I am new in my role as the facility director and have been tasked with finding ways to simplify the MPulse application. All employees use it for work order requests and it is not user-friendly. Pros MPulse has a simplified list of features and applications and does not overly complicate the software with unnecessary items. Cons Extremely difficult to customize. Very unorganized database and unable to understand how the database tables are compiled. Also, the conversion between maintenance requests to work orders is not seamless and does not have a proper database relationship between the two reports. We appreciate how it helped us in keeping track of all of our devices and not relying too much on stacks of spreadsheets updating, tracking, monitoring, etc., of our devices. There's a learning curve on how to use it but once you learn how to navigate within MPulse, you will definitely appreciate how powerful MPulse is in maintaining and managing all of your devices.
