"Not user-friendly"

**Pros:** It has all the features I was looking for in a church management software.

**Cons:** There has been an error with the Elexio Checkscanner utility and print-driver for the Canon CR-50 check scanner that I brought up 16 months ago, and it still has not been fixed. The communication between the member information and the giving platform is TERRIBLE! I have had many duplicated members because all information didn't match what was already in the member's account. There is no easy way for members to see their total giving, and it's difficult for people to navigate unless you have training. Children's Check-in cannot reprint tags - we have to ask for people's identification if they lose a pickup tag. It's difficult and time-consuming to keep up with all the groups of children and when they have to move up a grade or class... NONE of this is automated or easy. If a member no longer attends, there is no option to make them inactive outside of deleting their account.
