Our company had recently switched from a different PMS system to 365Villas and we couldnt be happier. The product and its interface is very easy to understand and extremely easy to use. Not to mention the options are limitless! Our experience with the team at 365Villas has been nothing short of amazing! The transition, onboarding and the ongoing support has been greatly apprecited and everything has been seamless. Our account manager and all the team members that have helped us thus far have all been extremely patient in answering all of our questions and making sure that we understand the full capacity of the system and its add-ons. They have even gone a step further to show us all of the ins and outs of the specific channels that we are connecting to, to make sure that we are using them to their full potential - This is something that we didnt have in the past and we greatly appreciate! I would 100% recommend 365Villas! Thank you 365Villas, you have a client for life!

365Villas has released a new, very user friendly interface for their PMS software which makes it easy to manage properties while on the go. Also, the responsiveness and dedication of the representative and support team remains unmatched!

There are many add-on options to the software. This is not really a con as you use what you need. You can add on to you subscription as you need, but there is a fee.

We always feel heard and supported by the team at . While we admittedly do not yet use the software to its full potential, we are gradually implementing the features that best fit our business needs. We are especially impressed by their commitment to customer service, including taking the time to visit our office in person. Their support and personal approach have made a positive impact on our experience.

The report writer is somewhat convoluted for our needs, but we are gradually learning how to make better use of its features.

We used the system for around 10 months and invested a significant amount in the setup. offers some great features, but there is still a lot of manual work required. Channel connectivity was unreliable, and although we requested multi-unit Airbnb support from the start, it was finally confirmed as not available. We had to create workarounds that were far from ideal and led to lost bookings. The lack of a mobile app also made daily operations more difficult, as our team had to log in through a web browser to check updates. Ultimately, we decided to move away from GuestWisely mainly due to poor customer service, connectivity issues, and the absence of proper multi-unit functionality.

Pros

(former 365Villas) dashboard had a clean and simple layout that made it easy to manage all bookings efficiently. The direct website integration worked smoothly, and the automated message templates and workflow automation were very well designed. These features helped streamline communication and daily operations effectively.

Cons

Customer service is very poor, especially during weekends when there is no support at all. We experienced many issues with channel connections. The onboarding process initially seemed professional, but in practice, there were frequent connectivity problems with the system. There’s also no mobile app to manage communications and operations on the go, and no real-time notifications. Another major limitation is the lack of proper multi-unit functionality with some channels like Airbnb, which forced us to recreate listings and lose valuable reviews. This had a significant impact on reservations and flexibility in assigning guests to different villa units.

Overall, we are extremely pleased with the features and functionality that provides. The onboarding experience was excellent, thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\], who demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the PMS and answered every question promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. She also took the time to understand our specific needs and consistently recommended effective solutions and best practices, helping us configure the system in the most efficient way for our business.

Pros

What I like most about the system is how intuitive and user-friendly it is. The setup process provides numerous customization options, making it easy to configure the platform to fit your unique requirements and workflow. Also found no bugs or issues.

Cons

Overall, the platform meets our needs very well. The only enhancement I would suggest is adding integration with Guardian Insurance for rental damage protection insurance, which would make the process even more seamless for our team.

One of the biggest advantages of is the value for money. The platform offers a comprehensive set of features that allow us to efficiently manage bookings, reservations, guest communication, and day-to-day operations without the high costs associated with many other systems. The booking and reservation management is seamless. Everything is centralized, easy to navigate, and reliable, which is essential when handling a large portfolio of properties. The automation and workflow tools save our team a considerable amount of time and help reduce errors. The other thing that sets GuestWisely apart is their customer support. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Cons

While integrates with many of the major booking channels, there are still a few important platforms, such as Google Vacation Rentals and Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy, that do not yet have direct integrations. For property managers looking to maximize distribution, having these connections available would be a valuable addition. That said, we understand these integrations may be on the product roadmap, and we're excited to see the platform continue expanding its channel partnerships.

Pros

The management of reservations and bookings is easy and fast. With all the relevant information easy accessible and manageable. The expense manager works excellent to charge property owners for any expenses.

I can't rave enough about their proactive customer support - they check in on you to make sure you don't have any issues or needs. And when you do need assistance, they are responsive and helpful.

This is a very complete software, I've been using it for 6+ years and even though there are lots of options in the market for this kind of business, I feel 365Villas nails it perfectly. For a new user it might be very overwhelming to learn how to use it, but once you get a grip everything feels easy and logical.

Pros

I like the flexibility of customized templates for everything, makes my job a lot easier and faster.I believe all the month by month improvements make a very big difference, it feels like the software moves forward with new technology perfectly.

Cons

I believe the financial part needs a little improvement, the configuration of services, taxes, etc. can be a little overwhelming sometimes for the Administrator and accounting in general, specially for the owner reports at the end of the month.

### "Bookings Processing and Confirmation"

I have been using the software now going into my fourth year. Whenever I have been unsure of anything, it has been easy to seek training, either from my own team or through 365 Villas. There has been continual improvement of the interface and functionality is always added to make my job easier.

Pros

The booking entry system is very easy to learn, understand and to use. The training given to me was simple due to the clean and clear navigability of the interface. The booking system and template management is multilingual and because we are dealing with clients from many different countries it makes the output much clearer for the client even if the user does not understand the language. There is also a multi currency feature which is very important to us, this is always accurate and easy to use. Clients details are stored in the database, so it makes it much quicker to send a confirmation to the repeat clients, as their information is pre-populated on booking entry when you type their name. When processing a booking it is easy to add ad hoc services. If services are used regularly it is also very simple to store this data for quick selection whilst adding the booking. Amending bookings is very quick and accurate, the amendments can then be either sent to the client or not, which is a very good feature. Attachments can be pre-uploaded and send to the client on the booking confirmation. The booking confirmation template is easily amendable, which is especially useful when you want to send the client some specific comments.

Cons

If any problems occur, such as with the multi currency calculation, the software has always been reprogrammed by the 365 Villas team very quickly. Wherever there is room for improvement on the booking entry screens in terms of layout the 365 Villas team has always worked with us to make constructive changes. There are very few areas of criticism and perhaps this is not even worth mentioning, but the units field on the services dropdown is set to maximum of 30 and very occasionally it would be useful, if we could select more units. One other area, where perhaps an improvement could be made is the management of adults, children and infants, whereby there is separate field for infants. On the booking confirmation the adults and children are not differentiated, for example 2 adults and 1 child will display as 3 people. It would be very helpful to break this down into adults and children (and infants). However, these kinds of improvements are always possible and the team at 365 Villas are always proactive in working with us on such issues.

### "A very strong player in the marketplace"

Our business manages vacation rental properties on behalf of property owners. 365Villas gives us a robust platform to integrate all of our operations, and works well with third-party tools that we value. It's been a tremendous boost in the organization of our company using their platform, and our guests and clients have consistently been happy with the UX they are exposed to, as well.

Pros

We've been working with 365V for approximately 1 year now, and have been very impressed with them from the beginning. While there were some bumps getting started, and some points that needed to be worked out between our systems and their integrations, they have since made massive upgrades and improvements in their platform, and it has been a fantastic user experience. Automated messages work very well, booking management is easy, and their integrations with powerful channel management and yield management tools work very well to dramatically improve our operations. I also appreciate that they operate on a per-property that gradually scales down, which I find is far easier to absorb into the growth of business.

Cons

At this point, and with their recent upgrade, we are very happy with the platform and I cannot find any specific points that I feel are any better addressed by any other provider. It could conceivably be better if some of the more robust systems (like channel management and yield management) were wholly-encompassed in the platform - rather than being third-party integrations - but having worked with another PMS prior that did have this, the way that 365Villas does it IS far more effective.

We will far exceed these growth goals. 365villas is strategically and operationally foundational to our growth strategy. We are now planning to acquire 2 to 3x more properties over the business goals for 2020.

I typically do write reviews. They earned this excellent review. On a scale of 0-10 stars. 1. The People at 365. 12 stars. 2. Intuitive ease of use. 12 stars. 3. Functionality. 9.5 stars. 4. API Integration. 13 stars. 5. 3rd Party Partners. 12 stars. My wife and I knew nothing about on-boarding an enterprise software system. I barely use MS Office. We dove in and started learning. Put the time in. Don't gloss over anything. Learn it in the order they direct you to learn it. Don't skip ahead. Decide to be a power user. Every day we reach a new milestone. Every day our business gets smarter. Easier to operate. We were closing bookings a week I believe. This was less than 15 days ago. We are not power users...yet. However... at every daily milestone we get so excited thinking we might be. Haha.

To articulate what I like least about the 365villas would not be of value to your purchase decision. They are tiny nits.

Reason for choosing GuestWisely

In retrospect, I got lucky. It was a gut feeling. All players have a good pitch, demo. Now 15 days into 365villas, I'm glad I trusted it. 365villas is a DIY icloud -based system, so it is a brief yet very dedicated commitment to onboard. Plan on having a five or so calls with the support team during this onboarding time... They always knew what, where, and how you needed help. Over the next hour, they redirect your efforts around them. Lastly, their software support team is intellectually and smart, proactive, and sincere. I suspect their internal corporate culture is healthy. Self-empowering much like their software. I feel their people are happy and proud to be apart of it. To properly qualify this review in your minds, I don't write many reviews. They deserve this. Every single word of it.

Very good! Have been a happy customer for years already. One point of improvement; Would appreciate a call once and then to explain new features and developments.

Pros

Functional design and very easy to use.

Cons

If anything that I don't like about this product is that it is not tailored to the Spanish market and its legal necessities. Also, sometimes the interaction with the channel manager creates discrepancies.

We have a holiday rental business and are happy with 365 villa software. Really handy to have everything centralized in one platform. Communication by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and the team was wonderful. The training sessions for using the platform were very helpful and well organized. Questions or issues are always quickly dealt with.

Pros

Great package for centralizing your listings on different platforms. E-mail communication with tenants with custom rental contracts & monthly owner statements. Great support team. I ran into some issues but they are always quickly addressed by the 365 support team.

Cons

Maybe a little bit more options in design concerning the booking engine integration on the website.

Not sure if you're aware, but within the 365 platform, you've got access to up to 4 different Booking Engine suites, all different designs, with full control over color schemes etc. There is also a separate page for developers where you can customize sizes of various assets etc. One of us will reach out to you to make sure you know what's available there. The program has saved us tons of time and work and has freed us up to spend more quality time with guests. The automated emails are wonderful. The system sends out payment reminders, welcome emails, emails to remind guests to rate the lodgings and to report anything that can be improved upon.

Pros

We are a small lodge with thirteen cabins. Before signing up with 365villas, we had to spend hours responding to inquiries and bookings with emails, rental agreements and directions. The 365villas have automatic email templates, easy to use price adjustments for seasonal differences and a separate sign in for cleaning staff to see the schedule. In addition, you can integrate the 365 villas booking system into your web calendar. If you don’t yet have a website you can easily build one using the 365villas template. Employing the 365villas system for your bookings is like going from using a typewriter to computer.

Cons

The program is cumbersome and time consuming to build. It also has a fairly steep learning curve for those not so co outer literate. The subscription only allows for one free virtual training session with 365villas staff. A customer mostly has to learn the system by using instructional videos. The training session generally takes place early on during the learning curve when it’s hard to know what questions to ask. A subscriber is able to ask any email questions but the staff is located in Spain so emails are not always timely due to the time difference.
