Pros: Software is easy to use and navigate. But what is great is - every time I have a question or issue I know that the support team will help me in a quick and friendly way.

Cons: I would love a quicker integration between out 2 locations in Proxyclick. Currently when we set up a colleague we need to do it in 2 separate locations - causing many more mouse clicks. It would be great to have a checkbox on the new colleague set-up screen to also enable access in our other location.

I have had very limited usage up through 09/10/2017. Did not get work location added until then.

Pros: Proxyclick is a great tool for logging visitors. We use an ipad as a kiosk where our visitors can log in. The person they're visiting automatically receives a text message alerting them of their visitors.
We are even able to alert all visitors of an emergency through text message.
What I love the most is the support. It's wonderful to receive such hands on support from someone who immediately helps you with your issue.

Cons: You get reports about your visitors, which is nice. It could be a bit broader though. The list of possible reports is slim.

Pros: Even though we use the free version the support has been excellent. We like the ability to see all activity through a web site, including being able to amend visitor details, e.g. if they select the wrong host we can easily fix that. It is very easy to add hosts, i.e. all staff, and we get full details of each visitor including a photo. The legal disclaimer is easy to amend, as is the front screen that is representative of our group of companies. There are plenty of other features that are too numerable to mention. No other software seemed to offer the feature set or ease of use, especially for the price. And they also 'phoned me during the trial period to make sure that I was getting on just fine with the software!

Cons: Nothing major to complain about, but only very minor things, such as the Sign In and Sign Out buttons on the home screen could be ever so slightly more obvious. But nothing at all off-putting.

Overall: Visitor visibility, with all details available at any time on a web site.

Pros: I find it is very user-friendly for both the guests signing in and also for employees registering guests.

Cons: I find there are a few glitches when the app is left on too long, as well as they CHECK-OUT button needs to be a bit bigger since most guests tend to miss it,

Overall: When there is a rush of guests, it's quite easy because the software will automatically send a notification email to the host. Also, it is quite easy to have guests looked after quickly and efficiently.

Pros: This software is to replace a previously used one that cost way more. We've only been using the software for about a week but it works the way it says it does.

Cons: I wish there were more ability to display the welcome screen the way I want. Logo placement, text size and placement.

Good performance, lots of features and a very nice support team, i recommend this product.

Pros: Easy to set-up, gives the visitors a great welcome while reducing workload on the frontdesk.
becasue of security (ISO9001) we need to know who's inside, this software fit all oure needs within this subject.
lots of updates / new features since we used Proxyclick, innovative company.

Cons: actually not much, but it's price is quite high if you want full features for 1/2 locations.
love to see calendar intergration to a higher technical platform.

Pros: Proxyclick is super easy to set up and use. Within minutes we were able to convert our paper forms to kiosks where patients are able to enter their information and check themselves in. Our check in time has been cut down considerably. The front desk now has a lot more time to devote to other responsibilities and we've gotten tons of compliments from patients about how easy the check in process is. The self check in kiosks give the office a very modern feel.

Cons: We look forward to seeing new features and advancements!

Overall: speedy check in time, front desk freed up for other tasks, modern look/feel in office

Pros: Easy to setup, configure and use.
Automatic Badge Printing.
NDA agreement as part of checkin process.
Nice reporting feature.
Excellent Customer Service! (OK, not really product related, but I had to mention it)

Cons: Slow refresh rate on Kiosk after making configuration changes in dashboard.
Printer setup was more challenging then expected.

Overall: Automated Visitor Management system to support the reception area, visitor logs that we can use to run reports, ledgable visitor logs, enhance our ability to meet ITAR requirements, automatic badge printing.

Pros: Its an easy to use programme. Great to see who visitors are when they check in. Lots of great ideas to use, like creating badges and scanning codes. Can create training groups so the names are there at check in. Would recommend this system to companies.

Comments: ProxyClick systems is an fantastic way to check in visitors. Quick and easy with multiple ways to keep track of them. Their Customer Service Department is the fast in replying if you have an issue and will continue to help until your problem is solved. Their updates are always improving an already amazing system. After 3 years, we still get visitors commenting on how unique and easy our check in system is.

Comments: We tried many different systems before deciding to go with Proxyclick. The ease of use and management with a rich feature portfolio it was a fairly easy choice. The support is great when it comes to feature requests and common problem solving. The system lacks minor features which we would love to have but the roadmap ahead has many of them so that shows that they listen to their customers needs and are willing to develop their product.

Pros: Easy setup, easy to add visitors, excellent communication via email and text to alert people that their visitors have arrived.

Cons: The option for a courier/delivery button on the main screen would be a great addition.

Overall: We set up Proxyclick on an iPad Pro in our lobby due to cutbacks, we had reduced our staff and no longer had a front desk receptionist. Proxyclick was easy to setup, our clients and visitors loved the interface, and there was not any downtime over our year term that affected our business. The Proxyclick team is quick to offer support and resolve any issues to make sure you are always up and running. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Pros: It is very easy to quickly check someone in and out. I really like the new kiosk software

Cons: Would like to see the ability to fully customize fields to suit specific needs. I.E. checking out keys or badges

Overall: We have been using the product for a couple of years now and have been very happy with it. We had some IOS issues at first but the latest version fixed it. I would recommend this to any small to med size company.

Pros: Like the ability to enter a name and extend the persons access for however long needed and not having to manually enter it every time the person comes in.

Cons: I don't like having to go back in and manually verify ID's.. Very easy to forget.

Overall: For the most part the program is super easy to use. I wish however that there was a way to scan an ID and it automatically attach to the person instead of having to go in and manually verify the ID. Other than that I like proxyclick.

Comments: Proxyclick has been a great resource to us and our programming. Our church has been able to use it for first time student check-in with our Student Ministry, as well as check-in for our Care Counseling program. It's easy to use, helps us receive all the pertinent information we need, and alerts us when someone has arrived. It has provided just what we need to streamline our check-in systems, and provide easy access to all needed information in one local database.

Comments: We've been using ProxyClick for about 3 months now. It's great. It takes a load off of our receptionist. Visitors can now check in on their own and get responses from who they are visiting. Visits can be set up in advance. We get a daily email of visitors and a check to see who has let the building. Name badges print great and when there is a problem customer support is on top of getting it fixed.

Overall: There are several things that I think would be beneficial to change. Proxy click does not auto update, you must manually click the button to see new check ins, expected etc. When we have to verify ID's and verify customers, often times it will revert instead of saving at that moment, and then it must be completed again. also when individuals successfully check in, there have been known incidences where they will just disappear off proxy click all together. If these things were fixed for bugs and issues it would be nearly perfect.

Overall: Since we have introduced Proxyclick, it's very easy to see who entered the building. For instance in case of emergency you can get a list with all visitors that have checked in. When a visitor car is blocking one of our cars (or the neighbours' one) we can easily find the name of the owner of the car. Very good service and good pricing as well!

Overall: I appreciate the security that proxyclick gives us and our customers. Its easy to understand and maneuver once you get the hang of it. In the beginning it takes some adjusting just like everything else but once you get the hang of it its a great and secure tool to use in the workplace.

Comments: There are so, so many errors that occur. If an expected group is "made", individuals in the group check in, then a change to the "group" is made, often times the group will completely reset, checked in or not. As security, the individuals being checked in or not is vital. Also, a page "1,2,3,..."
would be advised. We have to search by page for "errors" per our client, update them, then often get thrown back to the same page( say on page 3, correct something, back to page one).

Comments: We got ProxyClick about 3 months ago now and love it! It is very easy to use and has made life here at reception that much easier. The badges are very professional looking and all of our customers are intrigued by our new system. I'd say the best part of ProxyClick is the fact that as soon as a client checks in an automatic email is received by the host. That is very efficient way to keep a note of all clients coming in and out. Not only for us at reception but for the host as well.

Pros: Telephone freedom. I don't chase colleagues over the phone anymore. They are aware of their visitor's arrival and take care of them.

Cons: People not into technology find registering a nuisance.

Overall: I really like not having to call my colleagues when their visitors arrive. It is the first time I've worked without a phone at the front desk and I find it very convenient.

The odd visitor dislikes the system as not everyone is fan of smart devices. But it makes my life much easier dealing with colleagues and tenants.

Overall: My first experience with Proxyclick was when I checked in as a contractor. It was sleek, stylish, efficient and fun. It made the check-in process an enjoyable experience. Later, I was given access to set up visits for several of our locations. I've never had any training, never needed it. The interface is user friendly and intuitive. An excellent product overall, well worth the money.

Overall: I have a great experience with this application, it was a process getting used to the new format but I like the fact that you can change what you need displayed on the home screen. I do not like the time it takes to run a daily badge count for daily audits I wish a tally of guest and contractor badges displayed on the corner somewhere for the end of each shift. Other than that it really is a good app and keep up the good job, thanks proxy guys!

Cons: Not so much a "CON" but a suggestion. It would be good to be able to use the same system to manage small assets using a loan system... A simple example, someone checks out an umbrella and proxy click records this transaction and then when it's returned, the system logs the assets return.

Overall: If you're looking for a user friendly, time efficient system to manage guest check in, check out and notification experience, then this is a serious product to consider. Our Front Office staff spend less time on admin and can now focus more on the guest experience because the software does it all for us.

Pros: All of our guests are visible and I can easily see who is expected and who has already checked in.

Cons: When guests are here for multiple days they have to be entered each day. You can tell the system that they will be here for 2 or 3 days. When it's a large meeting entering all those names 2 or 3 times is time consuming.

Overall: The system is great and customer service has been wonderful. I haven't needed customer service but I responded to a message from them and they got right on whatever it was I needed at the time.

I do not think that there are anything I do not like.
But it would be nice if you had learning stuff, which I could use when I have to instruct my colleagues how to use the system.

Overall: It is easy to set up if any troubles we get fast and valid support online from Proxyclick. We call our desk Nanna, she acts like a perfect receptionist and our guest do smile when then they check in.
It is a professional tool, it gives us an overview of the guest we have in the house in emergencies, we can customize our desk as we like it to be.
Furthermore, the product develops over time.
We are satisfied with our 'Nanna'.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try it out for the free month. Find out if it suits you as well as it suits you. I think this was the third software we tested and we were are satisfied and so is our guests.

Pros: The ease of the program. How easily you can add new guests in and that you can add them way in advance too if you know they will be visiting the facility.

Cons: That you can't see the reviews right away when someone leaves them and that there is a lag for adding in a host that isn't yourself. You have to click out of it a couple of times before it recognizes that you want to add someone besides yourself into the system.

Overall: Any time I've had a question about the software, I've had a very rapid response with pictures even sent for clarification if I don't understand the first time. The staff is super helpful and everything else is pretty straightforward, regarding the ease of what the program has to offer. I also like that I can add guests into the system prior to their arrival, even if it is a few days in advance.

Comments: In the past, we used a shared excel file to log our issues concerning facilities, MHE, accidents.

Cons: We are still waiting for the Courier\Delivery function.

Pros: Ease of signing in, badge printing, notification of the host when guest checks in. (especially the text feature)

Cons: Long page-loading time. That is soon to be rectified, along with some other great improvements, including guests who are revisiting, ease of entering them upon their return visit.

Overall: People, office, and guests to our building are always amazed and awed at the functionality of this system. From the notification capabilities to the small "goodbye" they get on the screen when checking out, many comments on what a cool system it is. Thank you for being a great business partner!

Recommendations to other buyers: We'd really LOVE for the software to set up the auto entry, or somehow allow external meeting attendees to be auto-generated, or entered into the system, which is what the current version says it can do, but we have not had success with this, by including the email address provided and getting those guests entered.

Pros: The editing tabs for the software lets me update the information also it lets me check a person out if they forgot to.

Cons: I would love for it be east when switching between ones profile without choosing edit this profile only .

Pros: I truly love the fact that it automatically sends a notification to the host when a visitor checks in. I also really enjoy the simplicity of it. Very easy to use and find things.

Cons: It would be nice to be able to have 2 people to access one account, especially for printing reasons.

Overall: We just recently started with ProxyClick in October and our company fell in love. Both the Kiosk and Webpage are very easy to use. They always have someone to chat with if you have a problem. I find the Kiosk is very welcoming to our guests and they know exactly what to do when they arrive. All guests have enjoyed checking in during their visit and getting a badge that lists all the information about their visit. I find it very important because we always have a list of all our guests in case of any emergencies. The best part about ProxyClick is the fact it automatically sends a notification to the host.

Recommendations to other buyers: I think there should be an option on the actual Kiosk to pre-enter a guest. We have many people that come down to a reception that would prefer to book their meetings on the actual Kiosk.

Overall: Proxyclick is great and much more convenient than how I would traditionally keep track of visitors. The visitors also enjoy the process very much and think it's very cool and high tech. The only problem I've experienced is sometimes the iPad app experiences issues connecting with the computer and the badge printing system and won't check people in, or will long after they have arrived and sometimes won't print the badge or will an hour later. Most of the time it works and it is great, though.

Overall: In the past we depended on manual spread sheets to track our incoming Visitor's, Contractor's and Employee's. Cons: Very difficult to search for groups/visits that I've already added. Don't like the push notifications as I get notified anytime that ANYONE has a visitor, not just me.

Overall: I use Proxyclick multiple times a week and have found it to be intuitive, user-friendly, and by-and-large infallible. I wish it were easier to search for visits or groups that I've created in the past. I've never had to contact customer support so I cannot speak to that. Also, I do not manage the Proxyclick contract, so I really don't know if it's a good value for the money.

Pros: Ease of use and AD integration

Cons: Configuring the Print server was a pain but easy overall.

Overall: This software has brought us peace of mind. We used to use visitor logs, now we can easily be alerted when our visitors arrive and can check them out remotely!

Recommendations to other buyers: Enable your app to be in portrait mode. Our Kisok stand cant be used in Landscape.

Pros: The standard method for getting guests registered.

Cons: As mentioned too cumbersome.

Overall: Not a big fan. A little cumbersome to get into and questions are repetitive. Must easier to just send an e-mail to security that I am expecting from these people.

Overall: We got lots of compliments from guests. Check-in/out is easy and it's very professional looking. I also like the fact the send details to guests prior to the meeting.

Pros: Very versatile and accurate for several locations and people.

Cons: Not always accurate regarding saving or updating meetings and check-ins but mostly pretty accurate.

Overall: I had ProcyClick access to most of the several data centers and as the Executive Sales Administrator, it was extremely helpful for me especially to see and check in people for a vast variety of reasons.

Recommendations to other buyers: Just make sure to allow meeting and check in edits and updates to save properly.

Pros: Simplicity of the user interface and ability to import large lists of guests.

Cons: Some of the fields within the registration flow are not intuitive and can be confusing.

Overall: We use ProxyClick to manage visitor access to our global data center facilities. Large groups can be hard to manage from a registration and logistics perspective. ProxyClick provides us with a very streamlined workflow for adding visitor access to our facilities for small or large groups. I strongly recommend this tool to anyone who has frequent visitor registration requirements.
