Las sincronizaciones que en ocasiones dan errores, o no recogen cambios de las plataformas origen. Como cualquier plataforma en constante evolución, hay funcionalidades que requieren atención para mejorar la experiencia del usuario.

The best tool for property managers, can’t imagine doing without. All in one, software, website, finance, great support team.

Pros

The best tool for Booking and reservation management and accounting. The team is knowledgeable, profesional and friendly.

Cons

There is still lots of features that we are not using to it’s max potential. More opportunities for training.

We are big fans of GuestWisely and look forward to continuing our partnership with them for many years!

Pros

We always feel heard and supported by the team at GuestWisely. While we admittedly do not yet use the software to its full potential, we are gradually implementing the features that best fit our business needs. We are especially impressed by their commitment to customer service, including taking the time to visit our office in person. Their support and personal approach have made a positive impact on our experience.

Cons

The report writer is somewhat convoluted for our needs, but we are gradually learning how to make better use of its features.

GuestWisely has been a fantastic solution for our property management business. We currently use it to manage around 400 properties, and it has helped us streamline our operations significantly. GuestWisely has been a key part of helping us scale our business efficiently. I would highly recommend it to any property manager looking for a reliable platform with excellent support and strong value for money.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages of Guestwisely is the value for money. The platform offers a comprehensive set of features that allow us to efficiently manage bookings, reservations, guest communication, and day-to-day operations without the high costs associated with many other systems. The booking and reservation management is seamless. Everything is centralized, easy to navigate, and reliable, which is essential when handling a large portfolio of properties. The automation and workflow tools save our team a considerable amount of time and help reduce errors. The other thing that sets GuestWisely apart is their customer support. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Whenever we have questions or need assistance, we receive prompt and effective support, giving us confidence that we're backed by a team that genuinely cares about our success.

Cons

While GuestWisely integrates with many of the major booking channels, there are still a few important platforms, such as Google Vacation Rentals and Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy, that do not yet have direct integrations. For property managers looking to maximize distribution, having these connections available would be a valuable addition. That said, we understand these integrations may be on the product roadmap, and we're excited to see the platform continue expanding its channel partnerships.

Overall, we are extremely pleased with the features and functionality that GuestWisely provides. The onboarding experience was excellent, thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\], who demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the PMS and answered every question promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. She also took the time to understand our specific needs and consistently recommended effective solutions and best practices, helping us configure the system in the most efficient way for our business.

Pros

What I like most about the system is how intuitive and user-friendly it is. The setup process provides numerous customization options, making it easy to configure the platform to fit your unique requirements and workflow. Also found no bugs or issues.

Cons

Overall, the platform meets our needs very well. The only enhancement I would suggest is adding integration with Guardian Insurance for rental damage protection insurance, which would make the process even more seamless for our team.

Our overall experience with GuestWisely has been excellent. The platform is modern, reliable, and has made managing bookings, pricing, and commissions so much more organized and stress free for our business. What truly stood out was the hands on training with Hind, she was and is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, taking time to explain everything clearly and making sure we felt confident using the system. We felt guided every step of the way, not rushed, and very supported. GuestWisely has been a game changer for us, and we're extremely happy with both the software and the whole team behind it.

We love how GuestWisely simplifies our daily operations. From inquiries to confirmed bookings, everything flows smoothly and saves us a lot of time.

I had an excellent experience! In less than a month, I accomplished a lot and I am almost ready to launch the business. Thank you \[sensitive content hidden\] !

Pros

What I appreciated the most was, above all, the availability. I was always able to schedule an appointment within the same week. I really appreciated that the meetings lasted an hour, which is very generous compared to other platforms that sometimes offer only 15 to 30 minutes. I appreciated the professionalism of the people who supported me throughout this process and the time they devoted to me. Often, the meetings went a little beyond the scheduled time, and they always stayed with me a bit longer to answer my questions. I received exemplary support—better than I could have imagined. Guestwisely is a complex platform, but thanks to all the meetings I was able to attend, I managed to gain a good understanding of how it works. I also appreciated the respect I was shown. Since English is not my first language and I am new to managing rental chalets, I didn’t always understand things right away, but the people who supported me were always very respectful and patient with me. In short, thank you very much—this is a truly wonderful company!

Cons

Almost nothing! Perhaps the complexity of the platform and the website at the beginning, or the fact that several option require payment. Aside from that, I have nothing to say.

Schlechter Support und Kompetenz zur Anwendung von 365Villas oder Guest Wisely ... sind gut im Verkauf von Services doch absolut unverständliche Einführung und Support - MailSpam mit News - no Competencies and implementation.
