January 30, 2014 5.0 While at Advent, I made the decision to replace the existing website with one that included church management software and a user-friendly cms. A colleague told me about Elexio and I immediately signed up for a free trial. I was very impressed by Elexio's church software and its understanding of churches and ministries. Elexio focuses exclusively on church software solutions and continues to add to its portfolio by adapting to changing environments and customers' needs. Elexio is also a great company to work with. Support has always been very good, slow sometimes with email but I always feel I can call if I need immediate help. Also I have had the girls review the tutorials when they seem to have a lot of questions. I am asked a lot for our opinion of your services from other churches, I am always happy to let them know how pleased we are. Our admins have asked to have a Q & A session with your trainer. Used the software for: ### "Simple yet Comprehensive" February 1, 2017 4.0 I like Elexio's whole suite. I don't use all of it because it can be a little pricey (but not the most expensive), but the user-end side of things are easy to use and graphically appealing. I used their intellisite website solution and enjoyed it. Then switched to their new website program and love it. May 24, 2018 5.0 While not yet evolved as a routine but I see the potential for being able to obtain much information about our congregation and their interactions with the church. A positive in determining we are reaching our goals. Pros Ease of use and quality and quantity of information it provides. Of courses, that depends on how well you input the data. Much of the input is read into the system rather than hand entry which is a positive. Cons It has some reporting bugs in that the fees are hard to post to the correct record as they aren't reported in a readable format. I understand they are working on this however. March 9, 2014 5.0 Our church has been using Amp Fusion since October of 2011 and we are truly satisfied with this product and the customer support that comes with it. I believe that this is a five star integrated database software. They continue to upgrade, and improve the way we interact with it, and it just keeps getting better! Thanks Elexio for the FPS (Financial Processing Center). I know we will be happy with how it makes are job much easier. Looking forward to growing with Elexio as our church continues to grow. At one time we had three simultaneous websites built and hosted by them, we still maintain two of those sites. I have nothing but great things to say about the company and its staff. My few requests for customer service - because things work so well!! - have been responded to quickly and efficiently. They are always eager to assist and do it with genuine concern. March 6, 2014 5.0 Our church has been thrilled with the Amp products. We've been a customer for many years and was part of the beta testing with Amp Touch. Recently we moved our website to Amp Vibe and have gotten very positive responses from our community. We now use the entire suite of Amp Products and love the way it all works seamlessly together.
