I've researched at least a dozen vacation rental software solutions and found nothing that compares to this brilliantly designed web-based software. PStudio for the iPhone is a mobile companion app that completes the entire solution allowing me to respond to inquiries, check upcoming reservations, and much more when I'm away from my computer. The solution integrated easily with my PayPal account allowing me to accept credit cards online. I can also get my inquiries from VRBO.com and craigslist.com using this software. There's no need to look elsewhere Property Studio is absolutely the best rental management software solution on the market. Pros The software is now out of beta and is continuing to build a loyal customer base including myself. It's 100% cloud-based, so all you need is internet access to manage your vacation rentals and guests. You can also use the iPhone companion application to access your reservations and rental inquiries. It supports integration with PayPal and keeps track of reservation accounting. Uses a template-based email system to quickly respond to rental inquiries and payment reminders. Cons The software is on its second major release and is actively being enhanced. There are some features that I've requested that will hopefully be targeted for upcoming releases. One of them has to do with separate management of security deposits and another around support of multiple rental rate structures. It really does not need any revisions. Pros This website is so well designed that it automatically takes care of all the billings, the follow-up letters, all the reminders and all the calendars. In fact ever since joining your site I have never had a double booking, ever. The system is so bullet proof. From the stand point of the prospective renter, it must be an awesome feeling to link to a site that readily and easily affords you the ability to access and process all your reservations needs and funding, all within a step of a click of a mouse. I was thinking that there must be something that I can add to this site to make it even better but realistically I could not come up with a suggestion. So please leave the site as it is and let us enjoy the ease and the facility that you have offered us. Our sincere appreciations for your non ending efforts to make this site the best that there is.
