Love it!!" April 19, 2018 5.0 Pros I like the ease of use, and their access to set up drip campaigns using my videos is especially nice. Their training is top-notch and straight forward. It's only of the best products I've ever used. Cons The only con I have is making the time to use it, that's on me, not them! I feel more comfortable suggesting vipecloud to my new consultants. Pros I liked the video aspect on this service and being able to send live videos so my consultants could see me live. Cons I didn’t think BombBomb was easy to use. When I would have new consultants come in to my company and want to sign up for this service I felt it was hard to explain to them how to use it. Does the onboarding and you are on your own. Cons The customer service sucks. Will not set up an appointment to walk you thru anything. When I first signed up, someone did walk me thru. When I was ready to implement it and had specific questions no one would assist me. Was told to go look at the webinars. Well the webinars did not answer my specific questions or concerns. Clients love this!" April 18, 2018 5.0 Great way to communicate with clients! Pros It is easy to use. I appreciated the on-boarding when I first signed up to use BombBomb. They walked me through exactly how to set up templates and we did my first video. Cons I wish it could auto-populate email addresses from my contacts in Outlook. September 5, 2018 4.0 We're sending out email to small (70-200) groups of subscribers. It works but its a PITA to get right and seems to be impossible to set the defaults you want. Pros Makes sending bulk email possible. Lets you add images, if you can figure out how to bypass the defaults. Cons Interface is difficult unless you use it the way BombBomb thinks you should. Use an image instead of a video? Have fun! Don't want video replies or social media? Better learn to track down the boxes to uncheck. Want to set a title? Learn to paste because you'll have to put it in three of four different places. Want to send a corrected email? Better do it business hours weekdays so you can contact support when they "hold it for review." (Oh, and don't count on the correction getting out anytime soon. Cons The problem with adding videos in the email is that it makes a greater chance that the email will go to a junk folder and/or just irritate clients. We have many clients that simply get frustrated because they do not have web availability in their email or restricted access. Pros BombBomb makes it easy to keep your face in front of your Clients during the entire home buying and selling process. This is great in a world where a lot of business communication is by email or via text message. Cons The drawback to BombBomb is that it's video, and people worry about what they look like on camera. It takes awhile to be comfortable on camera and to realize it's okay to be human. Reason for choosing BombBomb BombBomb integrates with gmail and we can see who has received and opened the messages. Pros I like the concept of the platform, and compared to competitors, it lets me just text video messages without having to email which is nice. Cons It's a little ugly, old, and "PC" looking. Cons Videotaping myself. This is very difficult to get used to. I feel like I need to be perfect but that is not the purpose of Bombbomb - it is meant to be a tad more casual and build relationships.
