### "Proxyclick needs better billing insights"

Pros

Easy to use. Visitors seem to have no troubles using the system.

Cons

Under the billing section there are no details. I can't see my method of payment or any past invoices. Actually there is nothing other than an email address.

I am happy that we use this product. It is very useful in several areas and gives a professional impression to our visitors.

Pros

It is useful to be automatically notified when your visitors have arrived. Also very useful to be able to respond to this with one click. Furthermore, the product is important in terms of safety: we always know who is in the building. Because this data is stored in the cloud, it is remails available in the event of emergencies.

Cons

Not really anything to mention. If there are problems, it has more to do with external matters than with Proxyclick itself.

### "Unfortunately they where acquired by eptura"

We really liked the possibilities they offered: you could scale the system to the level of your needs.

Pros

Proxyclick was a perfect solution: easy to setup, easy use, efficient. AND: affordable as well as scalable.

Cons

When Proxyclick was acquired by Eptura they raised the prices … With the new price level I would rather make smaller sacrifices than spend this money. We used a low-code platform and built an almost identical system ourselves. Since we do not expect any changes in our requirements, this is not a problem. But it is a great pity to part with a good supplier because of the greed of a buyer/company.

Reason for choosing Eptura Visitor

Because of the possibility to customise the look and feel to the CD/CI of our company and the ease of use. But due to the changed pricing we stopped using it. Proxyclick has lost a massive amount of its appeal.

### "Insane Price Increases"

It very much feels like a bait and switch. Originally it felt like great value for the money, and it was an asset to our organization, but I don’t know if we can justify continuing with this product due to the price gouging.

Pros

Originally it was inexpensive and somewhat easy to deploy.

Cons

I am shocked and appalled that you increased the pricing 30% last year and now 60%, nearly 100% price increase in 2 years. I don’t even understand how you can justify the price increase as there’s been very little change, if any at all to the platform itself. I haven’t seen any new added features. There’s been no changes to the platform itself, I honestly cannot understand how you can justify this price.

Pros

Overall VMS functionality and feature sets. Compared four other VMS vendors based on our requirements, before selecting Proxyclick. Used trial period for three weeks and easily upgraded to the Large plan. Proxyclick was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Their Help Center is very well done, informative. Support team is very responsive...online chat or phone. Very easy to setup. Used manual load for user provisioning instead of LDAP. Single Sign On (SSO) SAML was easy to setup. Integrates very well with Outlook Calendar and Email, Skype for Business, and SMS for scheduling and notifications. Not using Agreements, use of OneDrive was not necessary.

Cons

Manage Custom Screens interface was troublesome for us in the beginning and took some to do work with it during the trial period. We had to rebuild the sequencing for any custom screen changes. Was not a major issue. Could be more work if we have chosen the use of Smart Rules and more custom screens. I expect this will be improved. Proxyclick appears to continuous improve the functionality and ease of ease for their customers.

### "Good, but not perfect"

I've been an administrator in our company's proxyclick for the past couple of years. Overall there have been vast improvements to the system which i like such as the design and layout. The ability to check people in/out and see real time status has been a life saver. The underlying issues i continue to have with our site security offices are the recurring visits. When a recurring visit is input for an individual/group, the very first day of the visit shows all of the pertinent information needed (i.e. type of access, company visiting, etc). However, all other days of that set recurring access does not show the same details needed. This forces the user to go all the way back to the original start date of the access in order to find out the information, which can be very time consuming and frustrating on an extremely busy day. I would like to see that improve. Another frustrating area from an admin standpoint is the entry of colleagues into proxyclick. This feature is fine if you have an individual only needing to be added to one site, but if you are needing to add a colleague to more than 30 sites it's a bit of an arduous task having to click 'Add Colleague' after clicking under every single location. If there is a way to have an 'Add Colleague To All' option, that would make this new year so much better.

Pros

Because of my Security work within my functions is to monitor the access of people to the facilities to maintain a good flow of people entering and leaving, this application allows me to elaborate the control of daily visitors as well as the hours that will be within the company, I can add information about them the system tells me in an individual way when the time of permanence expired.

Cons

Is an application of easy use, offers various functions to retract as much information as possible from visitors and save them in the database, allows a quick search of people who want to locate within the company, offers calendars to keep specific news of equal way is synchronized with my electronic mail where I can go receiving each of the notifications.

### "Moving from a Visitor Checking book to ProxyClick Visitor Management!"

In the past year we have successfully been running Proxyclick for our Business. It was a transformation from using a basic checking in book to a more Welcoming Kiosk iPad. We are very impressed with the overall functions of the system and its useful features. We have had lots of feedback from our own Customers and Visitors on how it works and they clever badge printer. I always give them ProxyClicks details when they ask for more information. About 3 months ago we bought an Evolis Primacy Black Printer for better badges and they are great Quality. The questions we have set also benefit our business like drink requirements and know Car Registration Plates for Guest who have parked on site. Overall we are very impressed with Proxyclick Visitor Management system and see it as a Key requirement to our Business. We couldn't recommend it enough!

Onsite Badge Printing, Drink Options, Registration Plate details, Booking in Management system, Visitor Alerts, SMS, Emails, Proxyclick App, Health and Saftey Forms, ID Badges, iPhone Passbook cards, Directions to our Business and lots more!

Cons

We run Beta versions of Proxyclick so we enjoy finding out the Cons to help others. This gives us and Proxyclick help when they are developing certain new tools for all customers to try. Some bugs can be a little annoying but every app has them so its not all bad!

a more secure check-in process

Pros

Sending an email to colleagues when visitors arrive. Also the ability for colleagues to deny access, and notify reception that they will be there in 5, 10 or 15 minutes. The overall look and feel of the program is great. I also like that we can have guests sign an NDA and see important egress information upon entering the building.

Cons

We were on beta upon launch, but were recently able to update to the native IOS app. Beta was a little clunk, but things seem better now that we are on the native app. We also encountered issues with wireless color printing of badges, but were able to resolve the issue.

### "Great Visitor Kiosk"

Overall it's been a great experience, very reasonable priced, and definitely an improvement from what we had before.

Pros

Not only does it look nice, it functions well. Everything from the guest check-in experience, to the cloud interface for staff, and the receptionist being able to provide an extra level of service is great.

Cons

Sometimes if you restart the device you're using for the Kiosk you have to re-enter the authorization code on it. But that's not a big deal.

### "Can't say enough about Proxyclick"

I honestly cannot say enough about Proxyclick. Their customer service and the amount at which they they clearly value their customers is absolutely outstanding! We have had Proxyclick for about a year now, and the product keeps getting better and better! With new features introduced often, the company does an excellent job of communication so that customers aren't scared and have more than enough warning for any adjustments that may come to the software. As with every single company out there, every GREAT now and then there is a small glitch (We have only faced 2 in our time) but their response time and communication back and forth about the issue and status of the resolution of the issue is consistent and truly makes us feel like valued customers. If you are looking to make your business (or school in our case) feel more safe, while providing an excellent experience for your visitors AND your employees, stop looking because you've found the right company. The integration process was flawless & simple, maintenance takes zero effort on the customers behalf. We are so happy we have found Proxyclick and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great. The customer service team is on top of things and the program makes the check in process easy for our company and clients.

Pros

The ease of use. You put the guest name in the system along with any other pertinent details and they check in. We had trouble connecting the printer for the visotor badges in the beginning but we were able to figure that out.

Cons

We have been trying to get the splash program to connect or work with proxyclick for an easier checking process but the two are not combined yet.

Privacy of who is in the building

Pros

It does away with pens constantly being accidently taken. There is little upkeep, apart from ensuring the software is updated or issues may arise. It's easy to book in people who have already attended the site.

Cons

The process of signing in can be a bit laborious for new arrivals and tricky for some who struggle with technology. Ensuring your Ipad is up to date or issues can occur, I imagine your software wont work well if your Ipad is out of date. Having notifications emailed every day of a summery of the day, is annoying and I don't feel needed. Having notifications that visitors are still on site are annoying, as I often have to change that manually by request of people that are hosting, as they clearly know they're still here.

It can be as short as 3 screens but can also be more complete if you have specific compliance or hospitality processes. - The iPad requirements are iOS 8+ - Every user can manage his notification preferences (and thus not receive them). You can also define preferences at the company level for faster administration.

Pros

Our guests love being able to sign in and receive a badge when they arrive. It's great that a message is sent to the host when the guest arrives letting them know that their guest(s) has(ve) arrived.

Cons

It would be nice to have the program still running without the WiFi. Sometimes the connection isn't working and the program is useless at that point.

### "Proxyclick visitors experience"

Even though we were in the market for a replacement system on our antiquated paper based system and looking for ways to save on the expenditure with Proxyclick we have gained a lot more, we gained a visitor experience. We have deployed 11 sites using iPad kiosks and we are now looking to increase it to cover multi Country deployment. I was very surprised that most visitors mentioned Proxyclick positively when they arrived. Configured correctly it has given us greater benefits in a lot of areas, for example fire evacuation reporting, audit control, unified reception across all sites, multi entrance.

Pros

Design, ease of use, very helpful support staff and pricing

Cons

You can't take visitors pictures on the iPad

Pros

The ease of use of this app and software is the best. I no longer struggle to read hand written tags and signatures. Everything is all organized. We have had many clients take pictures to show their company to be able to add it to their everyday use as well. It is a lifesaver!

There is absolutely nothing to not like about this product!

Easy to use and reliable. We have the ability to track visitors, pull out reports and make sure we have all we need in case of emergencies.

Cons

Sometimes - it takes a bit of look-and-find yourself to program the backend. Once it's done tho - it's like driving a Cadillac. Learning the interface i would say - i'm a visual, so i like when it's more intuitive on a graphic perspective

Pros

Perfectly intuitive ,I love the feel and aesthetic of this application. It gives my organization a professional look and presents us to new visitors as a very organized firm. Since switching to Proxyclick this year ,we have been able to better manage and record visitor visits easily. Proxyclick has also reduced the workload on the receptionist,as she no longer needs to run around with a visitor registration book ,and we have received great feedback from visitors to our office.

Cons

Proxyclick is only available on the Ipad and Iphone as of the moment. I am not an IOS fan and cannot wait to use this on Android Smartphone/

Pros

Proxyclick is very easy to use for the visitor, the receptionist, the host and administrator. The workflow is very powerful. The ability to track and report on visits and host is really useful. The visitor photo is great for letting the host know what their visitor looks like, making it a warmer, welcoming experience. The help available on the website is really good.

Cons

An increase in the number of custom fields/questions would be very helpful. More space for workflow objects would be good too.

Generally, it is quick and easy to use, and problems have been limited. I have only had to ask for support once early on and the response was quick and accurate

Pros

Being able to add photos for my directors, so visitors know who they are meeting, also receiving an alert guest has checked in. Having packages logged once delivered

Cons

We have two sites and the visitor log is seperate for each, would be better if we could draw form just one address book. Force users to select from the previously logged visitor rather than creating an addional profile

I have been allowed to get a better control of the people who enter the company, the system allows a quick search of any person who enters the company as well as control the permanence within the facilities.

Pros

For my security work every day many people enter the company this application has helped me a lot in maintaining control in my department, requesting information from people when entering the company and entering them into the system and using the notebook to control the people were left behind!

Cons

The only disadvantage is that you must have internet to use it from the rest. It is a good tool for control in my work. It works excellent for me.
