Love it. Clients love it. It creates a workflow that makes sense.

Pros

The weirdest part about in person networking is following up in a non creepy way. The best way to follow up is a memorable, personal way. BombBomb solves this.

Cons

Not really the software's issue but you better get comfortable on camera.

Overall a great experience and I would recommend!

Pros

BombBomb is great to send out mass emails easily to your sphere and keep in touch with your clients. Video is a great and personal way to do this, which is what BombBomb focuses on. Works great!

Cons

It was a little expensive, but worth it overall. It was also annoying when they would freeze your account if too many people marked it as spam. To unfreeze it then, you had to reach out to a rep and talk to them in person. This process should be a little simpler.

Easy way to send video email.

Pros

Provides an easy way to send video in email and have fillable contact forms on landing page web sites.

Cons

Seems difficult to understand all the features and getting around the web site. There are some easy ways to send, but using some of the better parts of the software isn't so clear.

Easy to use and helpful to our cause. Customer support is simply the best. Affective in helping us reach our goals and also to raise necessary funds to do what we do- help needy children in our city.

Pros

It works and has helped us raise funds in order to serve 1,664 needy children in our community in just 15 months!

Cons

Sometimes our large group videos are not received. It seems they go right into the trash bin for emails. We need to improve the stats on our end of how many people actually open up the video.

Great marketing system centered around video that works well.

Pros

The easy of use is absolutely amazing - quickest and easiest way to send out video emails without any technical know-how. The fact that they sell to a lot of realtors says a lot about how easy their system in to use as realtors aren't usually super technical with running software systems.

Cons

The cost is a little steep but overall you're paying for great service and easy of use. Their system really is easy to use.

Ease of Use and excellent functionality the computer dashboard new one is really great video quality is good and tracking function is really fantastic

Cons

Dashboard on the phone application is not as great as dash for computer desktop I would like to see a bit more on the phone

Good energy by the BDR's using it...they really got into it after a while.

Pros

I like that you can brand the video wrapper for a really nice look. Onboarding was quick and easy. The free trial made the decision low risk.

Cons

Chrome extension was a little buggy a few times but I was able to get it fixed quickly. I had trouble confirming that emails would make it into inbox all the time.

Simplicity. Clean look. Easy to track. It allows me to get updates and see everything I need to see.

Cons

The video openes in a different window. But for the most part I don't see any real cons it is a great product

Pros

BombBomb was a great resource during Covid times, where we had the ability to send videos to homeowners to keep them updated on the process of their homebuilding journey.

Cons

Integration and adaptation from the company was a little bit of a challenge but most are embracing the software

Pros

In the past it was a lot of work to create video messaging content to reach out to customers and engage leads. I have not run into a software or platform like bombbomb that makes it so easy to do.

Cons

Although it may be as easy as writing an email (in theory) in that you only need to pick someone and then record your message, I have found that it sometimes makes me less productive in that I record a message, but don't like how I look, or see that I have hair out of place. This makes me not want to send the message and I will oftentimes end up sending an email instead. If they had an automatic blemish and hair editor option that would be cool .

I am able to send videos without having to worry about the video being too long because I know it will work.

Cons

I haven't been able to master its use on my cell phone when writing a message. The window to write a message is always short and I cant seem to find a way to expand it .

BombBomb is a great way to stay in front of your clients with minimal work.

Pros

My brokerage had a BombBomb Rep come talk to us about all it has to offer. It seems like they have some great tools and what we tried for free were great articles.

Cons

The main problem we experienced was that since everyone in our brokerage was using it a lot of the same content was going out. If someone is friends with more than one realtor they can see that it is just automated (unless the customize).

Pros

The program allows the creation of marketing campaigns pretty easy. I am not a marketer, however the set-up is fairly intuitive and does not need a lot of prior knowledge.

Cons

BombBomb can be overwhelming if there is not a clear cut vision of what you want to accomplish. Some of the reporting metrics are confusing and the quick help doesn't clearly explain.

BombBomb is good but I feel why should I pay $50 a month when I can buy software like Filmora for $100 and it does the samething and more.

Pros

BombBomb is a good online video-making software. The feasibility of making the videos is easy and downloading them is a breeze.

Cons

Not too much to not like about BombBomb BUT if I am paying $50 a month I want to get blown away with its product...just my opinion!

Like similar tools in this realm, the video email tool is a very creative way to cut through your prospect's inbox clutter and target them with a personalized video.

Cons

The cost. There are a lot of free versions of this functionality with competitors and Bomb Bomb carries a cost that doesn't make it as attractive.

This is simple interface which lets you use video your reviews about your product. This has great number of users and it gives variety of platform for your product.

Cons

Pros

My company introduced this as way for us to be more connected with our clients. If you really want to be on video I suppose this is a good way to do it.

Cons

Most of us lacked the desire to be on video so it did not take off in my company. We discontinued using it shortly after it was introduced.

The videos and follow up tracking are my favorite, but then again...I don't really know what else I can all do! :)

Pros

The tracking...when people open your emails and view your videos. I also like the newsletters that go out.

Cons

Nothing I can say at the moment. I need more training! I know there are so many more things to do with my level purchased, but I guess I'm overwhelmed and probably need to spend more time with it and watch more tutorials.?

Overall we enjoyed the free promotion even though we didn't use it for the reason it was intended. We did sign up for it again when the promotion ran out.

Pros

We received a free trial of this software from our company to use as a good first impression and thanking clients in a more personal approach. We ended up using it more for monthly videos send to staff in a nice looking email package.

Cons

Going the basic video tape and send approach from a cell phone was pretty easy but become more complicated when you took a video from your computer and wanted to enhance or change the way it was being sent.
