Pros: I like the chat feature that is available....the chat feature makes it easy to get customer service quickly so any issues are addressed in a timely fashion.

Cons: One thing I dislike is for each month that is approved for reimbursement for each employee, it is not clear what month of coverage the approval is for. This means I have to utilize the chat feature for additional claim details.
