I am new in my role as the facility director and have been tasked with finding ways to simplify the MPulse application. All employees use it for work order requests and it is not user-friendly. **Pros:** MPulse has a simplified list of features and applications and does not overly complicate the software with unnecessary items. **Cons:** Extremely difficult to customize. Very unorganized database and unable to understand how the database tables are compiled. Also, the conversion between maintenance requests to work orders is not seamless and does not have a proper database relationship between the two reports. Jeff T.
