I think it is great for both my employer and me so he can provide something for his employees without a large cost to the company.

Horrible customer service and then after I canceled them I keep getting charged.
The method of having to choose a medical expense from a drop down menu to be able to fill out the reimbursement info is a little difficult to deal with because it is so specific.

Pros: Easy to use and fast response. Reimbursements are submitted and verified within days and show up directly into next paycheck.

Whereas if you could submit your reimbursement could be submitted under much more general groups and the specifics can be listed out in the description that would be faster and less confusing.
