workflows and A/B testing of email campaigns helps us stay productive and be efficient with our time.

Setting up landing pages is easy and helps us to create highly qualified marketing leads, which turn into sales!

Cons: Sometimes it is overwhelming with all of the features the software offers - it's hard to know where to start.

I use this mostly for organizational purposes within my company, and it's a very effective tool.

Pros: The ability to log calls, emails, and different points of contact with hundreds of different entries. For instance, I have a call with Company A: I can write notes and log this under Company A's file within HubSpot.

Then, I email Company B: HubSpot is synchronized with my email client, so the email automatically is logged within HubSpot. Very effective.

Cons: There is, somewhat seldom, some bugginess that I've encountered. Weird and wonky things have happened in the text editor when I'm trying to bold, italic, or underline stuff. However, I haven't really used HubSpot to the extent that I'd be able to say anything else bad about it. It's been a powerful, consistent, and effective tool.

Overall: It's a very powerful tool for internal management and organization of our contact points with other companies.

Pros: Obviously, as it's stated in its name, but the Automation part of the platform. The workflows, lists, how a published blog with automatically distribute your blog via your social media accounts, the analytics of how well your strategy, content, and workflows are working, etc. are all exceptional qualities to the HubSpot MAP.

The abundance of features and abilities available to a user is endless and always being updated, upgraded or enhanced.

I love how the HubSpot MAP is 100% synced with the HubSpot CRM and CMS. In fact, since they are open to third-party integrations, you can enhance any or all of the features given to you all throughout the HubSpot system.

Cons: From experience in teaching the software to our clients, it can be an overwhelming learning curve. Especially for the CEOs and people in non-related marketing departments that have to learn to use the system as well, since it is meant to effect a company as a whole, obviously in a positive way.

As stated above, HubSpot MAP is open to third-party integrations to better your user experience and insights into your marketing performance. The only downside to that is the budget. If you're a startup company, purchasing the HubSpot MAP and platform is expensive by itself. And when you add on purchasing other third-party integrations to get all the features you want, can be extremely costly or just over-budget in general.

The other feature I would like to see HubSpot improve is their Social Media Platform, included in the HubSpot MAP. Yes, you can schedule tweets in bulk or a month's worth of social media posts for the next month, but in reality, it is very time-consuming. Especially for a feature that is meant to cut the manual labor out of your day.

One reason for this is because you have to create a customized shortened tracking URL, located in a different area of the platform, to place into each social media message. That means a separate URL for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & Google+, all for the same message. Now imagine having to do that for social media posts for the next week. It does get exhausting. That is one area you would want to get a third-party integration.

Overall: Knowledge and Insight. Knowlege is power and having insight into all activities your marketing, sales and business development team implement is extremely powerful in knowing where to tweak things and where you excel.

Shooting blindly from the hip on massive marketing campaigns is extremely expensive and rarely effective for increasing your ROI.

But with the knowledge and insight, the HubSpot MAP provides you, you always know what you're doing, why you're doing it, the ROI of your campaigns and where you are lacking.

Not having to rely on the complexity of Google Analytics or manual entry of Excel is a huge time and money saver. You also don't have to have a million different tools, software and extensions to try to piece together your marketing strategy, analytics and results. This eliminates about 90% of all the tools you are paying for and using and brings it all into one single platform. Not to mention that it's merely impossible to get all the third-party tools and integrations to talk to each other to give you one bottom line result.

With the HubSpot MAP's benefit of cutting hours and labor basically pays for the cost of the software itself.

Knowledge is power and time is money.

Everything is in one piece.

Pros: When I started my job, I had never used HubSpot before, but after doing the software qualification and having a play around I found that it was really easy to use and having loads of tools in one place was really useful!

Cons: Sometimes, linking from product to product can be tricky to work out. Usually, there are blog posts saying how to do this, but if there's not it can be tricky!

Pros: It´s a perfect all in one tool, you have complete visibility of all of your marketing efforts and its pretty easy to use. Besides it has lots of resources to make the best out of your marketing campaigns. Their certifications, tutorials and blog posts are always clear and useful. Im a big Hubspot fan.

Cons: This is hard to tell, as I really like all about it. Maybe the customization of the templates, if you want to change your templates you can't do it on your own, you have to pay for them to change them. Also, the price can be high, specially if you are starting your business, but it's totally worth it.

Overall: Visibitlity and control of all of my marketing efforts. Great for lead generation.

Hubspot was clearly created with the user in mind.

Pros: I am originally someone who has championed Marketo (and still do), but I have to say that the folks at HubSpot really thought through how to make the email marketing and segmentation process easier. While there is not as much customization, the platform focuses on what you expect it to do (eg. Marketo requires you to create a Smart List or look at Program Membership to see a list of people who clicked, while HubSpot has all of that information prepared in an easy-to-navigate dashboard after any email send). I'm also impressed with how easy their Smart List feature is to use. Very easy-to-use platform and a good choice for small businesses and enterprises alike as I've used it for both!

Cons: Because it is a platform, the migration process is not always very precise for the websites. It can add little pieces of code. They often do updates and do not inform about it and may cause problems. The SEO modules of this software are basic and only assistive. Functionality does not include many instruments, and the data lacks depth. The price for the whole platform is very high, and you can not reduce costs by paying only for the modules you need.

Comments: It is user-friendly and has so many capabilities. The customer service has been fantastic and the price is well worth it.

Pros: Before Hubspot, I was using several different apps to do all of my marketing, since Hubspot, I only need this one. The onboarding process was easy and extremely helpful! We are so glad we implemented this software and are planning on using it for multiple companies.

Comments: The tool just needs to tie the company, Contacts, Deals and Content records together better in the near future and it would make a lot of Company's lives easier.

Pros: This tool is great for inbound marketing where you are attracting people in from your content on your website. It's also nice to see through the Customer lifecycle stage field on where the customer is within the buyers journey.

Cons: The campaign tool needs a lot of updating. It's only meant for inbound campaigns and it's hard to send out campaigns to specific people. The reporting for campaigns only show you a deals that are closed as won if the contact was influenced by that campaign and associated to the Deal but you can't report out on Deals that are open which is a huge challenge for our company. Support told us to put many custom fields and have a manual process which won't work for our company and then they said to trial the report ad on tool which did nothing as it was just additional dashboards and not any new functionality gained within the report ad on. Their other reports offered are all around the sources and views. Getting a report on how many clicks and views on certain content doesn't help us make decisions unless we know what deals were started from that content and the revenue associated.
