Pros: Overall VMS functionality and feature sets. Compared four other VMS vendors based on our requirements, before selecting Proxyclick. Used trial period for three weeks and easily upgraded to the Large plan. Proxyclick was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Their Help Center is very well done, informative. Support team is very responsive...online chat or phone. Very easy to setup. Used manual load for user provisioning instead of LDAP. Single Sign On (SSO) SAML was easy to setup. Integrates very well with Outlook Calendar and Email, Skype for Business, and SMS for scheduling and notifications. Not using Agreements, use of OneDrive was not necessary.

Cons: Manage Custom Screens interface was troublesome for us in the beginning and took some to do work with it during the trial period. We had to rebuild the sequencing for any custom screen changes. Was not a major issue. Could be more work if we have chosen the use of Smart Rules and more custom screens. I expect this will be improved. Proxyclick appears to continuous improve the functionality and ease of ease for their customers.

Pros: Visits can be quickly noticed down. Whithin a phone call you can edit or even create a new visit. I do like the desingn of the program since its easy to understand.

Cons: I dont realy know the weaknesses about the software since I am only using it for creating my visits. Maybe there should be a funtion that you can view visits within your department? But I dont know if there already existing a similar function

Pros: I like the logbook screen which lists the visitors in an easy to read format. The option to edit a visitor is easy to use.

Cons: Changes made when editing a visitor do not reflect on the logbook screen. ie If a visitor forgets to check in and I manually check him in, the correct time is not reflected. Ex: visitor does not check in at 9:30am arrival. I manually check them in at 10:00am and adjust the time to 9:30. The system logs the visitor in as 10:00am. (reflected on logbook screen) For visitors who are billed by the hour this is not an accurate verification tool.

Overall: Its easy for several different people to know who is in the building and what time they arrived. It has simplified the check in process and decluttered the reception desk. WE are still testing the pass function with some of our more frequent visitors.

Pros: I like that people can come in and contact the people that they want directly. Also that is sends me a message if the person will be up shortly

Cons: I don't always see the notification that someone has signed in. If my employee is out of their office they may not see notification and person is waiting in the lobby.

Overall: People can sign in and I don't have keep checking to see if they were let in.

Pros: once everything is set up it is done with such ease, like features like signing for HIPPA that is included

Cons: setting up was a little difficult and the fact that each day the connection needs to be checked is a little tedious

Pros: The basic features are easy to use, there is a clear overview of daily guests and planning multiple visits in advance facilitates the check-in process.

Cons: It is less clear which of the information our clients enter is stored and therefore we are unable to guarantee their privacy. E.g. sometimes the name of a previous visitor pops up when another visitor has entered 3 letters.

Overall: less paperwork, faster and easier check-in, fast overview of past and current guests

Pros: Very easy to use, It does away with pens constantly being accidently taken. There is little upkeep, apart from ensuring the software is updated or issues may arise.
It's easy to book in people who have already attended the site.

Cons: When internet go's down the system does not work, and cannot be backed up later. if people not wish to read it is very easy to skip over important information.

Pros: The online management interface in the cloud and flexibility, compatibility with iPad models and smartphone notifications (sms and the app)

Cons: The lack of advanced customization, the limited range of thermal printers allowing color printing and price

Overall: A good image of the company to the visitors, a follow-up and a clear management of the visits, replace the paper book

Pros: I like how user friendly the program is to use and the fast response time and customer care Proxyclick provides.

Cons: I wish the screens were more condensed to make the sign in process seem quicker and not so daunting for the client.

Overall: ACCURATE CLIENT INFORMATION, APPOINTMENT REMINDERS AND FOLLOW UP E-MAILS TO CLIENTS AT THE CLICK OF A BUTTON.

Hi Crystal thanks for the feedback. Check-in can be as short to as little as 3 screens. But if many fields need to be inputted then yes, we capture info one screen at a time. This allows for clarity and also for tailored flows (screen depending on previous answer).

Pros: customer service is fast in resolving your issues and l like that it texts me when someone arrives. I also wonder if there is a way to text other users when they get a visit

Cons: the printer does not really work. The quality of the printout is very bad. I tried to solve this issue with both Proxyclick and the manufacturer of the printer and none could resolve the issue.

Overall: Main benefits are the easy use and how fast you get notifications on your phone or email

It's been easy and customer service is helpful, with a few minor annoyances

Pros: I like that it is customizable and significantly cheaper than the competition. Customer service has been excellent and I always get an answer within an hour.

Cons: I don't like that you cannot see when employees have gotten the text, or they cannot reply to the text. They can only reply to the email, which is not helpful in our environment.

Overall: Better communication within the office of when guests are arriving, so reception is not caught off guard and someone can be at the front when guests are scheduled

Pros: Technology is state of the art and provides a technically advanced method of visitor checkin. I particularly like the notifications sent to the host when a visitor comes to them in the office The record keeping system and reports summary at the end of each day is also very beneficial particularly because many people can be informed of the visitor activities at a location for each day.

Cons: Printer configuration was a bit tricky to install and made the installation process a bit longer than anticipated. The other issue was the fact that some visitors were skeptical of imputing information and pictures in the system and some complained that it was a bit more intrusive. They easily got around this after the first few interactions with the Visitor Managemenrt system

Hi Grantley, thanks for your review and feedback. We're sorry to hear about your printer issues. Indeed as we are compatible with all printers but some are more complex to connect to. The easiest is to connect to are Airprint printers. It's good to hear that visitors got used to using Proxyclick. If needed, you can always deactivate the picture screen. However a picture is quite useful for security purposes (print on badge) and hospitality (host recognizes the visitor instantly in lobby).

Pros: It is very easy to set all the meeting parameters that usually you need to coordinate manually. It really helps a lot

Cons: Sometimes when updating existing meetings you can get more notifications that expected and also false alarms. But the support is very effective in fixing those cases.

Pros: Easy and simple. This software has made it easier for the visitors to sign in on a daily basis and need little to no instructions on how to use it.

Cons: Loading faster. Once a visitor signs in to the software it takes a while for it to show up on my side. I need to refresh the page a few times to show that the visitor has checked in.

Pros: This is a great product and very easy to setup. The look and feel of the application is very clean and well thought out. The customer support team are very responsive and helpful.

Cons: There are a few features which are missing such as WIFI integration but I have been told this will be available soon.
The price of this does sit a little higher than other products however you are paying a premium to have a highly polished product.

Overall: By implementing Proxyclick we managed to full automate our visitor check in process, from printing the badges to informing the host of their visitors arrival. This has reduced work load on the receptionist as it is completely a self managed process.

Very good product. Our Staff and visitors are loving it.

Pros: Very easy to configure, Can be tailored to your needs, Ease of use, Very good reporting tools, Single Sign on feature makes it easier to add users into the system. Very friendly and professional team.

Cons: The process of signing in can be a bit laborious for new arrivals and tricky for some who struggle with technology.
Ensuring your Ipad is up to date or issues can occur, I imagine your software wont work well if your Ipad is out of date.
Having notifications emailed every day of a summery of the day, is annoying and I don't feel needed.
Having notifications that visitors are still on site are annoying, as I often have to change that manually by request of people that are hosting, as they clearly know they're still here.

Overall: Privacy of who is in the building

It can be as short as 3 screens but can also be more complete if you have specific compliance or hospitality processes. - The iPad requirements are iOS 8+ - Every user can manage his notification preferences (and thus not receive them). You can also define preferences at the company level for faster administration.

Pros: That its simple but efficient! Way better than having clients sign a piece of paper. I also like that the system remembers clients when they come back.

Cons: If clients are walk ins I wish it would just accept their name without having to say who they are meeting with.

Pros: Sending an email to colleagues when visitors arrive. Also the ability for colleagues to deny access, and notify reception that they will be there in 5, 10 or 15 minutes. The overall look and feel of the program is great. I also like that we can have guests sign an NDA and see important egress information upon entering the building.

Cons: We were on beta upon launch, but were recently able to update to the native IOS app. Beta was a little clunk, but things seem better now that we are on the native app. We also encountered issues with wireless color printing of badges, but were able to resolve the issue.

Overall: a more secure check-in process

Pros: The best thing about this software is the email notifications our employees get when a visitor or delivery has arrived!

Cons: That the app does not work on the android phone and only works on an iPhone. We also wish we could track delivery notifications.

Overall: Having a simplified easy Visitor sign in all at the hands of an iPad. This allows for 24 hour check in and check out, even if no one is at the front desk.

Pros: Text message notification. The ability for the guest to receive an e-mail that contains our wifi password.

Cons: The e-mails are sometimes slow to come through, but other than that not a lot. The delivery option (which is new) could be simplified to just be a single click, but its all nitpicker stuff.

Overall: Was able to have receptionist leave their desk without having people need to wait at an empty desk helpless.

Hi James, thanks for your review and feedback. Can you please send us an example of a slow email so we can analyze? Normally emails are delivered 1-2 seconds after processing. What we also witness is that they can be slowed down by anti-spam software installed at our clients, hence the importance to white list Proxyclick. Pros: ease of use; all the employees pre-register their visitors with the outlook-addin, no extra software or accounts with the LDAP/SSO intergration.
professional support; quick and to the point support on any question we had so far
updates; been using Proxyclick for over 2 years now and must say that the updates are alway's on point, recommend 10/10

Cons: would love to have a meeting plugin to sync woth other software, preferably as good as the outlook addin. this would benefit lots and lots of dubble work, last time i checked this feature is high in the to-do list within the upcoming future, so can't wait for this.

Overall: automate the visitor check-in proces with the focus on privacy and safety - we push our safety guidelines withing the check-in proces so we make sure everyone that enters does understand and acept this. we save lots and lots of time, while we improved the speed and expirience for our visitors.

Pros: Ease of use and customer support is prompt and responsive. Has every option you can think of available.

Cons: I would like to be able to customize options/packages. This is maybe one or two options that I wanted to add, but it would have a required me to upgrade a full tier and pay for additional options that I really don't need. May each item can be broken down in dollar amounts and users can pick and choose what they want.

Pros: Above all I am most impressed by the continuous innovation that accompanies a Proxyclick installation - it just doesn't ever stop and in my mind demonstrates just how committed and passionate the team is about their product. Proxyclick has elevated visitor management well beyond the simple act of registration... and incorporated notions of security, health and safety, brand promotion, customer communication and privacy. It is also the most globally-minded system we have found on the market... not just by incorporating multiple languages but also by paying special attention to the importance of design. The result is that users of any nationality can use Proxyclick very intuitively (at the kiosk or in the back office). The set up is simple, and the settings are very configurable (without adding needless complexity) to give administrators the flexibility required to customise the product by client (eg, personalised visitor badges or registration flows etc.). In an age where digital technology threatens to eradicate the role of people... it is very refreshing to have a digital technology on the market that compliments our teams' efforts on the ground and ensures they can deliver a more dynamic visitor experience where human interactions thrive.

Cons: Personal data, privacy and data security concerns are an ever-present concern for us and our clients. Not only do we need to contend with the threat of cyber attacks but also being compliant with new legislation (eg, the EU's General Data Protection Regulation). Proxyclick - as with all SaaS products in the marketplace - will therefore need to take their product to the next level to ensure it stays a best-in-class solution.

Pros: Software is easy to use and navigate. But what is great is - every time I have a question or issue I know that the support team will help me in a quick and friendly way.

Cons: I would love a quicker integration between out 2 locations in Proxyclick. Currently when we set up a colleague we need to do it in 2 separate locations - causing many more mouse clicks. It would be great to have a checkbox on the new colleague set-up screen to also enable access in our other location.

I have had very limited usage up through 09/10/2017. Did not get work location added until then.

Pros: Proxyclick is a great tool for logging visitors. We use an ipad as a kiosk where our visitors can log in. The person they're visiting automatically receives a text message alerting them of their visitors.
We are even able to alert all visitors of an emergency through text message.
What I love the most is the support. It's wonderful to receive such hands on support from someone who immediately helps you with your issue.

Cons: You get reports about your visitors, which is nice. It could be a bit broader though. The list of possible reports is slim.

Pros: Even though we use the free version the support has been excellent. We like the ability to see all activity through a web site, including being able to amend visitor details, e.g. if they select the wrong host we can easily fix that. It is very easy to add hosts, i.e. all staff, and we get full details of each visitor including a photo. The legal disclaimer is easy to amend, as is the front screen that is representative of our group of companies. There are plenty of other features that are too numerable to mention. No other software seemed to offer the feature set or ease of use, especially for the price. And they also 'phoned me during the trial period to make sure that I was getting on just fine with the software!

Cons: Nothing major to complain about, but only very minor things, such as the Sign In and Sign Out buttons on the home screen could be ever so slightly more obvious. But nothing at all off-putting.

Overall: Visitor visibility, with all details available at any time on a web site.

Pros: I find it is very user-friendly for both the guests signing in and also for employees registering guests.

Cons: I find there are a few glitches when the app is left on too long, as well as they CHECK-OUT button needs to be a bit bigger since most guests tend to miss it,

Overall: When there is a rush of guests, it's quite easy because the software will automatically send a notification email to the host. Also, it is quite easy to have guests looked after quickly and efficiently.

becasue of security (ISO9001) we need to know who's inside, this software fit all oure needs within this subject.
lots of updates / new features since we used Proxyclick, innovative company.

Pros: Proxyclick is super easy to set up and use. Within minutes we were able to convert our paper forms to kiosks where patients are able to enter their information and check themselves in. Our check in time has been cut down considerably. The front desk now has a lot more time to devote to other responsibilities and we've gotten tons of compliments from patients about how easy the check in process is. The self check in kiosks give the office a very modern feel.

Cons: We look forward to seeing new features and advancements!

Comments: We tried many different systems before deciding to go with Proxyclick. The ease of use and management with a rich feature portfolio it was a fairly easy choice. The support is great when it comes to feature requests and common problem solving. Pros: Easy setup, easy to add visitors, excellent communication via email and text to alert people that their visitors have arrived.

Cons: The option for a courier/delivery button on the main screen would be a great addition.

Overall: We set up Proxyclick on an iPad Pro in our lobby due to cutbacks, we had reduced our staff and no longer had a front desk receptionist. Proxyclick was easy to setup, our clients and visitors loved the interface, and there was not any downtime over our year term that affected our business. Pros: It is very easy to quickly check someone in and out. I really like the new kiosk software

Cons: Would like to see the ability to fully customize fields to suit specific needs. I.E. checking out keys or badges

Overall: We have been using the product for a couple of years now and have been very happy with it. We had some IOS issues at first but the latest version fixed it. I would recommend this to any small to med size company.

Pros: Like the ability to enter a name and extend the persons access for however long needed and not having to manually enter it every time the person comes in.

Cons: I don't like having to go back in and manually verify ID's.. Very easy to forget.

Overall: For the most part the program is super easy to use. I wish however that there was a way to scan an ID and it automatically attach to the person instead of having to go in and manually verify the ID. Other than that I like proxyclick.

Comments: We've been using ProxyClick for about 3 months now. It's great. It takes a load off of our receptionist. Visitors can now check in on their own and get responses from who they are visiting. Visits can be set up in advance. We get a daily email of visitors and a check to see who has let the building. Overall: There are several things that I think would be beneficial to change. Proxy click does not auto update, you must manually click the button to see new check ins, expected etc. When we have to verify ID's and verify customers, often times it will revert instead of saving at that moment, and then it must be completed again. also when individuals successfully check in, there have been known incidences where they will just disappear off proxy click all together. If these things were fixed for bugs and issues it would be nearly perfect.

Overall: Since we have introduced Proxyclick, it's very easy to see who entered the building. For instance in case of emergency you can get a list with all visitors that have checked in. When a visitor car is blocking one of our cars (or the neighbours' one) we can easily find the name of the owner of the car. Very good service and good pricing as well!

Comments: There are so, so many errors that occur. If an expected group is "made", individuals in the group check in, then a change to the "group" is made, often times the group will completely reset, checked in or not. As security, the individuals being checked in or not is vital. Also, a page "1,2,3,..."
would be advised. We have to search by page for "errors" per our client, update them, then often get thrown back to the same page( say on page 3, correct something, back to page one).

Pros: Telephone freedom. I don't chase colleagues over the phone anymore. They are aware of their visitor's arrival and take care of them.

Cons: People not into technology find registering a nuisance.

Overall: I really like not having to call my colleagues when their visitors arrive. It is the first time I've worked without a phone at the front desk and I find it very convenient.

The odd visitor dislikes the system as not everyone is fan of smart devices. But it makes my life much easier dealing with colleagues and tenants.

Later, I was given access to set up visits for several of our locations. I've never had any training, never needed it. The interface is user friendly and intuitive. An excellent product overall, well worth the money.

Overall: Very easy to use. Simply schedule a visit through proxy click, then our customer or vendor checks in via the iPad kiosk. We are very happy with proxyclick.

Comments: Proxyclick is very easy to use. User friendly for the most part. The only issue I had was when I try to make a badge for someone else and want to choose them as the host -- seems to be a delay or sometimes it doesn't work and I just put them in under my name

Overall: Personaly , i prefered the previous version of the system Proxyclick because I found it clearer but the new one works pretty good aswell.

Pros: Very Flexible and multitasking.

Cons: does not give you a tally of guest/contractor badges for each shift.

Overall: I have a great experience with this application, it was a process getting used to the new format but I like the fact that you can change what you need displayed on the home screen. I do not like the time it takes to run a daily badge count for daily audits I wish a tally of guest and contractor badges displayed on the corner somewhere for the end of each shift. Other than that it really is a good app and keep up the good job, thanks proxy guys!

Cons: Not so much a "CON" but a suggestion. It would be good to be able to use the same system to manage small assets using a loan system... A simple example, someone checks out an umbrella and proxy click records this transaction and then when it's returned, the system logs the assets return.

Overall: If you're looking for a user friendly, time efficient system to manage guest check in, check out and notification experience, then this is a serious product to consider. Our Front Office staff spend less time on admin and can now focus more on the guest experience because the software does it all for us.

Pros: Ease of use, always uptime

Cons: LDAP config is expensive compared to the base product.

Overall: The system works pretty much all the time. Not much admin needed. My only recommendation. I wish it was not double the price for LDAP config. It would be very helpful to administer user accounts.

Pros: All of our guests are visible and I can easily see who is expected and who has already checked in.

Cons: When guests are here for multiple days they have to be entered each day. You can tell the system that they will be here for 2 or 3 days. When it's a large meeting entering all those names 2 or 3 times is time consuming.

Overall: The system is great and customer service has been wonderful. I haven't needed customer service but I responded to a message from them and they got right on whatever it was I needed at the time.

Pros: It is easy to modify to the needs and wishes we have.

Cons: Could be fun, it could talk to our guests as well ;-)
I do not think that there are anything I do not like.
But it would be nice if you had learning stuff, which I could use when I have to instruct my colleagues how to use the system.

Overall: It is easy to set up if any troubles we get fast and valid support online from Proxyclick. We call our desk Nanna, she acts like a perfect receptionist and our guest do smile when then they check in.
It is a professional tool, it gives us an overview of the guest we have in the house in emergencies, we can customize our desk as we like it to be.
Furthermore, the product develops over time.
We are satisfied with our 'Nanna'.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try it out for the free month. Find out if it suits you as well as it suits you. I think this was the third software we tested and we were are satisfied and so is our guests.
