Cons To hard to run and very time consuming. Need a secretary. I have myself and 2 maintenance guys. This system is for bigger corporations and I think you forgot the smaller guys that does need all that stuff. We had the 3.5 vision first and really liked it. Better yet: The persons with whom I speak are always pleasant and willing to take whatever time is needed to help us with our questions. We use it at multiple locations over the United States. Cons The web-based system speed is not as fast as I would like to have or as fast as a computer based system. We must have web based. Review Source PA Paul A. Used the software for: ### "Suprisingly well built for easy use." January 2, 2015 4.0 Pros The spreadsheet to input all you're items into the system was self explanatory. I have a busy schedule and not much time to do much else. But with the ease of the program, I was able to call software help and in minutes I was able to begin using the program. Technical support is a huge plus. I was very pleased that I didn't have to wait on hold. Once in the program, deadlines for equipment repairs become easy to know when they need to be completed. The program tells you when scheduled maintenance needs to be performed. It will generate work orders for you. The time and money this program will save you is unmatched. Cons This product is not for the computer illiterate. But they do offer webinars and training classes for this product. I recommend using this to your advantage. Review Source Sharon D. The work order system for PMs and other maintenance works well for my needs. Interaction with the vendor has been positive. Cons The online system is slow at times. October 8, 2015 5.0 As Maintenance Manager, I had reviewed many software products prior to purchasing Mpulse. Mpulse is very intuitive to use, easy to train employees on the use. There are many ways to extract useful data for reports. I use this software on a daily basis and have had no issues. It helps to keep our building maintenance team and our service vendors on schedule, so our building runs more smoothly. We are also using the Scheduled Maintenance feature to track license expiration dates to ensure our team never receives a violation for expired certificates. It's been very helpful. Cons Setting up our MPulse system was not easy. In the beginning, there were many glitches, the system wasn't running as smoothly as we hoped, and email notifications were not working properly. It took a few months to get the system working to our liking, but since we got to that point, it's been great. Review Source RD Ronald D. Our employees that need to utilize the software to generate a work order like it mush better than our old email process. It is easy to use, and has a lot of good snapshot graphical reports. I like the tracking of Preventative maintenance, and all of our building equipment. Cons We have a lot of buildings, and some of the graphical reports get squeezed when showing values on repair and maintenance, and are not easy to read. Review Source DK Daryl K.
