Pros: HubSpot inbound marketing software helped my business to get found online, I was able to convert my website traffic into leads & customers, and optimize based on my results. HubSpot provides easy tools for search engine optimization (SEO); writing blogs & creating web content (CMS); leveraging social media like Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter; that helped my company to get found online. Moreover, I can then convert prospects to leads to customers with landing pages, lead nurturing/intelligence & marketing analytics.

Cons: A lot of changing happening so still need to put a lot of work. To be found online, working and monitoring the website traffic require so many extra hours.

Pros: Discussing the product, the best thing is everything is in one place. My examination, my blog, my messages, my CRM.I could get the greater part of the help I required, all day, every day. The telephone bolster staff is amicable and learned and settle issues quickly.The best part is the Marketing library, incredible formats for promoting correspondences.

Cons: It would be better to have extraordinary highlights like division or republishing from different records. HubSpot is extremely costly. Not a decent choice for small business,

Pros: What I particularly appreciate are HubSpot Forms, the workflows, and the fact that it integrates with Ultracart. A lot of what we do marketing-wise is survey and application based, so having the ability to pull form responses and lists directly through HubSpot is awesome. Their support team is also generally helpful, and they usually get back to me within 24 hours.

Cons: Though HubSpot integrates with many of the softwares we use, it is not quite as ubiquitous as Infusionsoft. We often have to create workarounds via Zapier.

Pros: It's pretty easy to use, to create contacts, see a list of your contacts, and write notes on each contact. It's also nice to be able to see all your contacts and notes from your phone. I have not used the other features yet though.

Cons: I don't know if the paid version has these features, but I would've liked for the notes to automatically save as I'm writing them (kinda like when you start writing an email in gmail). I'm a realtor and I wrote this one long Note where I listed a number of properties for my client. I clicked on the wrong tab and closed the HubSpot tab in my browser. When I went back to Hubspot, that note didn't save. It only saves if you click Save. The second thing I'd like would be the ability to format the note: use Bold, Underline, highlight in color. I'd also like to be able to email a note, and I can't do that now.

Hubspot marketing automation is the easy and best CRM and it is very useful in small organisations.

Pros: The best thing I like about this software is that we can do marketing in several different platforms like facebook, twitter, LinkedIn etc which is seen by the right peoples. We can use it for SEO and many useful things too.

Cons: Although the product is very good but one thing that I dislike about Hubspot is that I am not able to edit my post after been published. The software must add a feature that is used to edit the published post.

Overall: I am in a recruitment so I can do email marketing easily in several different platforms with Hubspot.

Pros: 1. Very easy to use interface
2. All your data in the cloud and accessible from everywhere
3. Hubspot is a huge time saver and helps you work more effective and efficient.

Cons: 1. Not the cheapest service on the market
2.As your contact database grows (which it will if you¿re doing things right), you will incur a small premium (depending on your package)

Pros: What I like most about HubSpot is that there are SO many different features available to use from a marketing perspective. We were using a different vendor in the past and when our organization signed an agreement with Hubspot we felt as if we had been missing out on so many features for a long time. Not only is it great having so many capabilities to use within the system, but we can see how the capabilities we are using is effecting our bottom line.

Cons: There is not really anything that I dislike about the system besides the fact that before we signed our contract with them, they came in extremely high on their price for us to purchase the system. After several calls to negotiate the price, we ended up signing a contract for less than half of what was originally offered.

Pros: HubSpot Marketing is a system that brings all of your marketingneeds together, and helps your team grow traffic and increase sales/conversions.

Cons: took a little bit to understand the functionality but once we got it we were good to go. It helps having a strong IT team.

Overall: It goes beyond traditional email marketing.

Pros: It's great for multiple departments to share information in a clear manner and keep everything organized and easily referenced.

Cons: It's as useful as you want it to be; meaning, if your team isn't inputting and updating actively, it's not a magic wand solution.

Overall: Tracking clients through their process, able to reference back promises and agreements made by their account manager, better inter-departmental communication.

Pros: Hubspot COS is really good. Almost as flexible as wordpress besides a lot of tracking that you can do with the product.

Used Hubspot Marketing with Maroon-ai's predictive plug-in and achieved almost 60% intent determination on prospects entering the funnel.

Also HubSpots onboarding is good they helped customize our landing pages as per our requirements

Cons: Pricing is a little wrong. Need to have better pricing for mid market companies as the basic offering does not include much and the enterprise offering is very high.

Easier integration to plug and play apps can help.

Overall: One source for meeting all our marketing needs.

Pros: I like that I can track a user as they complete actions on all of my web properties without resorting to third-party cookies (aside from the hubspot one I set).

Cons: It is nearly impossible to customize the email or landing page templates. If you want a unique look, even a seasoned developer is going to be challenged with the not so WYSIWYG editors. Then there are the DNS settings required to keep your emails out of the spam box of your users.

Pros: I like the overall experience of HubSpot. I also use the chrome extension and email templates to keep track of my email conversations with clients. It keeps me organized!

Cons: I don't like that sometimes my extension gets disconnected without a reason and I have to re-login all the time.

We have been using this product with our company for a while now, and we love the product!

Pros: Makes marketing a lot easier with only one location to find everything. The reporting has mad a huge impact in marketing attribution, tracking the success of campaigns and organizing work flows.

Cons: I use the Social Publishing toll frequently and hate that I can't tag individuals on Facebook or Linkedin. You can only tag company pages.

We use it with our marketing team for all online marketing and email blasts.

Pros: Easy to use. Integrates well with gravity forms and analytics. Forms are easy to create for reporting and marketing emails. Integrates easy with Social Media.

Cons: Some customization was difficult to get completed and help was lacking. Graphs could be better and would like to be able to combine information from multiple sources in the graphs on the from page.

My experience with Hubspot would be one of the best I have ever had using a software of it's use.

Pros: Talking about the software, the best thing is everything is in one place. My analytics, my blog, my emails, my CRM.I was able to get all of the support I needed, 24/7. The phone support staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and resolves issues quickly.

Cons: The application lags a bit if the system requirement is not strictly followed other than that there was no issues using the tool.

Pros: It is very easy to adapt and customize. Their support responds fairly quickly. They are always coming out with new features. Fortunately, Hubspot is much easier to use than our previous CRM and Marketing tools that our teams were eager to change.

Cons: Keywords suggestions only work in English and short tail keywords. I have to think a lot in order to find a negative aspect of Hubspot. A feature I would like to be enhanced is the ability to issue sales forecasts. You can do it, but it lacks some useful options like stage invoicing and invoicing/payment schedules.

Overall: Overall Hubspot is really powerful. You get everything in one place. From blogging to landing pages, social media, email and more. It links all of your analytics, contacts, and stages from lead to customer. The interface is easy to use, and straightforward.

Pros: As an agency that needs to work quickly in the marketing world, the software really helps you get your marketing tasks done easy. Wheather you need automated emails to push your leads further down your funnel, custom workflows to move people from list to list and give them specific content properties cause of that. You are covered.

Cons: Ovettime, it's very easy to create a bit of a mess of your backend. Soon, you end up with 50 workflows and 400 lists with no idea where people are going too and are feaeful about what you can change or turn off.

Overall: Workflows with a variety of customizations that leave us with little room for error. For example, one way we can use the workflows is to put specific types of users through an email campaign where we send them a few types of messages about a special offer in different forms until they (hopefully) convert.

Pros: Within months of using Hubspot, much of our marketing campaigns have been optimized & automated. This has freed up a lot of resources for us.

Cons: The free version does not have a lot of features but when transitioning to the paid platform, it is incredibly feature rich & a pleasure to use.

Pros: It's easy to start using the product as it is SaaS. Love it when there is no customization cost involved. You save both time and presence.

The onboarding is really good. they ensure that they migrate all your digitals assets to HubSpot along with the website etc.

Startup pricing is amazing gives a big incentive for company's to use the product.

Cons: Pricing makes no sense. the professional stack is only 100 contacts and the next tier is the enterprise which is 2400 bucks. Need something in between.

Support needs to be more responsive and proactive.

Pros: The best that I found was the 7 day free trial. Unlike most, they don't charge an upfront fee.
Another pro is how informative their blog is, providing a wonderful "guide" for their customers.

Cons: My "con" on this is that it does require a year contract, which are automatically billed annually. So if you don't like it, you're kind of stuck.

Comments: I was never explained the capabilities of the program . I really don¿t know how much more ai can do with it.

Pros: I can see when someone opens my email and I can store client info. Other than that I do not know what else ai can do with it.

Cons: Need integration with social media; drip campaigns reminders. A way to keep track of client communication.

Pros: Customer email marketing paths are really cool. Also, as a developer, I have used the API and it works really well. Allows us to determine email marketing paths depending on how they submitted their email to us.

Cons: Its really complex and had a high learning curve. Also getting the correct permissions from admins is extremely detailed.

Comments: Being an inbound marketing agency we implemented HubSpot to keep up with the latest in market automation technology and to supplement our inbound marketing efforts with a solid marketing automation platform. The platform has been able to improve our turnaround time for various marketing campaigns.

Pros: 1. Ease-of-use: Despite giving so many features, there's not a single one which is difficult to get on with. The platform is built for marketers (read not-so-techie people) and it shows. Whether it's landing pages or emails or workflows everything is visual and drag-and-drop. 2. Easy implementation: The implementation of the platform is also quite easy. Copy pasting a single javascript code on your website gets the platform going. If you're using their website add-on (hosting your website on Hubspot), you don't even need to do the javascript thing. Email domain authentication and SSL implementation are also quite easy and Hubspot's comprehensive documentation certainly comes in handy.

Cons: I think they have covered themselves really well in terms of the basic marketing automation features. But, probably, they can do more when it comes to advanced features like A/B testing of workflows, dynamic web content, etc.

Pros: HubSpot is the easiest inbound marketing/marketing automation software I've ever used. The user interface is consistently simple and clear. The support is high quality and you get answers quickly and in an organized fashion. It's relatively easy to onboard new sales or marketing employees. I love how integrated the CRM functions are with the inbound marketing/marketing automation functions. If you want a one-stop shop for CRM and inbound marketing, give HubSpot a serious look.

Cons: They fixed the confusing pricing (that regularly changes), so that's better. (See pricing page) Tools within the system can be moved around a bit - but they do give advance notice it's coming. The organization of the Design Manager was easier to use when they launched than now after the "improvements."

Overall: We use Hubspot for most of our inbound marketing automation, content and webinar signups, and automating Facebook / LinkedIN leads followups. However, there are still email alot that we do with Customer.io that Hubspot does not do as well.

Pros: The training material (Hubspot Academy) is what I like best about Hubspot. Hubspot Academy provides clear information about help topics. The intro to contacts video I watched was helpful and I liked that I had the option to speed up the video for faster watching.

Cons: I did not like that there was not an easier way to integrate with my email marketing software Aweber. If I did not have to download and then upload a .CSV file with my contacts that would have made my life easier.

Pros: I am able to export my lists and edit them how I like and import add is pretty solid, too. One of the best features is the ability to review my list in a mobile environment.

Cons: If I have to go back and make custom updates to any of my contacts, the page oddly refreshes back to the top and, after a couple few hundred contacts in, scrolling and pagination can be a pain.

However, it is worth it as my use of Hubspot is free. My complaints are hopefully there to support those who are on premium plans that share my sentiment.

Overall: Well, if I am being 'paid' to write reviews, I will be honest, open, and be committed to actually writing them. This is pretty solid for that type of endeavor. Cheers!

Pros: I love that Hubspot tracks emails, ties into my Gmail and outlook accounts. I love the desktop notifications so I can respond to opened emails immediately. Very easy. Accurate time stamps when they open and when I get notified. Has definitely helped me get into companies and close business! I love the email sequences as well.

Cons: Sometimes the gmail add in is a little glitchy and doesn't work or won't log a sent email or replies. I mostly use it in Outlook though and it works like a dream.

I am just learning about all of the features this program has to offer but so far I love it!!

Pros: We have used it for a long time (several reasons why we dont use it anymore) and we were very pleased with it. Absolute value for money as well. It was easy to install and work with it. To be able to see directly if someone was responding (or not) was fascinating and helped us keep contact with our clients.

Cons: Sometimes we would get to involved with one clients opening habits, over and over but never contacting us back.

Pros: The features of this program is incredibly vast and can make your workflow process efficient. They have clients they can refer you to in order to help build out your aesthetics.

Cons: When you have a powerful tool without a strategy, you end up with a fancy car you can't drive. Also, unless you have a hefty marketing budget and the skills to utilize this program exclusively, it may be an expensive shiny toy that may or may not integrate with your core system. There were a few key pieces that would have been useful to use, but the integration with our program didn't end up working and we grossly underutilized the system.

Pros: Ease of use and ease of installment was a breeze. I have installed a ton of software for myself and my customers this was super easy and quick

Overall: Price point is not the cheapest but for what you get you cannot complain this will do a lot for what you pay and is a lot cheaper then most software that cannot do half of what this does

Great products for marketing automation and it incorporates some new advancements in marketing tech.

Pros: Easy to customize to meet ones taste and want.It also has a good functionality for tracking activities made available on lead source,web traffic,blog and email marketing performance.

Cons: The inability to have a program/campaign in one spot and you have to move from tab to tab is really time wasting. Customer support is also slow in responding.

Overall: It made marketing online cool with its integrated approach to online marketing including tools for creating content,monitoring website traffic,running outbound campaigns. Also its allowance for small companies to really get used with using the software before expanding to the paid version.

Pros: Hubspot email tracker - it allows us to see what are the emails read, and therefore allow us to note lead interest from potential clients

Cons: The crm component is not too user friendly and the previously available function to call a client directly from hubspot has been stopped in Singapore, so it is not so useful.

Pros: Excellent to keep track of customers, marketing campaigns, and their results. Nice to have a free option for small companies

Cons: Costly for small companies, I suggest offering a free option to promote use and based on results each customer can upgrade

Pros: Hubspot is an amazing cloud-based marketing software. It makes sure that the campaigns are headed in the correct direction. It gives a variety of features like optimising content, tracking the performance of your website etc. Overall a good softwre to use.

Pros: Hubspot has a clean user interface that makes using the software enjoyable rather than homework. Our entire team can use it and picked it up right away. You don't have people asking the account admin a million questions b/c most questions can be discovered by the users.

Cons: The software's integration into Salesforce has had some challenges with us. Outside Their direct software their gmail plugin often causes false leads due to easy user error.

Pros: This is a great tool for marketers to generate leads through outbound and inbound. You're also able to track the full funnel. This is great because you're able to align your marketing and sales efforts.

Cons: I found that HubSpot is great for smaller sales teams. Once you get over 50 sales reps it can be a little clunky and not as intuitive. For example- there's not a real way you can send an email on automatically through a trigger on the sales reps behalf.

The email tracking and email template tools were amazing.

Pros: I love the click to call your leads and email scheduling functions. These two functions really helped me to keep organized.

Cons: The amount of options available can be overwhelming which makes it difficult to utilize all that is offered.

Pros: I used HubSpot to help better organize leads and understand how I should prioritize things. It helped our small and mighty team be more focused and double our sales.

Cons: It was a bit hard to setup. I think there are a lot of bells and whistles, most of what we didn't need.

Pros: Hubspot is easy to use and does provide a robust marketing automation platform. The best feature is the resources it provides in terms of learning how to execute an effective marketing automation program if you are new to the concept.

Cons: Hubspot is wildly overpriced for the features it provides. There are other platforms that do exactly the same thing, often with more features, for significantly less. These other platforms just don't spend as much on marketing as Hubspot does. As an agency, we provide Hubspot implementation services in case people ask specifically for it, but we are always diligent to educate them on the other options available in the marketplace.

Overall: Very few that I didn't already have with other software platforms.

Pros: I like the "one stop shop" aspect of Hubspot. Designing a custom theme, having a place to classifiy leads and content sharing are all essential tools.

Cons: Though there are many packed features, the pricing should scale depending on the business size. Small Business owners and start-ups may opt for individual packages from different providers to cut costs.

Overall: The ability to handle your design, content sharing via email and social media as well as a sales hub is great.

Pros: Easy to use and good onboarding. Also like the tips sent by email, it really help me growing as marketer.

Cons: Working with audience in different timezone and language is a bit tricky. Support team can be difficult to reach but then they are supportive.

Pros: Hubspot runs like a full crm at a fraction of the cost. It has a great GUI and its functionality is excellent.

Cons: The main thing lacking from Hubspot is mass email integration. If Hubspot would allow at least 1000 emails per day, it would be able to compete with Zoho. Hubspot Marketing is not priced well for small business.

Overall: Quick CRM solution.

It is really exciting to know when prospects open or read emails sent to them.

Pros: Very helpful to follow up at the right time to get the response from the prospect to be successful in lead generation.

Cons: Pricing is high, it would have been better if the pricing is little less for more affordability of hubspot.

Overall: You will get insights as who opened your email and at what time and how many times prospect had opened the email. This will help you to plan, follow up and reach out to customers.
