  • They have been exceptional. Product Quality is very good and getting better as feedback from users like me helps improve the product.

  • After a deeper dive into several others and 365Villas it was obvious to us that 365 was the best platform on the market and a great fit to help us manage and grow our business.

  • I would like once again to thanks Dave for his professionalism, guidance and product support and i am definitely recommend this simple, powerful and innovative software and website.

  • It is much easier to use than all of the others, and the integrated accounting is perfect for my needs. The website platform is awesome especially for someone like me who is far from being a geek.

Cons

  • I have a little trouble understanding the rates at times, but I'm getting there.

  • If any problems occur, such as with the multi currency calculation, the software has always been reprogrammed by the 365 Villas team very quickly.

  • Sometimes the website stalls for quite a while when the internet connection is unstable.

  • No mobile app available. No support on live chat or phone.

"Try it and you will never regret"

Overall: Long story short: I was keeping an eye on 365villas property management software for 3 years. It was hard decision to start using vacation rental management software knowing that it could be way behind in properties management comparing to hotel field. When I knew that a trusted professional from hotel field start working where I decided to go ahead. Support team, it all because of you! It was not love from from sign, I had to give it a time and write dozen of emails to support team, expecting anwers in seconds. Guys from support were strong enough to handle my preassure and now I could definitely say that I will not change this PMS to any other. If you relax, give it a time and remember that vacation rentals software are young in comparison to hotel than 365villas is definitely the best to try. Latest update is simply brilliant!

Pros: New software update is just fabulous! Price is very competitive

Cons: Previously in 2017 support was not great, good that ts has improved significantly

"Our Feedback for 365 Villas"

Overall: We are happy with the use of 365 Villas. We only wish the reporting function is more user friendly and we would also like to implement a workorder function.

Pros: We like the response from the Support Department. They just solved a big issue for us with taxes being sent over to Airbnb. Thankful for that fix.

Cons: The Reporting Feature needs a lot of work. We tried the Report Writer as well and we can not use it. Mostly, we would like to write our own schedules within 365Villas. We find this feature unfriendly to use and create reports.

Alternatives Considered: WordPress and Lodgify
Reasons for Choosing 365villas: The speed of the onboarding and the guidance through the process.
Switched From: CiiRUS
Reasons for Switching to 365villas: Ciirus claimed exclusivity and canceled our contract. We are on a small Island here and one of our competitors had us removed from Ciirus claiming exclusivity.

The dynamic report builder allows you to essentially create any kind of report you wish within the following three domains: reservation management, accounting, and third-party staff management such as housekeeping and maintenance. We launched this about 3 years ago as an industry first, and have just recently deployed our second generation of the solution. It is a very popular tool. However, it seems maybe you are trying to use it for a purpose other than that for which it was designed. "Very bad customer service!!"

Pros: Very easy to use for small scale property managers, but quite expensive if you have up to 4 properties.

Cons: Very impolite customer service staff. It happened to me twice before deciding to stop using their services.

Ms Malfa originally wrote that she used our platform for 6-12 months. For some unexplained reason, Capterra changed this to less than six months. In fact, Ms Malfa was a free trial user. She began her trial on April 10. Her card failed on May 10 and she asked for a free extension, which our support team granted against policy when they should not have done. During Ms Malfa's short time with us our service team made 4 courtesy outreach attempts. She contacted support twice, received her 1st response in 3.5 business hrs and her 2nd in 4 minutes. Correspondence on file appears professional. Ms Malfa scheduled 2 trainings, but was a no-show to one and 20 mins. late for the other. Her angst appears related to our trainer being unable to extend his time on-demand and her insistence on a discount on our service, which was declined. Our team member recommended a cheaper provider. We are disappointed by this review and by Capterra¿s failure to investigate it properly.

"Great 365 experience"

Overall: So far this has been a smooth process.

Pros: Our trainer Hind was very helpful with all of our questions and very thorough. She was the best part!

Cons: There wasn't anything that I really didn't like.

Reasons for Switching to 365villas: Needed a better system for reporting. Also for sending quotes and invoices. Our prior system was very easy to use to block space, but the company was not easy to access for individual service questions. No real live person. Reporting was not user friendly, sending invoices from quotes. We like this systems over all features.
