No refunds. " **Overall:** Paid for the year subscription. After a few months we decided it wasn’t a fit for us. They wouldn’t refund anything back to us. Stopped using it for 6 months. Then at the 1 year mark they auto renewed on my credit card. I immediately called them and said I didn’t want it. I told them to check the records, I haven’t heard this product in 6 months. They said “too bad” and wouldn’t refund the transaction. A struggling product has to steal to be successful. Terrible customer service. **Pros:** Nothing. Low resolution videos sent.
